My room looked clean but everywhere was an overpowering, moldy, musty smell. Also the carpet was very old and filthy from deep inside the carpet. It needed to be changed in a bad way. The carpet was sticky everywhere you walked! No Ice machines at the Hotel either! You had to walk two blocks to a Waffle House Resturant for free Ice! I was not impressed with the size of the rom and the totalness of it all. I did get a great deal on the price but you get what you pay for some time and tis was teue with my night.
"Stinky and no amenities"
I got a no smoking room, but it smelled so badly of stale cigarettes that I couldn't sleep. there was no continental breakfast. there was no snack machine after 11pm. there was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee. And I couldn't get a signal on my clear spot. The whole experience was very ghetto. The Econolodge next door is 10 times better.

"NEVER AGAIN"
THIS HOTEL WAS FILTHY THERE WERE NO TOWELS IN MY ROOM WHEN I CHECKED IN TO ONE OF MY ROOMS AND WHEN MY FRIEND CHECKED IN TO HIS ROOM THERE WAS DIRTY TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM. "Over booked!"
Arrived at hotel to find out that only room available was a SMOKING room. Obviously not what I booked and had already paid for. Another guest had just left because that was the room they were given but also requested a non-smoking room.

"Crosslands Fort Worth-the absolute worst stay"
There were bugs in the bed..the only thing good was that I was awarded a partial refund..due to construction the traffic was terrible and the location is inconvenient to anything but other hotels and maybe a store our two. Don't Stay Here!

"Crossland motel"
Nice motel, nothing fancy but there was everything we needed. Room was clean and there were a kitchenette in the room. There were many laundry machine in the motel, that was great. We have to pay for the internet, that was weird, but otherwice we were pleased.
Was ok considering my reservation wasn't correct and their outside phone to let them know I had arrived was broken( which I fixed )

I tried to call to find a rate because was in the neighborhood and had driven from near Waco, and was asked to have them call me back in 15-20 minutes. I had to go online to hotels.com to book my room.... booked it, and went inside to confirm my reservation. In there, I had to wait to even see an employee for over ten minutes. "Never Again"
This hotel was the dirtiest I have ever been in. The toliet leaked, there were stains on everything including the blinds.

"Crossland Stay"
The A/C worked great. But, they had a coffee pot but no coffee. There was only 1 trash can and only 1 ash tray. The ceiling must have had a water leak at some point because they had patched it and not bothered to paint it to match the rest of the ceiling in several places. And they charge for Internet.

We were greeted by a huge Roach when we arrived at the office, that should have been our warning to leave, but we had booked online and would have charged anyway. We had two rooms for our traveling party and both rooms were disgusting! We specifically asked for nonsmoking rooms because our children have severe allergies, but the rooms smelled like ashtrays […] and the bedding and carpets even had cigarette Burns in them! There was food in the sink, coffee spills on the counters and pet hair everywhere! The coffee pots and microwaves were broken in each room and the air conditioner barely worked. I was very disappointed in the quality of the room and its upkeep. When we entered the "non-smoking" room, the smell of cigarette smoke hit us in the face. The comforter and carpet both had burn holes in them. The bolt lock didn't work. There was food in the sink and on the floor. The coffee pot was missing the basket and didn't work anyway. "Crosland Fossil Creek - 820 & Beach Street"
When I arrived at 9:30pm, there were several unsavory appearing guests hanging around outside their rooms. This raised my level of awareness. If the room had not been prepaid, I would have left at that time. The clerk was very friendly. The room was less than desireable - it had a heavy stinch of stale cigarettes (I'm a non-smoker) and the old style […] tv was showing just static and at a higher than necessary sound level playing the associated white noise. The tv could not be turned off except by unplgging it, the volume would not change, and most channels had more static than picture. The furniture was in poor shape. The room was clean - as in had been vacuumed, wiped down, and fresh linens. Overall, the room needed a heavy cleaning and new furnishings. Unless this is meets your requirements, spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. Being a frugal person, I decided not to spend the additional minimal amount to rent a room at a HOPEFULLY better facility. Good luck to all - I hope this review helps. It was fine for the purpose, a place to sleep. However, did not realize it was an extended stay faucility and wasn't prepared. It said it had a coffee pot, didn't realize I had to bring my own coffee and had to take towels to office to exchange for clean ones. But for the price, it was OK.

This is a hole in the wall. They discount the rate by half for those that stay over a month. Needless to say, a lot of drug addicts live in this hotel. There are horrible stains and cigarette burns in the carpet and bedding. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

"Living in a Meth Lab!"
This Place is closer to a multi room Meth LAb than a hotel! I paid for 2 days and left after two hours for fear of robery or possible explosion. This is a crime haven not a travelers motel. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room size is good. The hotel building is shown signs of wear in the hallways and elevator areas. "Great value, surrounded by hotels off 820 and N Beach near Meachum and I-35S"
This hotel is three stories with a working elevator. We stayed on the third floor. The room was very clean although the objects in the room could use updating. The tv was older but working good with remote. The refridgerator was working and my coca-colas even got slushy a little. Microwave worked. I loved the fact that it was a shower with no tub. Shower […] was big with a seat. Wood flooring in bathroom and kitchen looked updated. Cabinets were older and needed updating. Carpets were older and could use updating but clean enough. Molding on one corner wall was loose and my grandson kept trying to pull it off. Luckily he did not succeed. The bedspread was older but clean. Had a cigarette burn on bedspread and also on floor in bathroom and another one on kitchen cabinet. Had a 2 burner stove and a few dishes that were older but looked clean. Room service does not come every day unless you call and ask. 2 queen size beds and heat worked good. Overall a clean room for the money and area was not the worst I've seen in Fort Worth either. So consider this a value hotel for the money. The outside of hotel is nice enough. The inside is a little older but clean. I've stayed in much worse for more money.
