First off, I woul like to thank Felipe, Khalid and Mercedes who all made my stay very pleasant. You can have the best hotel in the world but without great staff, you really don't have a great hotel. Next thing, The hotel is about a six minute walk from the cataluna square and this is also where the airport shuttle bus drop off and pick up point is 5.3 […] euro. There are also jump off and on tour buses that stop right in front of the hotel. All around, I loved staying at this hotel and will definitely be staying there again if I am ever in Barcelona again. Eurostars BCN Design is located just north of the main square, and we found this ideal. Everything was within walking distance. Check-in was quick and friendly. Although a keycard is necessary for the main entrance, we found it wasn't always activated so anyone could walk in. The lobby is on the 1st floor (one up from the entrance) and that affords […] some extra privacy. Jacuzzi and deck area on the roof is pretty cool. We never ate in the lounge but we did have drinks and enjoyed the back patio, plus the biblioteca. Staff is friendly, but not always well-versed in English. Still, we managed to get along. Our room 403 (one up from the base model), was "funky" to say the least. Decor was kind of fun but not very high-end. Our balcony door was locked so we had to call down for someone to bring up the handle, after we promised not to "suicide". Some street noise but the fresh air was welcome, considering how moldy and stagnant the air in the room was. Literally, there was mold growing on the walls near the patio door. The shower wasn't bad, though the floor was two separate giant pieces of artsy concrete that wobbled when walked upon. The toilet, however, was pretty much a nightmare. Tiny. No privacy from the rest of the room. You can see and hear everything going on in there. Talk about intimate! All in all, we got what we paid for and will definitely shop around a bit more before heading back to Barcelona. Uzziniet vairāk

This was the best hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our Trip. It was our last stop before heading back home and we were extremely lucky in getting upgraded to the top floor Suite. Everything in our room was clean, nice, and functioning- which had not been the case in our 4 other hotels. We had a huge private patio and received a complimentary […] bottle of champagne upon our arrival. The rooms are quiet when the doors are shut and the amenities are wonderful. The staff was very nice, especially the doorman, who often got more worried and stressed with the slow taxi’s than we did-which was so nice to see someone actually care about us! The location of the Hotel is very convenient and in a good area. The Hotel itself is very odd with very few amenities. We had 2 room s and one had a musty smell. We asked to change the one room after the first night and they asked if we could change both rooms to a different floor. We said OK only to have one of the rooms again with a strong musty odor. The […] room are strange in that the toilets are "public." The sinks are so small that you cannot wash without flooding the floor. The shower is fine but the source of the smell. There is no place to put toiletries. The Hotel has very little but the neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and cafes. I would not recommend , there are plenty of "normal" Hotels in the area. Et nydelig hotell. Et minus for toalettet fordi du kan se gjennom i lyset og du hører hva man gjør. Ellers har jeg bare positive ting og si. Og gangavstand til det meste som er og se. Vi kommer igjen. Takk for en herlig weekend. Mvh. Leif og Sonja.

Olin työmatkalla muutaman päivän Barcelonassa ja valitsimme hotellin sijannin ja kohtuullisen hinnan (ei turistisesonki) mukaan. Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla. Aula ja käytävätilat keskikertaiset, huone hieno ja erikoinen. Pettymys tuli, kun lähdin itse huoneesta ja kollegani tuli samana päivänä asumaan pidemmäksi ajaksi maksettuun huoneeseeni. […] Jätin hänelle maccini laturin. Kun kollegani tuli huoneeseen muutama tunti lähtöni jälkeen, laturi oli kadonnut, vaikka huonetta ei oltu edes siivottu. Henkilökunnan huono englanninkielen taito ei auttanut asian selvittämisessä. Loppujen lopuksi laturi jäi sille matkalle. Käsittämätöntä tämänlaatuisessa hotellissa. Yli tuhannen hotelliyöpymisen kokemuksella (ja hotelleja on ollut ihan kaikentasoisia laidasta laitaan) tällaista ei koskaan ole tapahtunut. Kaikenkaikkiaan ok hotelli mutta tuskin menisin uudelleen. Mycket bra hotel, bra läge, trevlig personal.

L'hotel gode di una posizione invidiabile e sia le camere che il servizio di reception son impeccabili... Assolutamente positivissimo su tutto!

Hyggelig betjening, god service. Man anbefales å sjekke rom beliggenhet i forbindelse med bestilling. Optimal beliggenhet med mange tilbud og severdigheter innen gangavstand, Ellers korte avstander til metro og taxi.

Mye gode butikker og restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. De ansatte var fleksible og behjelpelig, særlig med tanke på rengjøring. Vi var ikke ute av hotellrommet før kl 16-17 de fleste dagene, men en time senere var rommet rent og ryddig. Yakuzien på toppen av hotellet med utsikt over gaten og nattehimmelen var fantastisk etter en tur på byen.

Spændende, overraskende hyggeligt hotel lige i smørhullet. Der kunne vi nemt finde på at bo næste gang:-)

My son and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, and we were both very satisfied with the hotel. The service in the reception was excellent, and they can speak a clear english. The breakfast in the hotel was good and the service in the restaurant was great. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to discover Barcelona on your own. Located between […] two M-stations (50 mtr.) made it easy to come arround in the city, and even to the airport (25 min.) The hotel is "design" and so everything is not just practical - like the sanitary installations, but even this - coulden't spoil the overall ecperience. Uzziniet vairāk

Fräscht och bra hotell med kort avstånd till allt. Tunnelbanan ligger precis brevid och Placa Cataluna 200 m bort. Flera helt ok resturanger inom 100 m. Takterassen är super, så ta med badbyxorna!

Loistava sijainti. Myös lentokentältä junalla saapuville. Siistit, avarat huoneet, viihtyisä kattoterassi. Henkilökunta erittäin mukavaa, kielitaitoista sekä avuliasta. WC olisi voinut olla jotenkin enemmän piilossa muusta huoneesta kuin väljällä savulasilla josta näkee ja kuulee läpi - asia saattaa häiritä jos huonetoverit eivät ole hyvin tuttuja. […] Suositeltava hotelli esim. pariskunnan pitkälle viikonlopulle ilman lapsia. Var der sammen med min kæreste. Et super godt og lækkert hotel, med en fantastisk beliggenhed. 2 min til metroen og tog (underjordisk), 5 min til Placa Cataluna og 10 min til Ramblaen. Flotte værelser, dog med begrænset udsigt, men denne nydes på hotellets fantastiske tag-terrasse, hvor der er jacuzzi, koldt vand og ice-tea - mums. Kan kun anbefale […] dette hotel. Uzziniet vairāk

Gjennomført bra opplevelse av hotellet med nærhet til alt! God mat og service!

Sentralt og veldig fin beliggenhet nær resturanger handlegater buss og tog. Hage med mulighet for å spise frokost ute kunstutstilling og en fredelig plass gjorde inntrykket komplett

Flott hotell med meget god service

Værelser små og dårligt indrettede. Virkede slet ikke som 5-stjernet. Beliggenhed dog super, og venligt personale.
