Very clean , the hotel management was very friendly, a nice walk to the historic section of town.
"Good hotel for the price"
Very clean, looked newly remodeled with granite shower, etc. Owners/manager very friendly! I unknowingly left my wallet on the night window ledge and they mailed it to me the next day, with everything in it!

"MY STAY WAS GREAT!"
The room was exceptional for the price. Excellent accommodations, clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant to work with... and the owner was very helpful. Freeway was readily accessible making it very easy to get to my meeting and return to the hotel. Only drawback was the lack of "hot" water in the morning. The water pressure was not very strong... […] but I could not get hot water in the sink or shower. I spoke with the owner about this and he was very concerned and took actions to correct this problem immediately. We had a very nice stay here. The service was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. We had decided at the last moment to drive to Pismo Beach for the 4th of July and of course most of the hotels were already booked. We found vacancy here at Arroyo Village Inn & read all the reviews which we found to be true from our experience. […] We really enjoyed this small town and look forward to staying again! "Perfect for Short Stay"
I was having surgery in Arroyo Grande and needed place for husband to stay as we came from Bakersfield. The Village Inn was a pleasant surprise and worked out perfectly for his needs. Great price, location and helpful staff. We'd stay again!
"A so-so motel"
For the price I paid, I can't complain. Room was clean enough and bed were good. Just too noisy being next to freeway, so I bought earplug which helped. The manager were not in office until I belled him.

Check-in isn't until 2 p.m. but I arrived early to get ready for a 12:00 meeting. My room wasn't ready but the very pleasant and accomodating staff provided me with another room just to freshen up, change clothes and rest for a few minutes. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable: the rates extremely good, and the motel in a good location.

"Over Priced"
I can't believe I paid the price I did for this hotel. It was not at all worth the price. Very close to a noisy highway, very, very small bathroom. Electrical cords hanging out, 2 hangers. It was clean but really wish I would have taken a different option.

"CHEAPEST PRICE, CLEAN, AND QUITE REPEATABLE."
Stayed with my 4 y.o. son for one nite. Just needed a safe and clean place. This hotel was quite satisfactory. No frills, but clean rooms and bed, with hot water shower and cable tv.. We would repeat. Highway noise could be of concern to the sensitive.

We enjoyed our stay at Arroyo Village Inn. The proprietors were very welcoming, and our room was very clean. For the price, we couldn't have asked for more.

My son and I needed an inexpensive, clean, quiet room for an overnight golf excursion on the central Coast. this motel fit the bill and then some. Bathroom water pressure was low, but otherwise, no complaints. Clean, affordable and friendly staff.

"그냥 그래요"
샌프란에서 내려오는길에 잠만 자려고 선택했는데 그야말로 모텔이었어요. 나름 깨끗하긴했어요. 저녁은 꼭 먹고 들어가시구요. 좀 어둡고 바로 길 옆이라서 시끄럽고 휑한 느낌입니다.
