My stay was very enjoyable, in addition to the hotel's proximity to my daughter's residential tower at NYUAD, it is very convenient to the Corniche Beach Park and various shopping centers and malls, within walking distance. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a variety of selections, including made to order omelets; and the Blendz Cafe on the ground […] level was perfect for continental breakfast and a tasty lunch. I took advantage of the Hotel Spa exercise rooms, pool, and both, steam and dry saunas. The staff was very friendly, attentative, and very eager to please. Most of the hotel staffs are very friendly and nice. From this point of view the hotel is better than any other 5 star hotels. One thing disappoints me is that they did not allow me to check in earlier even if I reserved and stayed 5 nights. A reception staff just told me to pay for one night if I wanted to check in. Hotel service is good. But condition of facilities are no good. Hot water during bath time is about 10 or 15minute. After that, it is a water. The wall between room and room is thin. Because it is loud noise from the next room. After house keeping, Hair and dust is yet remaining.

This hotel is conveniently located a block away from a mall with a wonderful grocery store and a block away from a bus stop that goes to the beach and the marina mall. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was fabulous and the staff was very friendly. The only down side was the coffee shop was very smokey.

although we stayed for a single night, our stay was pleasant and the quality and comfort was beyond what we had expected from this hotel. All the information we needed was available in the electronic phone directory. room was very clean with all the amenities in sound condition. the only problem was that the surrounding rooms opened in a close vicinity […] and if someone knocked your neighbor it felt like it was your room and it became a little disturbing when we tried to catch up a serious sleep after the tiring day. other problem we faced was that although the parking was complimentary in the hotel and we had driven to abu dhabi when we were about to check out we found a parking ticket on our vehicle as the hotel staff failed to inform that parking was paid (public parking) in the hotel premises and we were supposed to park underground the hotel. This hotel is close to the city center and offers good quality accommodation for a good price. We were very much satisfied with everything.

Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi is convenient to transposed on the go. It is close and/or walking distance to places /mall/restaurants where one can buy anything from souvenir key chains to class Jewelries and the likes. The accommodation is very good as well as service. We certainly enjoyed our stay here.

Concierge staff were so helpful and it was amazing they welcomed us back from our Mid-East hop by name. It's a great hotel for down town but for a quick turnaround not the best location. The hotel feels like 5+ stars, the service was absolut fantastic, the restaurant/food was delicious (at breakfast and also our christmas eve buffet at evening). We got a great suite with additional kids-bed. the pool is very small - the one and only negative point. Additional: free valet parking in front of the entrance. lovely clean hotel in a very good location. staff were very friendly and polite. breakfast was very good lots of selection to eat from. i will definetly recommend this hotel to others and would come and stay here again.

This hotel turned out to be a complete surprise. Very low price through hotels.com and was expecting a very cheap looking place.But from the reception area and check in process to breakfast and checkout, this place was great. I have posted a more detailed review on tripadvisor. But I will definitely stay there again.

I did stay with my wife for about 10 days in Abu Dhabi, this hotel very nice and the service is excellent.For sure i will stay again in the same hotel.

I spent 6 days in Abu Dhabi, staying at this wonderful hotel. It is not a five stars' but it's the perfect compromise between quality and price. if you want to live the downtown and have easy access to the neighbouring shopping centre this is the perfect deal. Not recommended for those who are looking for a hotel close to the beach. Very recommended […] for any other purpose. Our stay at the Cristal Hotel in Abu Dhabi was indeed a very pleasant experience.My immediately family had booked three rooms with extended family members arriving separately.All check ins were done swiftly and efficiently by front desk staff who were very pleasant and accommodating. During our stay, all the staff without exception were extremely polite […] and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I must make special mention of Marisol and Ivy ; our two servers at breakfast. They were absolutely delightful and great assets to the hotel. The premises were very clean and quiet and the buffet breakfast was delicious, enjoyed even by my son who is a picky eater. This is a 4 star hotel which was worth what I payed for. . Actually the rate was low for such a hotel in comparison to other hotels I have been in the US., Dubai, Turkey, Cyprus, Syngapore , Malasia, ... . I have to say it was summer (hot climate) and also the month of Ramedhan during which eating and drinking are prohibited all day long in Islamic […] countries. I mean it was low season there. Most of the reception personnel could not speak or listen English well ( as it is the case in other places in UAE) but the Asian woman in the reception ( which I have forgotten her name ) was very nice, alert and helpful. I was coming back from the US and had to stay 2 nights in Abu Dhabi so I had to suffer a Jet Lag, but there was a noise in the adjacent floor that seemed to be of construction workers, so I could not sleep during the day. The breakfast was good and free. The hotel is new and the facilities and equipment are of high standard. Room service workers were polite and more fluent in English that some men in the reception! There had to be complementary drinking water in the room( as already have been announced) but they charged me about 10 dollars for 2 small bottles of drinking water at the check out!! I mentioned it to the clerk named Abdul but he was in a bad mood ( or couldn't understand me at all?). Free internet access in the room was a big plus. This is a great hotel for business. I wouldn't stay here if I were on leisure. The rooms are clean, simple and modern. The internet is free which is a big plus for business. There is no bar at the hotel which is a negative for us Westerners and the food was mediocre at best but otherwise it was very comfortable.

hotellet motsvarar inte de 4 stjärnor de har, enkla saker som strykjärn fick vi tjata om att de skulle leta upp för att det inte fanns på rummet, krångel med kabelinternetet på rummet, krångel med arga taxichaufförer de bokade åt oss.

街中にあり、歩いて回るには最適。ロビーはB級で、こじんまりとしているが、受け付け、ベルボーイの対応は極めて丁寧で、いい感じ。「2千円追加でジュニアスイートにグレードアップできるがどうする？」と言われ、断ったけど、結局無料でアップグレードしてもらえた。2部屋続きで、とても快適だった。その後、ビーチロタナに泊まったが、快適さはいい勝負。ビーチロタナはロビーも豪華で、プールやジム、しょぼいけどプライベートビーチがあり、ゆっくり滞在を楽しむにはいい。それに比べ、クリスタルホテルは、快適だが、ホテル自体の魅力は少なく、街に出たり、ツアーに参加するのにとても適していると思う。

街の中心部にあって、目の前に大きなショッピングセンターもありますし、とても便利なホテルです。 妻と二人で利用しました。ツインの部屋希望だったんですが、ダブルの部屋しか開いていないということで、ダブルの部屋に入りました。 スイートじゃなかったんですが、スイートっぽい作りで、部屋も広々していてきれいな部屋でした。インターネットも有線ですが無料でスピードも速かったです。 バスルームは広くてバスタブもあり、シャンプー、石鹸などアメニティもありました。 テレビではNHKワールドが見られます。 500mlのボトル入りの水が部屋に置いてあって、無料で毎日ベッドメーキング後に入れてありました。 朝食付きのプランにしたんですが、ビュッフェ朝食はパンがおいしく、サラダや果物、いろいろ食べ物の種類も豊 […] 富でとてもおいしかったです。 コンビニのようなものは近くにありますが、ショッピングセンターの中のスーパーが夜遅くまでやっているので、コンビニ代わりに使えますし、ファーストフードのフードコートもあります。 また、アブダビに行く機会があると思いますので、 その時はこのホテルにしようと思います。 Uzziniet vairāk

We were very pleased with the way Cristal hotel staff treated us. Everything went exceptionally well. Even when we went for a night safari everything was arranged smoothly so that we could keep our room untill afternoon and then leave our luggage in Cristal and get them the day after and have a rest at the hotel after the safari even though we were […] not anymore "guests".
