seriously... the best hotel ever! this is the most comfortable + nicest hotel i've ever visited in the States.

Hotel was very clean, no smell, and very comportable bed. The receptionist upgraded to a bigger room so that we can be more comportable with my son and my friends son at no extra cost, which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was good but because of Thanksgiving, it was short staff.

I stayed here for three nights in Nov. 2011. I had an excellent stay for an excellent price! I was traveling with my two teen-aged sons. When we arrived the power was out. The very nice young woman at the front desk immediately told me she was upgrading us due to the inconvenience of the power being out (the power came back on about 4 hours later). […] I was thrilled to be upgraded. That was a nice touch. Our suite was huge! Large living room with a super comfortable sectional couch with an ottoman. The couch was a pull out sleeper. There was also a large kitchen with a great table area to sit and eat. The bedroom was huge with two queen sized beds. There was also a desk in the room. It was great to have so much space. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of space on the counter for everyone's toiletries. The shower was very large and nicely tiled. We were in town for college interviews/visits. My mom drove down from MA and booked her own room. It was so nice after a long day of college tours to be able to come back to the hotel and visit with my mom while sitting on a comfortable couch! Sure beats sitting on hotel beds in a typical hotel room. The included breakfast was another nice amenity. Perfect for a mom with two hungry boys! The choices are plentiful and include hot and cold items. They also have a social gathering Monday through Thursday. We arrived on a Thursday and after a long day of flights from Denver it was great to be able to have dinner for free! The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. They were very quick to help in any way they could. One note: The hotel allows dogs. The first day we were there a dog in the room next to us barked for several hours. I did mention it to the front desk and they immediately called up to the room. We did not hear the dog again the rest of the stay. I would definitely stay here again! If my sons end up going to college in CT This could be my home away from home! Uzziniet vairāk

This is an amazing hotel and the room is the best I have ever stayed in - cannot fault the cleanliness, size, or facilities that the room offered. I have seriously lived in smaller apartments !!! Breakfast was amazing with even a selection of teas on offer, I didn't use the fitness centre or pool area but they seemed adequate enough. The reading area […] / library was also a really nice feature. This hotel was the best thing about about my visit to Hartford!!!! Uzziniet vairāk

Clean, quiet, comfortable, just what we needed for the week-end

I must admit that I was a bit surprised by the overall quality and comfort of this hotel. Attention to detail regarding the room was obvious. Little things like providing sufficient space on the sink area for all your toiletries was one. The kitchen area was very nice, as well as the living room area. The bed was comfortable and I usually end up with […] back aches from traveling, but this was not the case here. The room was also very quiet. I never heard a sound from adjoining rooms or from traffic, although it is located far enough away from the highway. The free breakfast was great. The fruit was actually ripe and flavorful, the coffee was hot and the eggs were properly cooked. We arrived in time for the complimentary happy hour and everything was very good. All the employees were very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return if we have the occasion to do so. Uzziniet vairāk

Needed to attend an event at the nearby Marriott. No rooms there, so we wound up at Hyatt. Worked out great. Better rooms, lower price.

We were extremely pleased with our suite at this hotel as well as the indoor pool. Worked very well for us with a small child. In addition the provided buffet breakfast was excellent. As great value for the money.

Excellent stay. Room immaculate - large - comfortable - full kitchen - sitting area. Arrived late - traveling alone - felt very safe. Great hotel personnel - very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Did I say the room was clean? Bears repeating. Room was extremely clean. Fantastic value.

Great experience, especially for the cost. Wonderful facility. I used the fitness center, the spa and enjoyed the expansive breakfast offerings. Happy Hour was a pleasant suprise - lots of good food and drink. I highly recommend.

Hyatt Summerfield Suites are a nice place to stay during my last business trip. I really enjoyed all the additional services such as the complimentary breakfast and the social event with free snacks, beer, and wine. The hotel was recently built and is well mantained. The staff is friendly and respectful.

I liked the hotel and the staff was very polite and easy to deal with. The morning breakfast is very nice and variety is good. The only real big negative is the rooms do not provide enough sound proofing and you can hear everyone in the halls and in other rooms as well. I felt like I was part of the conversation in the next door room!

This is a nice property with a very nice staff. The beds are excellent. The only thing I would add is a couple of dimmers on the lights. They are very bright. Overall a great hotel.

My wife and I try to come to this area once a year to get away from the hectic demands of Boston. Not only is the location of the Hyatt Summerfield convenient but it also provided luxury accommodations that made us feel like we were in a home. Have stayed at a number of other hotels in area over last few months. This hotel was head and shoulders above the rest. Large, well appointed room was more like a high end efficiency unit complete with appliances and tableware. Comfortable living room area with sectional sofa area was definately a treat. Bathroom was also high end from tile and marble […] construction down to the quality of toiletries provided. Being unfamiliar the Hartford area, I wasn't sure what to expect - but the Hyatt Summerfield was more than a pleasant surprise...the king studio suite was incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious, with a well-thought out design, including a fantastic kitchen, generously-sized couch, great flat-screen tv and work area, and all the amenities to make […] it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the oversized bathroom had fantastic water pressure, extra towels and terrific lighting. The buffett breakfast was hearty and the staff friendly and gracious...our only complaint was that we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the rest of the hotel's facilities. We'll definitely be back! The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Studio Suite provides a full kitchen, living area with a semi-seperate bedroom area. Perfect for someone traveling on business.

This was a very spacious room with many accomodations. It woudl be wonderful for an extended stay. The staff was superb and Patti in the breakfast area is a treasure. Everyone made our stay enjoyable.

Amazing!!!! Can't wait to go back!

This is a location for people who want to get away from city life. This was a very relaxing experience and it only enhanced the connection between my husband and I. Restaurants are near by as well a supermarket; which was lovely by the way. Hotel was beautiful, clean, and well stacked with everything ur own kitchen would have....just remember bring […] cooking spray or butter and please bring ur own groceries or go to the near by supermarket. One year old hotel, everything is clean, beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close enough to airport without the airport noise. Loved the separate bedroom, full kitchen. The King size bed was very comfortable, as was the down comforter.

this hotel was great except for the astronomical charge to bring my 16 lb dog who is more like my child. plus there was not smoking rooms in the entire hotel and another huge charge if you were caught smoking in your room. What is this mommies house???

I think the hotel needs impovement based on there grand opening. Since they've only been open for 3 weeks some things should be reviewed. I checked in on friday evening and the host was very nice was assigned to the 5th floor where there was no hot water. I ran the faucets and shower for 20 mins and still no hot water. Was inconvienced with having to […] get a new room with an infant staying with us we had to pack up and go to another room where the room was smaller. Was highly disappointed also at check out time we we had to wait at the front desk and the host had a hard time checking us out. He went to get help and it took 15 mins. Uzziniet vairāk

Habitaciones magníficas, buen servicio. Debe mejorar un poco el bufet desayuno. Estaria bien que tuviera una cafeteria. El único problema es el ruido del aire acondicionado y del extractor de aire del baño.
