The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, within walking distance to many places downtown. The pool is very small, but the other things made up for that. Glad I selected that hotel, will return if I need to stay in Downtown Indy again!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. The pool is not large but our 2 daughters enjoyed it nonetheless. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations and was a nice way to start the day. We were close to the zoo and many downtown restaurants were within walking distance. Don't expect services you would receive from JW Marriott, but for the $$, very professional service from front desk and valet, clean room and beds that were comfortable, and convenient location to walk most anywhere downtown. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. No noise issues whatsoever.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay again.

First time I have stayed at Springhill Suites in Indy. Great property and amenities. Staff was very helpful. Conveniently located to the Capital and state offices.

Came down for the inaugural Big Ten Championship game. It was my first trip to downtown Indianapolis. This hotel was very nice, clean, and in a great location! We were able to walk everywhere for the whole weekend. The only drawback is having to pay $20+ a day for parking.

Not a bad place.Rooms layed out uniquely.

This hotel (and whole marriott complex) was fantastic! Hotel was in great shape, rooms are very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Hotel staff was quick to respond and very helpful, even allowing us to check in 3 hours early so we could get to an afternoon wedding. Attached TGIF delivers to rooms. Hotel room was quite nice and clean, however the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast needs a different layout, a lot of confusion with lots of people. Not enough room to get waffles...only two waffle makers...holds up the line.. needs more variety.

I struggled to locate the button to answer these questions. I saw "Write a Review" but did not understand it also meant "Take a Survey" I am mentioning this to hopefully assist you in getting more survey results.

We stayed at this hotel because of the location in downtown Indianapolis. The hotel is next to Victory Field and has a number of restaurant options. Also close drive to the Children's Museum. We had a king room which had a nice view. There was a few things that bothered me, but nothing too dramatic. First was upon arrival we noted how thin the walls seemed. We could hear our neighbors crying child really easy. Not a deal breaker but a little too loud. The second thing, there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom or the shower room. Kind […] of strange. The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean and we loved the modern design. The room was very comfortable.

We went to Indy for our anniversary to enjoy the weekend and take in a ball game. We arrived and the service was great, i checked in and they asked what brought us to their hotel, I said we were there to enjoy our anniversary, they checked us in and about an hour later brought a gift to our room, they were great, very friendly and hotel was very clean […] and convientley located to what we wanted to do. Newer faciltiy with very friendly staff. For the room rates, this is a very nice location and is always exceptionally quiet for a downtown location.

We visited Indianapolis overnight, visited the Children's Museum the following day. Our requirements were: sleep 2 adults and children; include breakfast; include swimming pool. The SpringHill Suites by Mariott met all of that, including a hot breakfast buffet, and pool, workout facility, etc. We had two queen beds plus a sofabed, and a nice sitting […] area separate from the beds. Also included a small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, ironing board, and iPod dock, all of which were nice-to-haves if possible. Our room overlooked a park and water, and we walked around that area after dinner, which was nice. The hotel was very new, so it was nice from that perspective also. Our only negative was that there were separate rooms for the toilet (and a small pedestal sink) and for the bathtub and full-size sink, with a large amount of wasted space, and only one towel bar and hook, which was not nearly enough for shower towels, wet swimsuits, etc. Not a big deal, but a missed opportunity. Rooms were nice but no view especially the king suites. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Waffles were not good. Close to museums and a nice park.

The Springhill Suites in Indianapolis is a great hotel in a perfect location: across the street from the museums of White River St. Park, not far from Lucas Oil Field, and an easy walk to the Circle and all that is down there.
