Comfort Suites Lake City — Lake City

The hotel the employees the front decks was excellent. The front deck employees are so friendly the hospitality is wonderful. The breakfeast was great the staff keeped up with the food when it was running out. I dont have anything bad to say about this hotel I will be back again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel while participating in the North Florida Warrior Dash 2012. As a retired naval officer I hold cleanliness in high regard. The hotel from the parking lot; to the lobby; hallways and rooms were very clean. The decor was simple with modern fixtures. The room was very crowded with many spring break travellers and although many children were seen in the hallways enroute to/from the pool we never heard them in our room. The complimentary breakfast was well laid out and provided not only self-serve waffles, but biscuits and gravy (average) and premade single serving cheese omelets, and typical continental faire. The staff was very attentive of the serving area keeping it clean and stocked; the food was respectable quality for a group looking to grab a quick bite. Not great but none of the normal issues you can see at other self-serve breakfasts. The lack of room service due to our late arrival and check in was disappointing and the hotel only provides a small snack bar (at hotel prices), however there are many restaurants very close by and deliverable eateries. The hotels location is incorrect on the major map services residing at a right turn exiting south from I-75. While a triviality it is nice to note they do have special parking if you drive a hybrid which places you close to the main entrance. I would recommend this hotel to others. Uzziniet vairāk

I like my hotels modern and clean and this fits the bill! Lake City is halfway between Naples, FL and Atlanta, GA so we always stop here or Ocala, FL. Convenient. Two queens and one sleeper sofa provides plenty of room for a small family. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Waffle batter was made out of rubber, coffee very cheap. My friend came down from Atlanta, and I drove up from Tampa; we met at this hotel (just on I-75) and drove to Tallahassee. The only problem we had was there was not a room available when we arrived for early check-in so we had to wait to check in until after the game. We were pleasantly surprised at the great breakfast available the next morning!

We chose this hotel because of the billboards along I-75 that said it was new. We don't typically stay at Comfort Suites but will definitely reconsider if they are all as nice as this. Friendly front desk, beautiful decor, big rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious bedding. Only negative during our stay is that the breakfast area was a zoo in morning. I […] don't know if having more space for the food and drinks would help, but it was almost impossible to get to the food. People were lined up 2-3 deep waiting and trying to get around each other. On our trip from Dallas to Florida, we stayed at the Comfort Inn twice. This was my first time staying at this particular hotel and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the hotel. The Live Oak, Florida hotel was really beautiful. The only problem was the food for breakfast. At both locations my husband and I really was disappointed in the quality […] of the food The food did not taste fresh nor hot. The rolls and biscuits were not good at all. Definitely not up to the other hotels in this category such as the Hampton Inn or the Holiday Inn Express. We were sorry we didn't go to the Waffle House across the street or any other restaurant. Arrived early was given my Queensized Room,already cleaned and we were able to get ready for my cousins Wedding. Everything was nice .We had a one night stay but no complaints. Thanks again

We were pleased with the new modern feel of the hotel. Our room had comfortable beds with nice fluffy pillows. There is a sitting area, microwave, and refrigerator which actually kept cold items cold. The downside was the breakfast of sausage gravy and biscuits as the meat that day. We were expecting bacon, eggs, and grits. The hot waffles were a treat […] worth breaking my diet. There was a mix-up and we did not get housekeeping service one day. The manager Amy, called me at my home to rectify our disappointment. I appreciate her follow-thru. The people were friendly, full of information and help. Comfortable place to stay. The outside pool and hot tub were a welcome relief at the end of the day.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice facilities.

Very contemporary and great breakfast
