Kaanapali Beach Club Resort — Maui sala

Overall a great room with nice bathroom size and nice kitchenette. We paid for an oceanview and were offered the same peek-a-boo-view room as our friends who booked a garden view for far less$ on another travel site. When we pressed, we were offered a room that had a side ocean view from one of the two windows and were told there were higher level "ocean […] view" categories than ours, but none were available. Livingroom furniture was dated and not very comfortable. A few bright stars on staff. Terrible food and weak drinks, except for the omelet chef who was definitely the hotel's best asset on staff! He made the $16. breakfast worth while! We also loved the valet service at the curb - great guys who kept the mood upbeat each time you came/went. And, they have a 30-year resident in the pool tent who was very helpful. The "Activities Desk (sales desk)" near the front desk put a real damper on the experience with hotel staff. They were only interested in what you wanted to buy to help themselves out and were borderline rude. Especially the man who handed me our "welcome gift". If you were not looking to buy a timeshare or book something that made him money, he couldn't even find a smile to greet you. He was down right angry that we had gone snorkeling without checking with him first on what he had to offer. Maid service did not come until 3PM one day, when we were back in our room from our day of events. Great room, good beach. Uzziniet vairāk

We had an awesome trip to Maui, the Kaanapali Beach Club Resort has a great location and the suites were well appointed and very spacious. We enjoyed having our own kitchen with all we needed to cook a few meals during the stay. We did not however enjoy checking in, the second we got our keys we turned around and there was an 'ambassador' there to 'help' […] us. Their only interest was to book us into a time share presentation by asking what activities we wanted to do and then tell us that we could save by going to a '90-min' presentation (which others told us quickly turns into a 3-hour high pressure uncomfortable situation). DO NOT trust any of these people! just google Diamond Resorts & a million discussion boards pop up. Bottom line - great place to stay and enjoy the sand, just avoid the staff and all their 'help'. I really enjoyed this resort, we purchased an ocean view room but it was basically an ocean front room. The resort was very tranquil and relaxing. Prices are very reasonable for everything on the resort. I strongly recommend this location for a romantic getaway. The beaches are beautiful and crystal clear. This was our 3rd stay at the Kaanapali Beach Club Resort and, like the other stays, everything was great. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. Great location - the property is within walking distance to the grocery store and within a few minutes of Lahaina or Kahana. We are looking forward to going back.

The unit was large and spacious and the bathroom was incredible big and roomy. The view was wonderful and the service was excellent. Nice grounds and convenient to Lahaina and Whaler's Village. This hotel is located among private condominiums right on the beach with nice pool/beach facilities.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. The ground floor - lobby area and grounds are also very nice. The inside of the buildings above the first floor is bleak with no decorations or amenities - just plain painted walls, so as you ride up the elevators and look out the glass, you get the feeling you're in a warehouse. They are apparently renovating […] the buildings, so maybe they will do more with the decor on the inside of the buildings in the future. We enjoyed our stay, but would have preferred an ocean view instead of the grocery store on the opposite side. Overall it was a good experience, though a little upgrading of the decor would do a lot. Suite with ocean view was good but not full ocean view as expected. Huge place with friendly staff. Very comfortable room however furnishings are old. Great pool and right on beach.

Went to the hotel without expecting much. They accommodated us well. Had to pay extra for parking. About $16 a day but worth it since it includes valet parking. Rooms were very nice, they are new and clean. The room service was perfect. There is a grocery store just opposite to the hotel to buy food and beverages. From our 4th floor lanai, the view of the Pacific was spectacular. Unfortunately, the room was a little dated: worn furniture, stain on the ceiling, ineffective temperature control. Staff was friendly. Was approached to consider facility for time share purchase.

Hotel Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. No room service is available and except for the breakfast buffet, would recommend eating elsewhere. Location was terrific and the local market was in easy walking distance. I would stay there again for the bargain rate I got at Hotel.com

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this beach "club" and while the timeshare opportunity took us away from the pool, it was worth the great deal we received on an excursion. The staff was courteous and the suite was a pleasant surprise,

Kaanapali Beach Club Resort was a fantastic find! The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and a fully stocked kitchen. They upgraded our room because of our Anniversary and even called to check on our accomodations after we arrived to the room. Ruby, you were fantastic!! We had a wonderful time. The pool was inviting with the slide, […] the bar was strategically located to the beach for watching the beautiful sunsets. We would highly recommend Kaanapali Beach Club Resort and we intend to plan another trip to Maui and stay again! Could not have asked for better accomodations! this was our first time on Maui. The rooms are huge and would easily fit s family of four. Everything about this hotel is wonderful and this is coming from someone who honeymooned at the Ritz. The service is good, rooms are huge, the kitchen is a total plus, you can always get a chair next to their huge pool ane the beach is totally swimable with great […] snorkeling. The only reason why I wouldnt stay here is if you want to be really close to Whalers Vullage (shopping/restaurants) like some of the more name brand hotels. We didnt have a problem walking (aprox one mile on the bech path) or taking the maui bus which is only $1.00 and gets you there in 10 minutes! Uzziniet vairāk

I was so disappointed. I stayed here years ago and over it. Two weeks ago I returned for my sons wedding and was very unhappy. The rooms have not been updated. The furniture was very worn. Also be careful what type of room you pay for. I paid for a pool view room but when I checked in they tried to give me a mountain view. Which is very beautiful but […] not what I payed for. After much conversation I received something closer to the pool but not what I paid for. I was very unhappy. For the price I was expecting a much nicer room. Too bad used to be a great hotel. The hotel is exquisite, the grounds are immaculate, the landscaping is breathtaking, the beach really is just feet from the elevator, the staff are fantastic, the rooms are beautiful (our "scenic-view" room actually had a 45degree ocean view as well!)--they ALL look exactly like the pictures here: nothing misleading, the kitchens are lovely & adequate […] if you're not baking... BUT, it is all just a ploy to get you to buy a timeshare from Diamond Resorts, International. When we first came in, we were directed to the "Activities Kiosk" which was really just a place where trained salespeople suck your time and energy from you and bribe you until you give in to come to the timeshare proposal (which they claim is a 90-120 minute presentation and is actually a 4 hour plus intense sales-pitch with 2 sales people per couple). By the time we gave in and agreed to the "90" minute presentation in order to get some of the activities we had previously planned, we had wasted 45 minutes, and missed our first sunset in Hawaii--which also happened to be the only sunset over the next 5 of our 7 days since there was constant evening rain. Nevermind that on our anniversary we spent over 4 hours in the intense sales pitch in order to meet our obligation for the discounted activities. Bottom line, we lost a day's worth of activities and time due to these impositions, BUT, we did get first class accommodations and activites at about half the price, so in the end it was worth it for us. I just wish I would have known going in to it. Thankfully, all that was behind us by the end of day 2, and we could enjoy the rest of the beautiful grounds, the wonderful neighborhood, the excellent beach access, and the many incredible drives and activities Maui has to offer. And we'll even miss the friendly valets who were a great smile and Aloha each and every time we came and went! Uzziniet vairāk

Food service was not always available in the mid morning. Luau was average, at best and if you stay out of the time share pitch the overall experience is fine.

We loved the atmosphere, the rooms, the views were spectacular!! We would go again. Very pricey though during holidays. After Jan. 1st, price came down considerably!!!!

Excellent time share. Common areas are nothing spectacular. However, I could have never left my room, very comfortable. Pool area is nice, subdued. Got a great deal on the room, was well worth the price I paid. Wouldn't pay full price.

I like the room and the workers was great I one bad thing if you do not make the right amount of money they do not give you the discount that they offer you for any tour you may take other then that nice place

My husband and I just returned from Hawaii. The trip was not planned so we did not have a lot of time to research hotels. We stayed 3 nights at the Kaanapali Beach Club resort and absolutely loved it. The rooms were huge. The resort grounds were very nice and it is right on the beach. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants right across the street […] so you can walk if you do not have a car. We would definitely return to this hotel any time we are in Maui. Great spacious room for the money. Very big and nice hotel with a great garden and pool area. The only thing we didn`t liked is that you had to pay extra for the parking and the Internet Access.

事前カード決済でホテルを予約。 チェックイン時にカードキー（セキュリティ）代と いって７５UDD請求がありました。 タオルの引き換えのカードも２５USD、同じだったのでカードキーの保証金だと思い、チェックアウト時に キーを渡して戻ると思っていましたが請求されました。どこにでもある普通のキーでしたが、その請求はどういう意味かわかりません。 タオルの引き換えのカードは保証料返却２５USDでしたが戻りました。 ホテル自体良い気に入りました。

마우이에서 3일간 머물렀습니다. 근처 DT flamming 해변은 정말 좋았구요. 다른 Acitivity는 차로 이동하는데 크게 무리 없었습니다. 방안에 콘도처럼 모든 음식을 다 해먹을 수 있게 되어 있었고, 무었보다 TIMES라는 대형 마트가 호텔 앞에 있어 편리했습니다. 주위에 Brand 있는 호텔들도 많이 있었지만, 가격대비 너무 좋은 곳이라 생각이 들고, 특히 거의 외국인 가족 손님들이 많았습니다. 다음에 마우이를 가도 꼭 갈것 같습니다.

　マウイ島３泊のうちの１泊目だったのですが、すごく良かったです。後の２泊はワイレアの某ホテルグループの最高級ホテルだったのですが、３泊全部このカアナパリ・ビーチ・クラブ・リゾートにすべきでした。 　ただひとつ惜しいことに、キッチンにコンロが無く、ホットプレートだったことです。しかし火力が強いため、鉄板焼きだったら充分です。 　マウイ島に泊まる時は是非どうぞ。おすすめです！！
