SpringHill Suites San Antonio Medical Center/Six Flags — San Antonio

I had an awesome stay at Springhill. They were very friendly and very clean. Totally coming back and recommend it. Quality of the place was spectacular and great location.

Great deal for the room. The beds are comfortable & the room was clean. Our only complaint was the doors slamming in early morning by other guests; the doors are so heavy there is no way of shutting it quietly. The location is convenient; it's easy on/off I-10.

We will definately stay here again!!! We stayed here while we visited Six Flags. We go to Six Flags about 4 times a year and we really enjoyed this hotel. Conventient to everything and the price is decent. The rooms are very spacious. It was me, my husband and my 3 boys. Also, we enjoyed the indoor pool and spa....

So we decided to take a last minute trip to get away with the family and I was afraid all the good hotels were gonna be gone and I did not wanna pay an arm and a leg for booking at the last minute. This hotel is under new management as of last December. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional. The rooms and facility are very clean. we were happy. My wife was sick, so the cleaning lady was doing minnimum work, which fit us perfectly. breakfast was normal. location was convenient, except that the hotel is on exit 559, but you have to exit at 558 from the south.

I stayed at this Springhill Suites and everything went just fine. Only concern is that there were NO two bedroom suites. The place is very clean and neat too. The service is absolutely amazing. I know how important it is to see real review in order to decide if you want to stay here. I highly recommend it! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is clean and most importantly our room was clean as well. The hot breakfast was great, my daughters loved the hot oatmeal with dry fruit, brown sugar and pecans that they could add. […] We had our own refrigerator which allowed me to take left overs from wherever we dinned to the hotel room so that my daughters could eat them later that night. Exceptional front desk staff. Always greeted and assisted with any question. Even seen front desk person loan a USB cord to some kids staying there and playing games in lobby. Super professional and helpful.

Would not stay at this hotel again. There was hair balls on the room floor, the icebox wasn't clean. Lobby and hall floor wasn't clean.

I was disapponted with the quality of the room. Sofabed did not have any linens and room was not cleaned on a daily basis during my stat. I had 2 bath towels for a family of 4. Would not stay there again.

To be honest, I will not stay again! We had a total of 7 people in our party (2 Adults and 5 Children). There was trouble with check in. I booked a 2 DBL Bed suite w/pull out couch and he put us in a 1 King Bed suite - not working for 7 people. I showed the man my reservation confirmation and he still wasn't willing to help. Finally, I asked him to […] call his manager to get the problem resolved ... Also, one of our children had spilled his juice all over one of the beds, so I stripped it down completely. I was satisfied with the comfort of the hotel but the room and the pool area needed a deep cleaning. Also the breakfast was horrible, nothing to brag about. The line for the waffles was 30 minutes or more and when you finally got out of the line to get something else all of the food was gone! We have stayed in other Spring Hills hotel in Dallas,TX. This one in San Antonio, TX this one was different; nothing compare to the one in Dallas. Overall this is a nice property but the staff was just horrible. I had several issues and none of them were resolved. The last time the front deal manager promised that the General manager would call me personally, a week later and still nothing. I love Marriott properties but this one is one to avoid.
