Hotel is very close to Sight & Sounds Theater and next to the Outlet Stores. Very clean. Just one thing we didn't like: continental breakfast (which was included in our stay) was server 6am - 9am.... Too early ! Who gets up so early on a weekend to eat breakfast ! It should be extended at least one more hour.

The Holiday Inn at the Rockvale Outlets was a very clean, modern hotel. Check in was a breeze. Hotels.com had already confirmed my reservation and I only had to provide a credit card for incidentals before getting right to the room. We stayed at this hotel after a concert at the American Music Theatre. It was super clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful AND, OMG! It is surrounded by shopping!! Loved it!

My husband and i stayed overnight at this hotel and it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff and the maintenance were very helpful and accomadating. Our room smelled fresh as we entered and the bed was very comfortable. A great location too, especially if shopping the outlets. Enjoyed!

I booked this hotel on Expedia, and paid a regular room rate, but was placed in a handicapped room, like a handy man special. In the shower, the shower head was not able to be placed into the clasp, which would explain why it was dangling upon arrival. Almost hurt my back trying to get under it while washing my hair. There were nasty stains on the seat […] at the desk, and had to literally place a towel onto it to sit down. This was our 3rd stay here. My daughter and I have made it a tradition to come in Oct or Nov for a weekend shopping trip. This hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly. OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION TO A LOCAL CONCERT & OUTLET SHOPPING. HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE & HELPFUL. ROOM TV COULD HAVE BEEN LARGER.

Sheets and blankets where not clean dead bug on dresser they where supposed to call when our room was ready that never happend. Just disappointed in general.

Room was very damp, radio was making noise because someone left it on and we didn't know it. Messages came on phone between 2 am and 4 am for person prior to us. The message was from Tues. at 7i or 8 am and again at 7:30 pm. This was received on Thurs. I think that it along time to receive a message. the hotel overall was okay. The room was kind of musty smelling and felt damp. The "queen" beds were at best full size. The pool was nice and clean! The kids really enjoyed it.

Got a little creeped out in the middle of the night when I woke up and saw a centipede on the air conditioner. Looked like a mold/mildew spot on the shower wallpaper. After that, I just felt my room was dirty. There was also a weird smell that wasn't bad but it wasn't clean either. Great location just wish I hadn't seen that bug!

TV was small, beds were low to ground. Internet went in and out. Shower head had large amount of mineral deposits encrusted on it. Hallway rugs looked dirty and worn. Outside pool was nice for kids.

The hotel & desk staff were great! the room was VERY clean, & the continental breakfast was delicious. the only issue we had was-when my daughter & i got home & unpacked my daughter informed me she left her bathing suit on the back of the bathroom door to dry. (i thought she had packed it up). i called hotel immediately, let them know our room # & exactly […] where she left it, & was told when they find it they will call. well, i called 2 more times & they said it wasn't found. when i asked what they (meaning cleaners) did with it, they told me they didn't find it-when i told them we KNOW it was in the room, i got no answer. while this is our fault as well for leaving it behind, i feel they need to take responsibility as well because we didn't "lose it" , she knew right where she left it-it was either stolen or they threw it away!!! Location was very convenient. It was centrally located to many attractions. Breakfast was awesome. Not like most continental breakfasts with just cereal and fruit. Freshly made pancakes, scrambled eggs and Ham, rolls, cereal, toast and a large selection of drinks. Well worth the price. Will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Handicapped room was quite spacious and absolutely clean. It was a real treat to see 2 queen-size beds in the room. It had a great roll-in shower with plenty of hot water. well, if you are a fan of "sausage gravy" for breakfast, this is the place for you!! me, i prefer actual sausage or bacon for my first meal of the day. an e-mail to holiday inn express priority club solved the breakfast problem quickly. though. whereas our first day's breakfast selections were as unappealing the afore-mentioned sausage by-product […] and were under-stocked as well, the day after, following a call from a manager (prompted by the HIE corporate offices) actual sausage was plentiful, well-stocked and hot! bacon was provided to us alone, since we were the ones who complained. also, the pancake maker, previously unavailable, miraculously re-appeared on our second day! i must say that the hotel seems unappealing and without any real attempt @ customer satisfaction. we shall not be staying here again!!
