The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The only problems we had were maintenance issues: running out of hot water and the air condition unit outside continuously running all night and day (sounded like some one snoring almost!).

Modern decor, bright white bedding so that you are able to see how clean it is. Our family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included; eggs, freshly made waffles, bagels, muffins, sausage, fruit, coffee, yogurt, juice, cereal, etc... I would stay here again.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was OK. Location was pretty isolated - not much around if you were on foot & didnt want to eat at the Bass Pro shop next door. Also, there is another Fairfield Inn in Sieverville. Our taxi driver took us there first. Cost $40 to get another taxi back to this one in Sieverville-Kodak.

Room was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed overnight,Breakfast was great and the people were friendly and welcoming.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel was convenient to shopping we were interested in doing and close enough to the Smokey Mountains to enjoy both. Only complaint about the hotel room was there was no comfortable chair to relax in.

Previous guest's towel and washcloth were left hanging over the shower curtain rod in our room. We pulled them down with an extra washcloth to the floor so they would not be missed when the room was cleaned after us. Staff and grounds were nice. The location was convenient to our purposes of attending a class at the Bass Pro Shops.

We typically stay in 3.5-4 star places and travel about once a month. However, we'd passed this one, as it's a stones throw from Bass Pro and Chop House. Expected it to be pricier than it was...and we would have paid more, gladly. The room, hallways, bathrooms, pools were all spotless. Breakfast was great. In the past, we've ended up staying in Knoxville at the Crown Plaza and driving in, as it seems all of the places in Gatlinburg are have just been worn out. With so many groups that come in there, we've always felt the rooms just seem overused...and dirty. This was a very pleasant surprise. Plus, when you leave, you're less than 30 secs onto the interstate. We'll be staying here every time. This is a great location and great facility. It is close enough to Pigeon Forge and yet not in the traffic. My husband loves it because it is next to Bass Pro!! This is the second time we have stayed and will definetly stay again.

This hotel was located perfectly to visit Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg without being in the thick of it. Great location next to Outdoor World and a small, multi-level strip mall. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. The coffee maker in the room was very dusty.

This was a great stay! We were greeted by a nice gentleman that got us checked in very quickly. Our room was perfect, the bed so comfy! The pool and hot tub was just below our window (we didn't have time to use either) but looked wonderful. The breakfast was awesome. We made waffles and toasted bagels for ourselves. There was juice, milk, coffee, muffins, […] toast sandwiches, cereal. Just about anything you wanted. We ate and run, we were heading to Bristol for the race. It shares the parking lot with Bass Pro which my husband loved (but we didn't have time for him to go...lol). A great hotel which is close to the surrounding ammenities. Close to Bass Pro Shop, and other great stores. Restaraunts are within walking distance. Hotel rates were very reasonable for the location. Within driving range of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville attractions. Overall a great hotel.

In a great location, just off I-40, across from the Bass Pro Shop. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The clerks were very courteous. Chop House Restaurant across from hotel is a great place to dine. If you want something different, take Hwy 66 into Pigeon Forge and you'll find another 50 or so restaurants.

This was a very clean, newer hotel with plush room accomodations, a plentiful morning breakfast, free newspaper and well-trained and knowledgable service staff. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel at a low price.

This place is a great place to stay when visiting the Pigeon Forge area. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The first impression of the hotel is lovely. The lobby is eautifully decorated , colorful and cheerful, and the front desk staff was amazing. The Inn is very nice and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. The pool is small for the size of the Inn, however there was never a problem using it. The location needs a few more places to eat close by.
