We found the Golden Isle Comfort Suites staff very accomodating and the hotel very clean and comfortable. Brunswick is exactly half way for us between home and relatives and a MUCH better place to stay than trying to navigate Jacksonville! Everyone was super friendly and helpful from desk clerks to food helpers. Breakfast was actually pretty good - fresh eggs, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit... in a bright, sunny room. My stay this weekend at comfort was very nice and i'll be going back there to stay

I was very impress with the room. Hotel is very new and confortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was included on my stay and it was very good. Hotel is located very close to the highway without the noise of the traffic. I will recommend this hotel.

I would have given this hotel a five for being so clean and comfortable at a great price until we got to breakfast. Granted, it was Labor Day and half the hotel seemed to be at breakfast at the same time. However, the counter space was much too small to accommodate the food and the patrons, the selection of muffins, breads, and juices were low, and […] the biscuits and gravy were hard and cold. We were impressed with this hotel especially the friendly reception we received. The rooms are good and breakfast is simple but is located near some of the most interesting islands with good food.

Clean, updated, convenient. Just right for the traveler on the I-95 corridor.

the place had ants crawling all over. we had our kids with us and they were terrified. the manager was not concerned at all and the house keeping didnt clean our room. i will never stay here again!

Everything about this hotel was great except for the bed. Unfortunately, that was the most important thing for us because we wanted to get a good nights sleep on our very long road trip. The staff was pleasant. The room and overall hotel were very nice and clean.

While the price, condition of the room and personnel were good, having the room directly over the front automatic doors and ice machine outside my room greatly impacted my comfort & sleep. I did not request to be moved since my stay was short but will definately request not to have a room like this again.

We stayed at Comfort Suites Golden Isles during a family trip to FL and used the location as a starting point to visit the Georgia Sea Turtle Center on Jekyll Island the next day. The hotel is rel. new, well kept, and located in a pocket of competing properties just off I-95. Check-in was delayed slightly but the clerk on duty was apologetic and shared […] freshly baked cookies with us. The room was nicely decorated and the suite layout made it easy for someone to read or work, while others slept. We thought the beds were very comfortable, but they are very firm. I expected decent quality from this hotel, but was still a bit surprised to find the interior to be much nicer than expected. Very clean, with non of the plain vanilla interior you would expect. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with our stay. The hotel's room was clean and comfortable. The pool was heated, clean and easily located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The surrounding neighborhood seemed safe.

We stopped over at this hotel on our way down to Homestead, Florida. Just off the highway it was very easy to find. The hotel was clean, comfortable and appeared new. It was well priced, free parking and internet, the rooms were spacious so there was nothing to complain about the accommodation. Breakfast was on par with most the other motels we stayed […] at on our road trip (fairly basic :) -but it's what you expect). Surprised most of these places don't offer more fresh fruits. If you wanted to get something nice to eat I'd suggest you drive to St. Simon's, there's some good seafood that way and I'd imagine the beach is busy in the holidays. Uzziniet vairāk

We stayed two nights over Labor Day weekend and found the hotel easily right off I-95. The hotel is only nine months old (we were told by an employee) so everything was clean and new but without that over-bearing 'new' smell. The room was comfortable, spacious and well-equiped. The thing I enjoyed most was a quiet air-conditioner which did not keep […] me awake!!! And we were hardly even aware of neighboring guests with the thick walls. Breakfast was great, just wish there was more fruit. On the second day they had run out of several items. Only 'complaint' is that the staff could have been a little more friendly. Hotel is new and in excellent condition. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only drawback is there is only one restaurant nearby, the rest were a few miles away - found an excellent buffet though - The Old country Buffet - food was excellent. This is in a good position just off the Interstate and the islands are easily accessible from the hotel […] by car. Nice clean hotel. but the bed was hard and difficult to sleep on. Continental breakafast, most of the food and drink items were low. Had one employee trying to keep up with breakfast. Probably would not stay at this location again.

I was travelling from NC to Central Florida. The hotel is very close to the interstate so you won't have to drive far off your planned route. It is hidden from the hwy and surrounded by other hotels, making it difficult to see, but it is also away from the traffic noise which was great. The check-in and -out was very efficient and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and provided a great variety - from cereal to biscuits and gravy to waffles and fruit. Nice hotel but elevator was out of service. Front desk personnel very apologetic towards problem. Breakfast was good and room was very convenient and clean. My own oversight as I meant to book Comfort Inn at the Jekyll Island exit off I-95 because we had some business in that immediate area.
