"good location"
Hotel was in an area with many restaurants. Room was a little small and they did not clean our room even though we were gone all day. Breakfast was mediocre.

"Columbus Holiday Inn"
This hotel was a very nice stopping point on our trip west. I really liked the fact that coffee was available in the lobby at all hours. The room was nice and overall a good value for the money.
"Large room!"
We stayed in a room with one King bed, and the room was so large, we couldn't believe it! We really enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend this hotel to anyone who is needing accommodations in Columbus, OH!
Good over-all experiance at this hotel. We will plan another trip to this hotel in the future.
"Holiday Inn-Columbus Hilliard"
It was a great hotel, the staff was very friendly/nice/accomodating, and the ammenities were great. B/c of staying there new years eve, there were deals in the dining room, too. And we happened to have the pool to ourselves that night. :) Great time, great facility, right off the highway. I'd stay there again, in a heartbeat. :)

"Holiday Inn not worth the price in my opinion"
I travel weekly for work and therefore stay in hotels fairly frequently. The cost to stay at Holiday Inn was 3x as much as the hotel I initially price shopped (they were booked up). Although the hotel was beautiful, I was very disappointed with the stay at the Holiday Inn. Within 10 minutes of checking in I had to call the front desk because the ironing […] board in the room was broken (one of the legs fell off) and the air conditioning unit was making a hissing sound (accompanied by a burning smell). I advised the front desk that the unit was making a weird noise and smoking and that someone should probably check on it. The ironing board was more of a concern for her as she asked me if I needed a replacement that night or could it wait for the morning. I said we were getting dressed to head out so we needed the ironing board that night. She assured me we would have a replacement board that night and made no further mention of the air conditioning unit. My other issue with the stay was the fact that there was no free wireless connection without a wireless card. It took over an hour to get an ethernet cord and the internet connected with the technical support. Not only was the 2 front desk representatives I spoke to a little short with me, but the technical support representative was just short of blatantly rude. My last issue with my stay is the fact that there was no free breakfast. I will say that housekeeping was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I stay at hotels that are not of the same ilk and are quite a bit cheaper and although not as nice as the Holiday Inn aesthetics-wise they have offered 1)friendly and courteous customer service 2)free breakfast 3)free no hassle wireless internet Uzziniet vairāk

"Family"
Overall it was a positive stay. We enjoyed our room, people at front desk was professional and courteous. Would recommend the hotel and will be staying here next time we are in Columbus. Thank you Holiday.Inn.
"Wonderful hotel"
We were very surprised and elated by the condition of the hotel. We didn't have time to look at the gym and the pool, but the restaurant was great. I would strongly recommend this hotel and hope that we have the occasion to stay there again. Bed's very comfortable; two types of pillows (hard or soft) which were labled. "All Good"
Nothing wrong with this place! All was as anticipated plus a nice bar and dining area. Had a great steak as we got in late and didn't want to move another step. Wait staff was very nice, and food was great! Recommended to both families and road warriors!
