The hotel room was clean but not stocked well but it was easy to find and conveniently located for what we planned to do on the weekend. The breakfast was extremely average with most of the items gone (and not restocked) when we came down to get breakfast. Also, I felt like we were an inconvenience with the front desk people who were far more concerned […] with being on the phone and getting a rebate form for something for their mother. I didn't even know when the lady was talking to me as she just continued with her conversation on the phone. As someone who has been in the service industry a very long time I thought that the front desk person was rude and obviously not interested in my business. This hotel doesn't seem concerned about their guests stay as much as other hotels that I have stayed with in the past. So when I'm back in the area I will choose to stay at another hotel along the same street who does want (and appreciate) my business. Uzziniet vairāk

we started out on a bad note...had reserved a non-smoking room. we were given a FILTHY, SMELLY, TRASHED, SMOKING room. After phoning hotels.com to request a refund...The hotel had a "cancellation" and gave us a beautiful non-smoking king. Exactly as we had reserved. Good location between San Antonio and Fredericksberg. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was very pleasant.

The room was very clean and very conveniently located for the activities we were attending.

Great TV for price of room.

Decent hotel, but AC took all night to cool off the small room.

It was a very nice motel. The grounds were very clean and the front office people were very nice and helpful. We were able to get our room keys quickly after a drive and get unloaded and into the room with no interruption and start to cool down after a hot drive down. It was nice to be able to relax in a nice room with plenty of cool air to chill out […] with. The city is nice and clean and very beautiful. I would definitely come back another time. It is very scenic and everyone that we dealt with was very nice to us. The hill country is absolutely beautiful and well worth coming and staying and doing sight seeing. This is bare bones, but good value. Nice and cool for a hot summer in Texas.

Excellent value with limited amenities. Very clean older style unit covenient to all businesses in Kerrville. While the continental breakfast is not extravagent, juices, fresh waffles and pastries are available.

Location was great right off of IH-10. Clean room. Thin towels expected, ants not expected! Would stay again but with ant spray.

Bugs in the sink that until you turned the light on looked like coffee grounds. Bugs in the bath tub. Bugs on the floor, didn't want to walk without socks. I even stepped on a bug. Just a flat out discusting room that smelled like cigarettes. Will never stay there again.

Everything was very nice and clean. Super nice staff and a great price.

The deskclerk was very nice. The room was marginal. The bathroom had dirt in all the corners, the tub was stained. Overall, I simply refused to bathe in that shower and wore my shoes all the time because the floor was so bad, I was afraid to go barefoot.

Wasn't bad at all. Like I said the pet found a roach trap under the and no one seemed to care that it could have been bad for the pet.

Economy was HIGH on our needs for just a single night stay. The property is older, but has been maintained rather well. Our room was clean, a/c was cool, shower was hot, bed was comfy. The pillows need to be replaced, but everything else was fine. The room was 'effecient' ( small, but not cramped ). It was also pleasantly quieter than expected.

The floor is so dirty our feet were black almost in an instant. Other than that all else was OK. For the condition of the hotel, the dirty floor, I would say the room is over priced by about $15.00 per night before taxes.

Just off I-10 nice discount rate hotel never a bad room or surprises.

Did not fit my standards. I booked based onto the peoples' reviews, but I did not like it. Very small room, strange smell in the room. Good they thought of the toothbrush as I forgot mine. Breakfast not very fancy and the pillows gave me a strong neck pain the day after.

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again. The room was suprisingly updated and I will recommend it to others.

This hotel was pretty much standard. Nothing fancy, good enough for a short stay if you're passing through, but I can't say anything better. The rooms seemed to be rather well maintained but the decor was extremely dated, the shower curtain was ugly and let in very little light to the shower area (which the bathroom was dark enough as is) and the bed […] and pillows were stiff and uncomfortable. But the room was clean, the a/c worked, the sink area was recently updated and there was a flat screen TV so overall the room wasn't bad. It just wasn't great either. Uzziniet vairāk
