This hotel is A very good place to stay. Reasonable price, good safe location, very nice room,great bed,and wonderful staff.

The Maids/Room Service was very RUDE. What is the use of having a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door when Room Service ignore it. If I wanted a WAKE UP...I would have ask the Front desk to do so. Room Service should not knock on the door like they are the POLICE needing to get inside the room.

Since we travel with our children now we have to find nicer hotels to stay in and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern the hotel was. The staff was extremely helpful with providing us with local information. Since we will be traveling to the area again, this will be the hotel we stay in.

I just loved the newness of the place. The decor wash very pretty and functional. The location was ideal for traveling around the city and all adjorning cities because of it's proximity to the interstate highway.

My husband and myself enjoyed our stay at the Saraland Microtel ....it was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The second day, I recived a call from the front desk saying that someone was in my room jumping on the floor. This call came around 6pm. At the time, we were in bed. The only thing that I can attribute this to was my three year old running from the bathroom to the bed. I found this to be a bit aggrivating when I went outside to find other guests having […] a barbque in the parking lot. I told the front desk that noone was jumping on the floor and went ahead with the rest of my stay. The overall stay was good other than this one thing. I could understand the call coming at night, but if they can hear a three year old little girl then the floors are to thin. Uzziniet vairāk

Very Nice and Very Clean - Would stay there again.

This hotel was in a good location near the interstate. The lady checking us in was friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean and our room looked nice. However, our room was located on the first floor near enough to the front desk that I was bothered some by the noises after bedtime. Also, the sound of someone walking across the floor of the room […] above was rather loud. We had two queen-sized beds with 3 pillows each, which I appreciated. The beds were comfortable enough. The pillows were big, soft and fluffy--okay for me but not my husband or daughter. The bathroom also was very clean and neatly stocked with towels and washcloths for four people. There was a standup card offering the option of reusing towels and bed linens in an effort to conserve water, etc. for those staying more than one night--a "plus" for those who like to live "green." An above-average breakfast was available: fresh fruit, cold cereal, milk, coffee, juice (didn't like the orange juice at all), instant oatmeal, hot biscuits, gravy, sausage patties, bagels, etc. with a toaster and microwave handy for heating and toasting. The dining area was quite clean. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to others. Uzziniet vairāk

This hotel offered what I needed relative to location, amenities and cost. It was clean, the staff was accommodating and the surrounding businesses were convenient.

This hotel had very few cons and lots of pros. Cons: ~The hallway leading to the room (we stayed on the 3rd floor) was stuffy and had an odor ~There was a very strong air freshener type smell in the room ~When preparing to check out we found some garbage underneath the bed that did not belong to us ~Though we wold not have time to use one, there is […] no pool. ~The juices at breakfast had a very odd taste. ~We stayed in a room on the end and were awaken in the middle of the night on Sunday night by the garbage truck emptying a dumpster at the restaurant closest to the hotel. Pros ~Overall the room was very clean ~Service was GREAT; Every employee we encountered was very friendly ~Breakfast was good (Not a big hot bar, but a good selection. Muffins, bagels, cereal, sausage, gravy biscuits and pancakes) FYI - The biscuits and pancakes did have to be microwaved, but were very good. ~We are a family of 5 and our 8 year old is small enough to sleep in the window seat in the room, so we don't have 3 kids trying to share a bed. ~Every room has a very large window seat. ~ The price was GREAT. ~Good location. Right off of the interstate, very convenient to restaurants and Wal-Mart. ~Ice and vending machines are located next to the elevator, which is centrally located, so no matter where your room is you are not far from them. ~Clean comfy beds and very fluffy pillows. ~Rooms are very efficiantly designed with a desk, dresser, closet, combo. ~Rooms were well equipped. This was our second stay at a Microtel (we also stayed at one in Columbus, Ga) and overall have been very pleased with them. We actually plan to stay at this one whenever we visit Mobile (we have family there). Overall they are very clean, well decorated and the price is great. Uzziniet vairāk

The hotel is in a really good place and is near good resturants and a Walmart. It is just off I-65. I will be staying here once again!!

I'd probably stay there again, if the need arose to find a hotel room in the area.

I would use this hotel again and again. Of all the hotels at this exit, this was the most inexpensive and I found that the cleanliness and newness of the rooms made it the best choice for me and my family.

Very clean hotel. Would highly recommend for business travelers. King room set up was very welcoming to working on projects either at the wall mounted desk or in the comfortable recliner. Nice area with bar sink and fridge. Would definitely stay there whenever traveling down that way.

When we got to hotel, there was a bug crawling on my bed manager came to look at it and took it in cup. When we pulled back blankets to look for more the bed had lots of hair in it. Manager then sent housekeeping to cahnge linens and said they had no other rooms. We also had booked a suite with a sofa bed and instead got a room with a window seat and […] curtains that hung on it that had what looked like pizza on the curtains. The next morning housekeeping came around 8:30 knocked lightly and proceeded to immediatley open room door. A few minutes later a man came beating on the door before we could even get across the room he was letting himself in yelling we needed to get downsatirs and pay our $390 bill! We prepaid 1 night on here and owed nothing. He said Oh sorry and left. When we spoke to Amanda at front desk she said they did not have a man working there other than the maintaince man and it was not him. She acted like we were crazy and offered us 1/2 off to stay again. No thanks! Uzziniet vairāk

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helplful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Worth more than we paid. Will stay there again.

We were very pleased with the value of this hotel. We stayed the night before our departure for a cruise out of Mobile and it was super for this! Highly recommend.

extremely friendly staff ,very accomodating..only drawback was ...no pool and the beds were uncomfortable, otherwise a great hotel

Read other reviews posted here. The hotel is new, clean, in located in a quiet area. Based on this stay, we will choose to stay at other Microtel hotels.

The rooms are very small but very nice. Pretty much everything you need for a short business trip. The price is great also. I would recomend it.

Friendly staff and very clean room. Will stay there agian on our next trip to Saraland.

loved the bed and clean room

The two beds in our room took up about 80 percent of the room. Not much turnaround space, but everything was comfortable and it was a really nice experience. Front desk was excellent.

gutes und sauberes Hotel für 1 Nacht für US Standard etwas kleines Zimer, dafür mit sehr gutem Bett!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fast ein wenig traurig, dass wir dort nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten. Da wir uns Mobil nicht anschauen wollten, waren wir mit der Lage ebenfalls zufrieden. Wir wollten am nächsten Tag weiter Richtung New Orleans. Das am Empfang empfohlene Restaurant in unmittelbarer Umgebung war ein Erlebnis!

Das Microtel - Inn liegt in der Nähe eines schönen Parks mit Schwimm- und Bootfahrmöglichkeit. Gute Restaurants liegen direkt in der Nähe ( zu Fuß etwa 150 m). Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Preis- Leistung stimmt bei diesem Hotel.
