This hotel has always been clean, nicely decorated, resonable price and a good location. We have stayed at this property many times over the last several year and it is consistently great. I would recommend it to anyone.

After a day of hiking at the National Park, I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub...it was cold. That was my only complaint, but very important at the time.

This was a great place. The only thing is that we were looking forward to using the outdoor hot tub and it was COLD. They said they knew it and were working on it. I understand maintenance and that is acceptable, but they should have told us.

On Saturday, August 6, 2011 I checked into the Comfort Inn at St George. I had reserved 2 rooms for myself and traveling companions. I was sharing a room with my 13 year old god-daughter and her mother and sister were in the room across the hall. I was in room 251, they were in room 252. A little after 10pm, just dozing off, and a man opened our room […] door. I had the top security lock on so the door opened only a couple of inches, but it scared the heck out of both of us. I immediately called the front desk and asked if there was security at the hotel (yes) and to send them up to the second floor right away. The front desk attendant (I believe her name was Angela) said it wasn't necessary, it was a mistake. The man had stayed in room 251 the previous night and had checked out and took all of his belongings. I was absolutely livid! I got myself and the child dressed and went to the front desk to find out more information. The attendant said he asked for a key to room 251. I asked her if she checked to see if the room was occupied and her response was "no". I asked if she checked his identification, she said "no". I asked if this was the policy of the hotel, she said "no". She then told me I should have locked the bottom bolt on the door. REALLY?? Shifting blame to me for her incompetence and laziness? I wanted to speak to a manager but there was none on duty. After several calls she got a the assistant manager on the line. After speaking a few moments to the assistant manager about what had happened, she informed me that the front desk attendant did not follow policy and had been talked to. Then the assistant manager said I should have and should lock the bottom lock. Again - shifting blame to me?? This was an inexcusable breach of security at this hotel. Who knows what nefarious intentions this man had. He walked up to the counter and asked for a room key. If I had been out of the room would I have been robbed? hotel it's self was neat, clean, well staffed nice rooms. the only negative thing to say is that i contracted food poisoning from the complimentary breakfast. other than that, a nice place to stay

Was a nice hotel. Only problem had was no towels in pool area. Called to request more. Was told could get more-- if I walked dripping from pool down tile hallway to front desk... Lucky I didn't slip and trip.. lawsuit time.. room was okay.. but toilet wasn't flushed after was cleaned...

after reading the reviews, i went ahead and booked this hotel. i can see why it got some mixed reviews. everything was okay, but i could hear the water running in the room above me. that was the only thing that was noisey. other than that, everything was fine.

"Very Nice Hotel"
I don't usually have wonderful things to say about Comfort Inn's (not bad, just not wonderful), but this place is really nice. Very big room, nicely decorated, reasonably quiet, etc. Although I didn't use them, they have a pool and hot tub that others were in. The view from the room was of mountains in the distance. It was convenient to a host of restaurants […] and attractions (Snow Canyon is particularly beautiful) and it's right off I-15. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast. They had cereal, waffles, bagels, danish, etc., but they also served sausage patties and egg patties that would have worked on a bagel, but otherwise look terribly unappealing. When the manager asked how breakfast was, he seemed surprised that I didn't say it was wonderful. When I told him why, he said they didn't have the facilities to make it better. While I don't agree (all you need is a stove or two make a wad of real eggs) it's a business decision. All in all, however, it's a nice place to spend the night. Uzziniet vairāk

The hotel was nice but the walls were very thin and you could hear a lot of surrounding noises.
We found the hotel easily and it was convenient to what we needed. The breakfast was adequate and hot. We found our room clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

"Very nice hotel, however..."
I enjoyed the stay, I go every three months and was pleased with the service and quality of the hotel, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the halls were well kept, the lobby was nice. However, the towels were way past their time. They were thin and frayed, all of them. So spend some cash and get new thick towels.

Excellent place to stay. Front desk was polite and efficient. Room was very clean and looked new. Breakfast was great with fresh waffles, sausage, eggs, a variety of cereal and breads, fresh fruit, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in St. George.

This hotel was very nice. It was clean and very inviting. The staff was very friendly. When I needed to print off boarding passes they were very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful. "Too Noisy!"
Nice room. The only bad thing is that the walls are paper thin! You will hear the people in the next room. No doubt about it, we could even tell your their conversation at times. Too bad as the hotel was clean and the rooms very comfy. Just the noise was a big factor!

It was a busy weekend and I knew it was going to be. We couldn't get into our room until 4pm so I began to think the hotel wouldn't be on top of things. I was wrong. The pool was warm even in the middle of winter and it was outside! The room was quiet all night, even though there were kids all over the hotel and we were right next to an outside entrance. […] No noise from overhead either. The breakfast was great and it was a big room. Everything was kept refilled as it was depleted. The quality of the food was great for a free breakfast. This hotel was very clean and close to everything. We actually walked to the convention center. The breakfast they had in the morning was one of the best I have ever seen a hotel offer and they were able to put us down for the latest avilable checkout without charging us more. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, my wife and I were both shocked at how nice and spacious the rooms were. We like the large King bed and they also had a crib for our baby- my only gripe was that they were understaffed, nobody was there to deliver it to our room and they wanted to charge me 10$ to use it... "Great place for the price"
This is a newer, right off of I-15 hotel. It was very pretty and clean inside. The kids LOVED the outdoor pool, which was in the shade throughout most of the morning. That was nice because I didn't worry about sunburns too much. Breakfast was adequate, although the setup was inefficient. Many people couldn't get to the eggs, bacon, etc... because the […] same line was for the waffles which took 3-minutes each to cook. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "Vacation Getaway"
This was one of the best places I have stayed--especially for the price. The room was much larger that expected and exceptionally nice with the large arch way from the sitting area into the sleeping area. Service and cleanliness was exceptional and the breakfast buffet very filling.

We like the large parking lot and easy access to our room. No wandering through huge parking lots and down long corridors. Our minimal contact with the staff was positive, and our room was fine. The room was large, had plenty of amenities. We forgot a crucial item and staff was quick to resolve the problem and provide a replacement free of charge. The only concern was that some of the staff members were not as professional as you would anticipate. However, they were friendly and handled their task quickly. The breakfast was hot and fresh. can't […] complain I have stayed in this location multiple times. The only problem is that the breakfast area is always busy. But, you can't expect much when it is free. There was plenty of free parking and it wasn't too far from any stores. Clean rooms, pretty good breakfast and close to the interstate in a good neighborhood.
"Warm, Cozy, Good Service"
Nice hotel, well designed lobby, rooms are what one would expect from a better Comfort Inn. Not fancy, but nice, definitely clean, and these were particularly spacious. Breakfast was good but I think the eggs were from a "mix" of some sort, not completely real eggs- but a nice selection nonetheless. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Nice and quiet.

"Nice stay but could be better with some fine-tuning"
The hotel was very nice and clean, it was a newer hotel, decorated nicely. The pool was nice, the staff was friendly. Bedding was good, a nice selection of pillows of your choosing. But..their towels were old, the bathroom was too small, you had to manuver around the bathroom door to get into the tub, the shower curtain was too short and cheap. The […] breakfast was your average waffles and eggs with bacon. The girls kept a good eye on the food supplies, but a puddle of syrup was sticky on my sandals and when I mentioned to the girls about the cockroach and the one almost dead sqiggling on the floor they were in no hurry to dispose of the bodies. The young lady at the front desk was too busy textings to greet us as we past through the lobby. It was nice, but spend a little money on new towels and attenative staff and I would stay their again. This hotel was excellent! I don't know why it is rated only 2 1/2 stars; everything looks and works like brand new, the decor is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable,the room is large, the free breakfast includes hot eggs and bacon, and plenty of everything. It is much better than many 3 and 4 star hotels we've stayed at. The staff was great. I left […] my phone charger in the room when we checked out. I called the front desk to ask if it had been found and they said they would check. When I got back to the hotel, they had my charger waitng for me at the front desk. Ein sehr neues und schönes Hotel. Im Vegleich mit Hotels ähnlicher Preisklasse bekommt man hier sogar warmes Frühstück (Waffeln, Eier) inklusive. WLAN ist ebenfalls im Preis imbegriffen. Das Hotel hat sogar einen Aufzug. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!
