I was most impressed with my stay at Aloft. I have been searching for a spot to call home when I a working in the area (I am here several times a month) and I have found it ! Nice people...great value for the money !

Although we only stayed overnight the hotel was very nice. The night staff was kind of distant, like we almost had to tell them how to do their job; poor customer service. There holding fee was bogus we were unaware of the holding fee until we checked in and I had only $20 in cash on me; my boyfriend gave them $60 because he had no change, and the holding […] fee was $50 they did not have change and in the morning check-out time they gave him back $50. That is theft. Nice hotel but the holding fee is bogus and no one has money just to give away; how do we know that the check in represenative did not pocket our $10? This is bad for business. This was my first time staying at the ALOFT. When I arrived to check in the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The room was different from anyother I ever stayed in (different in a nice way). I would stay at this hotel again. I enjoyed the location staff and comfort.

The hallway carpet did not seem to fit, it was bunched up and need to be vacuumed. It was cool that they played "Hip" music n the lobby, but a little to loud. The floor behind the reception desk was a pigsty. Over all it was a very nice place and out of the ordinary.

The only disappointment were the beds. My guest and I had a very hard time getting comfortable in the beds to fall asleep in.

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised at the contemporary design. Not sure if I would come with my family but is a great get away for singles or couples.

Beds are comfortable, room is clean. Seemed like a safe area. Only negative is a/c blows right on the beds, so watch out for the little ones who kick covers off. Would stay again.

I called for directions from rental car place and no one was able to give me even a major highway; my bathroom shower had dirt and grime on the shower walls and in the grout; my comforter had dried blood and makeup smudges on it.

The Aloft hotel is a great example of a hotel that had every intention of being a really cool, sleek and modern hotel but then over time just got left behind. It's as if someone just completely forgot about them and let it fall apart. I checked in and felt bad because I clearly interrupted the front desk agent's personal call (the ONLY agent, by the […] way). Later that evening I went down to the bar and was told that the only beer they had available that evening was Bud Light. The reason....."our GM has been on vacation for the last two weeks and didn't order anything before he left so we've just been running out of things left and right, because we can't sign for anything." I tried closing my tab for over 30 minutes before the bartender acknowledged me long enough to give me a bill....since she was slammed with all 11 people who were down at the bar that evening. I would never return to this hotel and find it humorous that hotels.com would even partner up with this hotel. Do your research, guys! Uzziniet vairāk

I stayed at Aloft for a week for a business trip. Overall a great stay. The first room I was given wasn't up to par (windows had handprints, paint stains on floor), but when I asked to switch they happily put me in a different room. Friendly, helpful staff, came back everyday with room fresh and clean. Convenient location (traveled from hotel to several […] surrounding counties). Will definitley stay here again when in Maryland. I requested a tv remote 4 times and I never got one. For that I was totally disappointed

Wanted to dance as I was checking in. Loved the layout of the room. :-)

Very modern and convenient

This was a real find! I had access to great restaurants & shopping at Arundel Mills. All before going to the BWI airport the next day. Loved the decor!

Definitely don't go there for the food. Everything else was just fine. Rooms are comfortable and very nice.

The hotel is a modern, contemporary place, which is very convienent to BWI Airport and other things; food, highways, shopping. Our room was not cleaned the second day and we had to ask for clean towels from the front desk. Wonderful hotel me and my boy friend wen't there for valentine's day. It was wonderful the bed's are so comfortable. I didn't even know. I wen't to sleep. I woke up feeling so relax happy good choice for this hotel yes in deed. We play some pool didn't get to go swimming butt next time definitely will do. Needs a comfortable chair in the room

The staff was friendly and the location was nice. The carpet in our room was nasty and the bed was miserable. The linens and pillows were nice, but if you don't like sleeping on an extremely hard bed I wouldn't recommend it. I tossed and turned all night. The room was up to date and the staff was very pleasant. The bed was not dirty but it was not the cleaness I ever seen.

trendy hotel near the mall and close to the Green Turtle bar, cool hangout. decent gym, clean rooms, good location, and a full bar. what more could you want.

Great drinks on the bar..great room....good times.

Nice break from the normal saltbox hotel room; european feel, close proximitiy to airport and shopping. Modern tech design, architecturally interesting.

This was my 1st visit to the hotel,it's clean and the overall design is beautiful. I loved the interior and it is very clean.I did go down to the pool but didn't go in it's very small for such a large hotel and an exercise room. loved this hotel but hated how the lobby was a night club and bar. if you can stand walking in to your hotel and have music blaring this is the hotel for you. everything else was great! the rooms are comfortable, well designed, clean and fun!

Hotel staff is very service friendly. They are very accomodating to you desires, for example, giving me a room on the top floor. My rooms appear smaller than the standard hotel room, glad I was by myself without the spouse and kids. Very convenient to shopping. The Aloft Arundel Mills is in a great location. It is a little bit confusing to find hotel. The Aloft Arundel Mills was a great experience but I am not sure if I would stay there again.

Genuinely could not recommend this hotel more highly. Not only are the location and facilities everything you should expect and more, but the friendliness and standard of service of the staff sets it apart. We flew to Maryland on business, spending four nights at the Aloft before moving further up the east coast for a weekend of relaxation and sightseeing. […] Mentioned our weekend plans in passing to the manager of the Aloft/Element and he went above and beyond to secure us a great place to stay in New York. The free shuttle bus operated by the hotel makes travel connections a breeze with the airport and rail station both a few minutes away. Although this is technically an airport hotel you won't get bored (in case your meetings are cancelled last minute, like ours) with a large shopping mall, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. This was a very special date night and the hotel was simply marvelous. I truly love the decor.

I love this hotel and have stayed at least twice a week the last couple of weeks but this time there was food left in the fridge besides this one time I have had a great time every visit...

The Aloft, Arundel Mills is one of my favorite hotels. I go quite often just for the simplicity of it all. The room/bathroom are always clean, it's close to a mall, and many eateries and the lobby staff is very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel. You will enjoy the convenience of its location along with the contemporary style of the room.

The overall staff at the Aloft was tremendous. They answered all my questions and were able to assist me with any matters I had. All were very kind and courteous and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Very clean and new age hotel experience. The bright neon lights and design was different. Bar is a bit pricey I bought 1 drink and it broke the bank, also the waitresses show too much cleavage. This hotel was very nice and clean, seems to attract a more younger crowd due to lounging area and pets are allowed, which is very convenient.

This hotel is very modern and well kept! The lobby is well decorated, just as the rooms! 100% satisfied with my stay!
