I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April, we were lucky enough to get the room half price which was a great deal. The hotel itself is lovely and the location is excellent, it's pretty much in the centre of everything. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. It also had a good size tv. The main issue I […] had with this hotel was the heat, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. The rooms do have air conditioning but it's not exactly brilliant and the hotel has it set so that you can't put it below 17c??!!?? They did however turn it down for us when we asked at reception. There were a couple of cleanliness issue with the room but these were minor, there was out of date milk left in the fridge and the glasses we were given had lipstick on them. Needless to say we didn't use them. Like I said minor things that would have no effect on our decision to stay at the hotel again. Breakfast was good, a large selection to choose from and the service was also good. Room service is a rip off but I guess that's pretty much the same everywhere, the food wasn't all that great though. Overall I would stay at this hotel again but perhaps not in the height of summer and I would not pay full price for the stay. Uzziniet vairāk

amazing location, amazing hotel, amazing service, staff were fabulous, would definately go back. Lovely breakfast, Iost my new lipfinity and I even got it back, the cleaners handed it into reception!!!!!!! Beautiful restaurants and bars and shops eat in the Yee Rah, it's gorgeous food.

We stayed for 1 night, the hotel and staff were excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and very relaxing (king). The location was fab, on the doorstep of all the shops liverpool 1. (not far to carry your bags after all the shopping) All in all we would definately stay again. The only moan that i have is that the fire alarm went off during breakfast […] and i had to leave it and evacuate!!! however this was done effectively and in a professional mannor. excellent stay, hotel was very convenient for all central Liverpool has to offer, in fact I think it has the best position of all the city centre hotels for attractions and shopping. Good that Liverpool 1 is open until 8pm weekdays. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant, check out "Red Hot" by the odeon on the top level of Liverpool 1, has all […] you can eat buffet in indian, Chinese, Tex-Mex, Cajun & Grill for around £15. We have stayed in both Hilton hotels in Liverpool but, this hotel was my favourite. Walking distance to the shopping centre and bars. Very friendly staff, very accomodating and helpful. Outstanding hotel. We loved it.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic = the staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was superb. The food was first class and can't wait to stay there again- I have recommended it to everyone,

An excelent hotel with very good facilities ... our room was fabulious with outstanding views of the mersey and really comfortable king size bed.

Thank you Hilton Liverpool. We had a fantastic weekend stay with you. The location is perfect, the room gorgeous and the staff were lovely and very friendly. Highly recommended. We would love to come back again.

Dirty wine glass left in room with cardboard cover over rim. Clearly not checked during cleaning. Untidy 5th floor corridor with glasses, cups, tissue left outside rooms for lengthy periods - not hoovered. Room not serviced when returned after 4pm on second day of stay.

We really enjoyed out stay in this hotel. The hotel has just opened in recent years so everything is very new and fresh, carpets not worn etc. We had booked king size rooms on the third floor and they were lovely. The view was of the shops in Liverpool One so we were naturally delighted! The room was very clean and there were plenty of towels provided […] in the clean bathroom. Breakfast was served from 7am until 11am on the Saturday and Sunday mornings. It was a buffet breakfast so you could help yourself to whatever you liked...cereals, fruit, bacon, sausages, eggs(scrambled, poached, fried) black pudding, beans, mushrooms, hash browns, different types of breads, yogurts, tea, juices, the works! It was lovely! We checked out on Sunday morning and the concierge kept our bags until we were ready for the airport. I would definately go back to this hotel. Uzziniet vairāk

The location is great, the room was lovely, the staff were pleasant. However attention to detail was lacking. 1) No normal teabags in the room on arrival - I had to go to the bar to get some. 2) No biscuits! Bit stingy isn't it especially when a kitkat cose about 2quid from the minibar. 3) Request for shower-cap ignored. 4) Wake up call at the wrong […] time - it cost me 45 minutes sleep which was a poor show. 5) Called a taxi but then had to get into the scrum outside waiting for one anyway. Excellent location for shops and Albert Dock. View of bus station from bedroom window but also of the big wheel at Albert Dock. Service friendly but a little slow in the bar area. Had to wait quite a while. Also waited 20minutes for a table for breakfast at 10am on Sunday morning. Quality of food excellent, had dinner on saturday evening.

This is a bit of a sad review, as I was really hoping to love this hotel. It has all the potential to be the number one hotel in the city, but is let down by a long list of silly little problems that seem to show a lack of attention to detail. None of these would be worth mentioning if they were a one-off. We stayed for 3 nights in an Executive Suite, […] no 730. Liverpool FC had NOT been playing at home the night before. We drove up to the hotel at approx 16:30. First problem, no doorman or porter. I left my husband in the car and went to check in. The receptionist greeted me as “Mrs Smith”, which is not my name. She then pretended she hadn’t said it. She then informed me the room was not ready, despite check-in being from 15:00. This was particularly distressing, as my husband had been ill with the winter sickness bug, and just wanted a lie-down somewhere quiet. We unloaded the luggage onto a trolley, and a porter eventually appeared to wheel it into the luggage store while my husband parked the car. We were then directed to the Executive Lounge to wait until our room was cleaned. An hour later we eventually gained access to it – 2.5 hours late. No porter around again when we collected the luggage, so my husband took it to our room. The suite was quite reasonable, a decent size and with a nice view of the park. Or the view would have been quite nice, except that the inside of the window was absolutely filthy. It was covered in hand-prints and greasy head-prints, and was quite disgusting. I gave the windows a bit of a rub with a paper tissue, then looked for a bin to put it in. No bin or wastebasket in the entire 4 rooms. Apparently when staying at the Hilton you throw your rubbish on the floor. I asked at Reception for a wastebin and a lady from Housekeeping came to the room immediately. She said “oh, you don’t have a bin”, then left, and that was the last we saw of her. I asked again the next day and one was eventually delivered to the room. The focus of the li Uzziniet vairāk

The Hotel was gorgeous and extremely close to everything -Liverpool One which we would highly recommend, the Docks and the Echo Arena. The one negative was the length of time we had to wait for our meal, but the manager was brilliant, very helpful and sorted things out very quickly and the HUGE bonus was bumping into John Bishop in reception at the […] end of a fab night seeing him! Excellent location. Hotel room excellent, very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Very quiet at night, didn't hear a thing from either in the hotel or outside. Breakfast lovely, plenty of choice. No faults at all.

Lovely new hotel next to Liverpool One. Parking nearby in John Lewis car park at fixed rate. Excellent meal in restaurant. Nothing to complain about in this welcome addition to the Liverpool hotel scene.

I would recommend the hotel purely because of its fantastic location. Room Service: We got room service on the first afternoon. Theres a specific button on the bedroom phone to call room service but they don't seem to answer this phone so we ordered via reception. Food was to arrive within 30 minutes. It didn't. We followed up & it arrived a few minutes […] later but the panini had obviously been sitting downstairs, ready, for quite a while. The receipt was illegible - the ink in the printer had obviously run out. And we were over-charged for the fee for bringing the food to the room. We complained & in fairness, spoke to a lovely lady who replaced the panini & advised that most of the room service bill would be taken off our bill. On check-out, it hadn't been removed & we had to explain to reception staff that it should be. Two ladies at reception asked me what the issue was with the room service but then spoke amongst themselves while I was answering their question. Thought that was very rude. Shower: The power of the shower in the bedroom was very disappointing. Very poor. Internet: There is free wi-fi but you must pay to use the internet in the business centre. This is mean in my opinion. Cleanliness: Cleanliness of toilets in bar downstairs very poor. They were filthy one afternoon. I used them again about an hour later. They'd obviously been cleaned in the meantim but not properly. There was still some un-identifiable liquid on the toilet seat. That's disgusting. At the same time, the cleaning lady was hanging around reception area with nothing to do!! Tables in lobby area also dirty. Bath-robes No bath-robes in bedroom. Uzziniet vairāk

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton, the rooms were spacious, modern and very clean, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. Only minor niggle is that I wanted to watch Channel 4 on the tv one night after coming in from a night out but couldn't as that channel was unobtainable the whole weekend due […] to a fault and when I phoned the reception about it, they advised that was a common problem they had with that channel? As I saw, very minor problem though, otherwise highly recommended (Oh yes and the duvet on the bed was the comfiest i've ever come across in my life!) Uzziniet vairāk

Four girls enjoying a girlie weekend. We found the hotel to be of the highest standard. The twin rooms were spacious. The beds were exceedingly comfortable, the temperature of the room was just right, the insulation of the rooms was brilliant as we could not hear anything from the adjoining rooms. There was so much choice with the breakfast. The cooked […] dishes were never left empty and kept very hot. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Nice new modern hotel in the centre of things, Liverpool has improved greatly with some great shopping and restaurants. Was really impressed on how the city has improved. The ligting in the bathroom is really poor, made worse by one light was not working - reported FOUR times to reception for a new bulb, alas on chack out it still had not been done […] - when metioned again at check out , the reply was " I will get it sorted", which was too late for me, after a two night stay. An apolgy would have been good! Reception staff here don't seem to have a grasp of what good customer service is, unlike their colleagues in Chester's Hilton Double Tree, who do know how to look after guests, other than problems with communication regarding non-worling light to the reception staff , a nice hotel in a great central location and would use the hotel again. ライム･ストリート駅からキャリーバッグを引っ張り１５分はかかったと思います。何とかたどり着いたヒルトン･リヴァプールですが、眼の前はアルバート･ドック。部屋の窓からはリヴァプールの港が一望の下に見渡せ、眺めは最高です。 建物は新しく清潔で、部屋の広さ、バス・トイレなど水回りも全く問題ありません。朝食もホットメニュー、フルーツともに種類も多く、充実していました。 駅から港までは下り坂ですが、翌日は上り坂で一層きつくなります。繁華街のハノーヴァー通りをのんびり歩いて楽しめる人にはお勧めします。

WiFi som koster £15 pr døgn er vel dyrt. I tilleg fungerte dette kun på rommet og ikke i lobby, Da måtte man kjøpe nytt. Flott beliggenhet og bra frokost

Hotellet ligger perfekt til for både shopping, sightseeing og restauranter/barer. Vi var der en lang helg for å shoppe og se på fotball. Anbefales!

Hotel is goed. Niet helemaal Hilton niveau maar prijs/kwaliteit prima. Het ontbijt is een ervaring op zich. Ik ging naar London voor een rugby wedstrijd met mijn neef 18 jaar en 190 cm. Een iets te populaire onbijtmanager met een verkeerd pak brengt ons naar de tafel. Ik mopper een beetje en neefje zegt dat ik met mijn tijd mee moet gaan. Aan het eind […] van de ontbijtsessie kreeg hij een EENDJE van deze man. En ik moest met mijn tijd meegaan maar wat kon hij beledigd kijken. Mijn dag kon niet meer stuk. Uzziniet vairāk

Hotellet var i fin stand og virket rent. Dessverre var det ting man forventer ved et slikt hotell som ikke fungerte. Vi ba flere ganger om en ekstra dyne til rommet(var kun en dobbeltdyne). Det sa resepsjonen at de skulle ordne, men det kom aldri en dyne til... Dette synes jeg gir et inntrykk av uprofesjonalitet, selv om Hilton skal være et hotell i […] verdensklasse. I tillegg skulle man tro at et så stort hotell hadde orden på matsal og frokost. Det var feil.. Når man kom ned til frokost, måtte man vente i kø i ca. 15 minutter før man fikk et bord! Dette fordi de kun hadde ca 20 frokostbord, på et så stort hotell... Dette skjedde begge dagene. Når man først fikk et bord, skal det sies at det ikke var noe å utsette på frokosten. Ellers tok vaskepersonalet det ene nøkkelkortet vårt som lå på rommet mens vi var ute og handlet da de rengjorde rommet første dagen, noe jeg synes var litt snodig.. Forøvrig var beliggenheten er perfekt, like ved all shopping du trenger, samt ved endestasjonen for bussen fra flyplassen. Uzziniet vairāk

Badet er sikker " smart og fancy i.f.l.g. arkitekter" men vask som en stor bolle foran speilet fungerer ikke, samtidig som dusjen var elendig, det renner van ut i badeværelset ved dusjing.

Var på helgetur til Liverpool, og hadde et behagelig opphold på Hilton,Liverpool. Hotellet er rett ved det store shoppingsenteret Liverpool One, og ellers kort avstand til alle byens severdigheter og oppleveser, taxi til fotballkamp koster ca 9 pund en vei. Eneste minuset er at rommene er noe lytte, og at vi ble plassert i 2etg når det skulle arrangeres […] et bryllup der til langt på natt. Det tok en god stund før vi fikk sove for å si det slik... Vi stortrivdes de fire nettene vi oppholdt oss på Hilton i Liverpool. Gjennomført bra og hyggelig betjening. Frokosten var utmerket - noe av det beste jeg har smakt uansett hvor i verden jeg har bodd. Eneste negative ting var at det er helt urimelig å betale så mye for trådløst internett som vi gjorde. Das Hotel ist mit seiner Nähe zum Albert Dock mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie auch mit seiner Nähe zur Shoppingmeile und zum Musikquartier ausgezeichnet gelegen. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Viele Fruchtsalate, Müesliflocken, Joghurts, englisches Frühstück, Käse und Schinken, Waffeln, feines Brot etc. Das Internet im Business-Centre ist teuer. Om du skal på shopping med frua eller fotballtur med gutta,er dette hotellet et meget godt alternativ. Meget bra standard,god service,flott beliggenhet til docks,shopping/restauranter(liverpool one) og partygata Matthew street.

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt i Liverpool sentrum, nært Albert Docks, Beatles-museet, The Cavern, flott shopping-strøk osv.

Ett bra hotell med närhet till allt vad staden har att erbjuda. Rena rum, bra service, trevlig personal och framförallt frukostbuffén mycket välskött och inbjudande.

Et flott hotell med suveren beliggenhet. Fine rom og nydelig frokost. God service blant ansatte. Dette hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste.

Skønt hotel med super beliggenhed.
