The location is one of the advantages but also disadvantages of the hotel. It’s directly on the S-8 S-Bahn line from the airport, so getting into the hotel and back out to the airport is incredibly easy. The proximity to the S-Bahn station at Leuchtenbergring--not more than a few minutes’ walk—means you can get to the town center easily. The Altstadt […] is four stops away.. There’s not much in the surrounding area, though you can walk to the Prinzregententheater, an important venue for theater and classical music; a bit more ambitious walk (15-20 mins.) brings you to the Haus der Kunst and the Villa Stuck museums. But essentially you’re in the middle of nowhere and with nothing interesting to see from your window: the hotel is bounded on one side by an eight-lane thoroughfare (double-glazed windows ensure quiet, however), on the other by its large parking lot. If you’ve got a room at the back on the third floor, you look out directly onto the lot. I mean, directly onto the lot. I had to keep the curtains closed during my entire stay. Ask for a room on a higher floor or at the front. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and helpful, and the breakfast regal (though why don’t hotels ever have just plain oats available, along with the various mueslis and cereals they inevitably serve?). The room itself was somewhat small but very good value for the money. And very clean. The bathroom was generously sized for a hotel in this price range, nicely designed, and with shower fixtures that delivered a bracingly powerful stream of water. Stayed there in September 2011 to see the city and check out Oktoberfest. The hotel has a very convenient location to the subway system for getting downtown or for getting back out to the airport. We were only a few stops away from the city center, museums, and a quick transfer over to the Oktoberfest grounds. We didn't check out many of the shops in […] the area, but the area seemed clean and safe. The rooms were very quiet for being fairly close to a major roadway. Our only complaint was it was hard to control the temperature in the room, so it seemed very warm in the middle of the night. Included breakfast buffet in the morning was also a plus. Nice hotel (similiar to 5 stars hotel in US). Modern room. Great location to S-Bann (only 200 meters). Good selection of beer. Fairly pricey. In strange location (almost on city outskirt). No view from windows. Next to electronic store if you need something. 4 stops by S-Bann from downtown. If it would be cheaper, I would stay there all the time. Good location, only a short walk from the metro station. Warning that there is no elevator from the platform to the street (3 flights of stairs instead). There is a small mall right beside the hotel with a big supermarket. The room was a decent size. A touch small but still enough space for the luggage and to spread our stuff out on the desk/tables. The […] bathroom had an extra large shower (no tub and not a tiny stall like other hotels), which was very nice. Excellent buffet breakfast with a multitude of choices hot and cold. Highly recommended and included in our rate (pricey due to Oktoberfest). The hotel also provided computers with internet access (slightly hidden behind the elevators), which was a nice touch and popular. The only negative was that when we came back to our room one day, there was an open beer in the fridge. It appeared full but it couldn't have been opened by accident as someone had to unwrap/tear the foil to get at the cap. I took the bottle to Ioannisse and he apologized, made a report, and we weren't charged. My compliments to Ioanisse. He was very helpful and friendly every time that we spoke to him (glad that he spoke English). The hotel conveniently sold transit tickets to the airport, which saved us a bit of time. I would return to the hotel but only when Oktoberfest isn't on and the rates are lower. ;-) Uzziniet vairāk

The train is a short 2 minute walk from the hotel and only 2 stop to Marienplatz. Make sure you ask what tickets to purchase before you go as the ticket machines are typically German and overly complicated, especially if German is not your native language. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are tiny but well appointed. Great value.

The service was of the highest quality at this hotel, the decor was fresh and modern and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The location is good but if you want to be in the thick of it then perhaps it isn't for you although the city centre is only 20 minutes away on the S-Bahn. I would stay again.

This hotel was in a very good condition, the staff very helpful and the rooms were clean. If you want a hotel that is walking distance from the city centre I would not recommend this hotel though. (However the S8 stops directly outside the hotel and it is relatively quick and cheap to get into the city centre this way). Breakfast was very nice with […] a good selection of food. Nice and clean hotel with attentive staff in a boring neighbourhood but close to the S-Bahn that takes you somewhere else. Very good for a short stop-over and trains directly to/from the airport. Good breakfast buffet. Parking was available.

Väldigt bra hotell, stilrent rum med även om vi fick rum mot gatan blev vi inte störda av trafiken. Fräsch frukost, jätte trevlig personal. Med andra ord allt var toppen.

Wir haben das Hotel nach der Lage ausgesucht, da wir in Fußnähe an einer privaten Veranstaltung teilnahmen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, alles ist sehr sauber und ansprechend, die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert, d.h. vom Verkehr auf dem mittleren Ring ist nichts hören. Erwähnenswert ist noch das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet und die Freundlichkeit […] des Personals. Uzziniet vairāk

A szálloda újszerű, jó minőségű, a szolgáltatás színvonala jó. Ami hibát találtam az a parkoló sorompója esős időben nem működött a kártyával, úgyszintén a lift kártyás kezeléséről jobb tájékoztatást lehetne adni. Az ágynemű kifogástalan, talán a párnák mérete lehetne más, de ez ahány ház annyi szokás. A hotelt lehet ajánlani mindenkinek!

Hotellet ligger vid Leuchtenbergring som är fyra stationer innan Marienplatz. Precis lagom långt från centrum där man tillbringar stor del av tiden. Mycket prisvärt jämfört med hotellen i Gamla stan. Hotellet är byggt 2008 och känns verkligen tiptop. Det tar 3-4 minuter att gå till S-bahn där tre linjer passerar, bl.a. den som går till flygplatsen.

sehr freundlicher und flinker Service. Saubere Zimmer mit neuer Ausstattung. Beeindruckend das reichhaltige und München entsprechende Frühstücksbuffet. Prima die Parkmöglichkeit und die nahe S-Bahn Anbindung in die Innenstadt.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites personal, saubere Zimmer m it angenehmen Komfort, kostenloser"Nespresso-" - Maschinen auf den Fluren sehr gute S-Bahn Anbindung ( fFughafen und city) Restaurant und Bar konnte aus Zeitmangel nicht probiert werden
