Sheraton BWI-Baltimore Washington Airport — Linthicum Heights

As a business traveler I expect better - including free wifi and having electric outlets conveniently positioned. At BWI there are many choices, and I while clean and nice, one can do better in price and convenience.

Okay, you aksed. The overall stay was okay. Upon check in, I was dismayed to find out I had to leave a $50 deposit for incidentials that evenutally took 7 working days to finally drop off my account. I was told the bank determines that. But I don't see how. If I check out the next day and the account is settled with no outstanding bill due, it should […] not still be pending from my bank. I know this is finger pointing but having some knowledge of hotel account having spend 7 years in the industry accounts for something. The person next door to my room was so load or the walls were so thin that I had to sleep with the pillows over my head. Fortunately I was exhausted when I arrived and I didn't have to call down to have the person(s) keep the noise level down. Otherwise, the hotel and grounds were lovely, the gym okay for a hotel him (it cannot be 24-hour fitness nor a hotel-spa gym) and breakfast was great. Uzziniet vairāk

We stayed for 1 night prior to departing via BWI. Stayed so the kids could get a chance to swim before we headed back to chilly Boston. Comfy beds, all required amenities. Perfect place near the airport for the $.

Place is very nice. If I had to gripe, twice we waited 20-plus minutes for the shuttle from the MARC station. Other than that, it was excellent.

nice hotel friendly staff. breakfast was good.

My third stay in two months. Always quiet and comfortable with a decent hot breakfast. SPG card gets you free internet and breakfast here but not at some other Sheraton's. What's up with that?

My third stay in 5 weeks. Very quiet and comfortable yet convenient to the airport. Note that you need to call for the free airport shuttle and the number is not on the hotel board, so save it prior to arrival. Also note that they is a 4 points at the airport with its own shuttle and people sometimes take the wrong one. A business hotel with a popular […] bar. I stayed there for the weekend just to get away. The room did not offer a fridge, we had to pay extra if we wanted one. The food was extremely overpriced and we were charged 20% gratuity automatically with only 2 ppl ordering. The room was a nice size and comfortable but for a general breakfast to cost almost $50 I feel is extremely outrageous.

The hotel front desk staff was unprofessional. The computer system was down and it took 1.5 hours to check in. The experience at midnight was not one I care to repeat!

It was accomodating and very nice. It sits back from the main street and thus requires a car to go out and eat after closure of the Dining Room.

I travel a lot so I see the good and the bad. It was only a one night stay but I was impressed w/the service and the restaurant. Thanks for a good night after a long oversea business trip

Friendly staff, very convenient to BWI, shuttle service in minutes to airport or Amtrak, plus a hot breakfast buffet included. Good value, I will go back there on the next trip.

The Sheraton BWI was ok---very little about either the hotel or my specific room was either good or bad. The room was comfortable enough, although the air conditioning was inexplicably going full blast when I entered and it was a chilly 64 degrees. It was clean, but the architecture and furnishings were absolutely dull, bland, and uninteresting. On […] the other hand, the rate was good, it included a pretty good breakfast buffet, the staff was courteous and reasonably friendly, and the shuttle to and from the airport came promptly. I was only in the room from midnight to 9 a.m. and for that purpose it was fine. I'd say it "met my expectations" in every way, and in no way did it exceed my expectations. Wonderful location, easy to find and close to everything we did!! Will stay there again.

Nice, clean room with very comfy bed. Appreciated shuttle picking me up at rental car facility. Only a few minuses 1)beware you have to pay for internet service in room, that seems archaic in this day and age 2) No lotion bottle, which I depend on. I would think a Sheraton would be more accomodating 3) no outlet by the bed for electronics. It seems […] like all up-to-date hotels should have bedside lamps with outlets included for cell phones and ereaders. Otherwise, room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is quiet, convienent, very comfortable bed, and well appointed. Far enough from the airport that noise is not a problem - versus the 4 Points on the ariport grounds. 24 hour shuttle is reliable and will take you to the rental car agency or anywhere within 3 miles. I bought the breakfast with the room for a bit more and it was worth it. There […] are many, many hotels in the area and I have stayed at a lot of them. It keeps the price in the area competitative. I found the price similar to the Comfort Suites and ALoft, but this hotel is much nicer. This is now my "go to" hotel for staying at BWI. Make sure NOT to take the 4 Points shuttle. Since this hotel is not listed on the "hotel phone board" at the airport, I recommend getting the phone number before you arrive so you can call the hotel for the shuttle from your cell. The service was great housekeeping was excellent kudos to lillian the room service was delicious me n my family. Really enjoyed ourselves...we wished we could have stayed longer!!

The quality of the room that we stayed in at this Sheraton was not on par with the quality of other Sheraton Hotels that we have stayed in in the past. Fixtures were literally coming off the wall and the room looked old. The person that checked us in at the front desk wasn't too friendly either which I really didn't appreciate after a long flight.

Very adequate for a stay-over before heading to BWI for an early flight. Be prepared to be a captive guest as there is nowhere to walk to from the hotel. But my dinner in front of the fireplace was very pleasant and I was not there long enough for limited access to the outside world to be a problem. Shuttle to the airport was timely and easy.

The parking lot at this hotel is NOT secure nor is the hotel responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle. There are NO security cameras on the lot. Park a company truck overnight for an out of town job and all the tools and materials were stolen from the truck. This hotel is the best option at BWI hand's down.

A strong combination of positives here. From the ideal BWI location, free parking, quality and comfort of the room and the beds, and a surprisingly good menu and great food. I will return.

I stayed here on New Years Eve and this hotel was great! The rooms were nice and comfy! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating!

Check in was great the front desk was very nice. Traveling down the hallways where ok pretty plain as expected. The room was nice. We had a double bed. The bedding was super nice and luxurious. The bathroom was clean except the floor had black marks from suit cases. We thought we had slippers and bath robes included from what I thought I read from booking […] on hotel.com but we didn't. The room could have used a little better dusting. But I have to say over all it was nice. We went down to the pool and as we were walking in an employee was using comet cleaning the pool that's chlorinated there was a slight chemical smell wasn't overwhelming so we decided to stay the employee was not knowledgeable of the area employee did not know how to turn on the hot tub or that the shower worked or had hot water found out by turning it on and by my surprise it worked. I can not really blame the employee she was there for only 2 week as employee explain. Went back up to the room to order something to eat. The dining area looked ready nice but we had young kids and it was late so we decided to order room service. The menu was confusing. It had 4.5 8.5 numbers next to the food but didn't clarify if it was the price or what. We gave up and went to the vending machince. The iron didnt work well and the coffee was nasty. Overall a very nice hotel. A bit hard to get to off the highway and not much within walking distance other than other hotels. They really could use free wi-fi. $10 per day is ridiculous for an upscale hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Staff was not that friendly and the internet never consistently worked. Close to airport, pickup service was good but would not stay there again.

Could be well located and near BWI but needs a good vacuum cleaning in hallways.. Musty odor in Hallway open the windows. Also sprayed room prior to occupancy - get rid of that Chemical Sheraton!!! Bar Staff could be more friendly
