I was thrilled with the quality of the room (especially for the super low price)! When I first booked the room, I expected something low-end to middle range because of the price of the booking and the distance of the hotel from Niagara Falls; however I was very wrong. We stayed with our one-year old in the 'studio suite'. Having a full kitchen is always a plus, but the hallway noise was a bit much for our child. Tried to check in after a late night flight, only to find out the room was occupied (and double booked). I Had confirmed the late check in twice directly with hotel staff. Was offered an upgrade to 2 bedroom suite but would have to move the next day. Not happy with offer and was upgraded to a one bedroom suite instead. Very pleased with accommodations […] overall but the kitchen and housekeeping staff woke me early and kept me awake because they were right down the hall from my first floor room, banging doors and speaking loudly. Carpet in the room was stained and dirty looking, although cleaned daily. The glass plate was missing from the microwave and the staff was unable to provide a replacement. Very large shower was nice but made turning on the hot water from outside impossible. Had to stand in shower while cold water turned hot (not very long). Overall, a pleasant experience with a courteous and professional staff, but I stayed in a similar hotel about five miles away last time and had a much better experience with no issues. The room was nice except it backed up to a noisy highway. This is a pet friendly hotel and I failed to ask that question. There was a hugh dog in the lobby. I do not stay in hotels that allow pets because of what the pets do when in a strange place when the owners are not watching. We stayed for a night with our baby during a shopping trip They have a pool which was great because it gave us something fun to do with our little one so she wouldn't be cooped up all day in a stroller. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Not only was the place easy to find and convenient to all of the attractions that we wanted to see, the entire facility was clean and well maintained. The employees were exceptional. They were helpful and friendly in every way possible. They took the extra time to remember who we were. The extra perks that […] were offered made this a fantastic place to stay. The daily breakfast was extremely convenient as we were travelling as a family of 6. Not everyone was ready in the morning at the same time so breakfast was not only convenient, it was GOOD!!. If someone missed breakfast, they had to-go bags available for those on the run. The big surprise was that dinner was included 3 nights during the week. What a great idea. The dining area was cozy, neat and clean. And...when we came in at night, there were treats (i.e. cookies, rice krispie treats) at the front desk. Laundry facilities were convenient. Loved the outdoor picnic area. The only draw back was that the movie room was closed while we were there for some type of technical difficulty but that was only a minor inconvenience. Didn't even think about football when we decided to go to Buffalo for back to school shopping. Turns out that almost everything was booked. The Staybridge suite actually had a suite for almost half the cost of a room, so we went for that. Nice place, decent breakfast and no login required to use the WiFi.

I only have excellent compliments about this hotel. Only 20 mins from Niagara Falls and all the exciting venues. Shopping center with Kmart, supermarket, subways, china buffet all near by. Granite tops, living room with sofa bed and tv, bedroom has privacy doors, two queen beds with another tv, central air, spacious bathroom, closet, drawers, its like your very own apartment. Customer service was excellent no matter what time you needed them. Free breakfast buffet, 3 times a week you also get a free dinner. Indoor Pool, Jakuzzi, Patio, 2 gas bbq's, gym, washer/dryers. A very clean atmosphere. One lady that does the breakfast bar in the morning goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best breakfast experience. We travel with our 2 friendly yellow labs and 3 kids so this hotel was perfect - great with pets, friendly with the kids, clean, good breakfast, easy on/off highway and most importantly as "suites" go an actual suite. Great value for money. Took the standard room and came with a full kitchen incl. dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes etc. Rated a 3 star on Expedia but I would class a 3.5. The only downside is no restaurant attached to the hotel and there are not a lot of options close by. Country Inn and Suites is right next door.

The suite itself (2 bedrooms) was very nice. The rest was adequate. Breakfast was basic. Housekeeping was OK, but inconsistent (left a towel here and there). All the suite rooms were on the highway side of the hotel so there was constant background noise. Check in was 3pm we showed up at 4:30 and our room wasn't ready. Had to wait 15 mins with 3 tired kids, then we had to change rooms to a ready room. The pillows were very small and the toilet ran all night. To many things wrong for the price we paid.

I was surprisingly pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room we were in was very nice, spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in the future. The hotel is pet friendly, but we didn't experience any issues.
