My family and I were so mislead by the photos and shocked when we got to this hotel. Very dirty with insects and possible bedbugs!! The bathroom smelled of stale urine. The hotel staff was rude and not accomodating at all! We booked a room with air-conditioning and the hotel did not have it! Also, a balcony room and the room faced a dumpster and a loud […] noisy pub! The hotel is underconstuction as well! Horrible experience overall. The hotel is located at a very central location, ideal for visiting the oldtown. It is 3 blocks for Charles Bridge. The service is fine - nothing special but the room was clean, the staff friendly for for the amount we payed we did not expect much. If you wish to stay a short period I can recommend it for the convenience and price/value.

All ladies in the reception were cool and not helpful at all especially the old lady in day shift. I stayed in a room facing the backyard for 3 nights, youngsters screamed down the street made it hard to sleep. No wifi in room. No service, everyone in poker face but the room is big & clean. Breakfast is basic, no hot dishes but with lots of bread & […] cake choices. Location is great, 10 min walk to the Clock or the Bridge. The receptionist that happened to be the manager was rude to non-Czech speaker tourists. The room's air-conditioned was not working and they did not care even though I complained. The worst part was at night and through the morning, people comes and go to party out and they run and yells around the hallway. We had a very bad experience.

the hotel's rate is reasonable but there are some weekness: 1- breakfast is very poor 2- there is no telephone in the rooms 3- there is no parking for the car

We booked for 10 people, 2 aparatments and 1 twin, however when we arrived they were overbooked so could not give us our twin room. we were moved to the new hotel at charles bridge. This hotel had not been fully opened yet so only had basic furniture but was nice enough. The only problem with Bologna is that the beds are miserably uncomfortable. The service is good, the facilities are decent and the breakfast is great. This hotel was in a very convenient location. The desk staff were very cordial and accommodating. For example, we are a family of four and my son spent the first night in a very uncomfortable bed, further examination revealed broken bed slats, the problem was addressed and rectified. The rest of the rooms seemed cleaned however, looking under the beds […] did reveal lots of dust bunnies, I brought this to the attention of the maid, and she said she would take care of it. So if those problems hadn't presented themselves, I would have given a higher rating. The key sellers on this hotel were the rate and the location. It's right in the heart of Prague almost equidistant between the National Museum and Prague Castle. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. They even pointed us to a great restaurant that served traditional local cuisine. The room was ok. It had a kitchen […] which, on a longer stay, would have saved us a lot of money. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. The shower was a bit on the small size. The walls seem to be paper thin. We could here everyone as they passed by our room and even their whispers. Also, there was a loud screeching anytime the water faucet was turned on as well. I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels. I travel on a budget and generally am pretty pleased with what I get considering the cost. This hotel was a MAJOR exception. Hotels.com says that the hotel has A/C, but the first room we were in the A/C did not work. We told the lady at then front desk and she had a vacant look on her face and was basically […] like..."so..." We switched rooms and layed down to take a nap. An hour later we woke up drenched in sweat because sometime during our nap the power in our room went out. Again, the front desk seemed unconcerned. We checked out and asked for a receipt as proof we left and did not stay the whole week, they wouldn't give us one! She took my e-mail address and said she would e-mail it to me...over 2 weeks later and still no e-mail. This hotel was located in a very central location, a short walk from many sites and restaurants. Service was good and breakfast was sufficient. Room was nothing to write home about, but had all the essentials that we needed to be comfortable. We would stay here again, especially considering the affordable price.

В отели пребывали с 16.11.11 по 23.11.11. Нас заселили в комнату для персонала: маленькую, с маленькой кроватью и с бойницей вместо окна. Начинать путешествие с конфликта не хотелось, поэтому особо претензий не предъявляли, но на на 3й день пребывания нервы сдали, и, в принципе, без особых проблем получили полноценный номер. Номерной фонд довольно старый, […] но в номерах было тепло и чисто. Wi-Fi работал только на 1м этаже. Завтрак скромный, но наесться можно. 호텔 위치는 프라하에서가장 좋지안을까 생각됨니다.지하철,슈퍼,유명 음식점,관강코스등, 그리고 가격 대비 서비스등등...공항에서 119번 버스를 타고 데주잌카에서 하차,지하철역에서 녹색선을 타고 무스텍역에서 하차 위로 나오면 바츨로프광장 (버스,지하철 기다리는 시간 포함해서 4-50분 소요)주변도보10분내에 호텔맟 구 시가지,유태인거리,화약탑,카를교,천문 시계탑, 프라하성,한국 식당등등,..특히 호텔 지배인의 서비스가 좋았음. 나의 짧은 영어실력에도 대화가 가능 했으며 아침을 줌.꽤 먹을만함 하여간 아이들과 같이 갔다와서도 또 가고 싶다고 함 진짜로 추천함.

Hotel wurde gebucht für ein Wochenendtripp mit 2 Freuden. Die Lage ist super zentral, man kann alles Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück war kontinental, keine große Auswahl, hauptächlich Kuchen, aber völlig ausreichend. Nun zu den Minuspunkten. Hotelparkplatz war komplett belegt, und einen Parkplatz in der Stadt zu finden ist fast unmöglich, […] selbst die Polizei gibt einem keine wirkliche Auskunft...was darauf hinauslief 2Tage parken im Parkhaus > 80€ ! Im Zimmer ging die Klimanlage nicht...aber dafür gabs nen netten Bodenventilator. Der Boden war zudem schmutzig...weiße Socken waren keine weißen Socken mehr. Kostenloses WLAN hat zu 20% funktioniert, ging mal, ging mal nicht! Ach ja, und beim Check In war die Hausdame nicht sehr freundlich, sollten trotz Buchung und abgeschlossenen Zahlung nochmal zahlen bis die Hoteldame einen Fehler ihrerseits festgestellt hat. Vi var 3 gjester som bodde 3 netter ved Residence Bologna i Praha. Hotellet var litt slitt og gammel, men plasseringen var meget bra, nært det aller meste. Bruker ca. 10-15 min for å gå fra hotellet til hovedgaten/torvet hvor alt av shopping-senter osv. er. Fin går tur, spesielt om kveldene. Litt støy fra bygningene i nærheten om natten, da alle vinduer […] måtte være åpene pga. at det ikke var noen spesiell ventilasjon. Ellers så var servicen helt ok, men ikke over det vi forventet da dette er et svært rimelig hotell. For de som reiser på budsjett er dette et bra alternativ med mange koselige restauranter i nærheten og barer. Go for it! Uzziniet vairāk

Hôtel assez moyen. Très bien placé, à côté du centre, Cependant, le service n'est pas toujours à la hauteur. Le petit déjeuner offert n'est pas très ragoutant et la femme de chambre a laissé la clé sur notre porte toute une journée, en sachant qu'il est facile pour n'importe qui de rentrer dans l'hôtel. Dans la chambre, un robinet ne fonctionnait pas […] et les toilettes refoulaient une odeur horrible. Några minus var att balkong fanns inte och "stadsutsikten" var en ostädad bakgård. Wifi som var utlovat att där skulle finnas på rummet slutade funka tre steg från vår dörr. Men annars låg hotellet jättebra och hade trevlig personal!

Residence Bologna er et greit hotell med meget bra beliggenhet. Servicen i resepsjonen var middels. Rommet stort og av bra standard med en svær balkong. Hotellet ligger 4 minutter unna Karlsbroen.

Situado en pleno centro en una calle tranquila. Parece una residencia estudiantil habilitada como hotel. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, incluso con una pequeña cocina. El desayuno bufet libre bastante bien. Aparcamos el coche delante del hotel y no nos multaron en varios días. Algunos recepcionistas muy bien y otros mejor que se dediquen a otra […] cosa. Well located, near a small and good pub, a tight Indian restaurant close by, Charles Bridge 5mn by foot. Huge room clean and bright. Packed with Russians and Italians. The breakfast is strange if you are French!

Wir sind auf der Heimreise in diesem Hotel untergekommen, weil es relativ günstig und zentral gelegen ist. Wir sind mit dem Auto angekommen und haben 25€ pro Nacht für die Tiefgarage bezahlt, was ich ganz schön heftig finde, aber immer noch besser als irgendwo auf der Straße. Das Hotelzimmer war eher ein Appartment, mit Küche und Schlafzimmer. Im Bad […] hatte der Toilettensitz einige Beschädigungen, die könnten wirklich mal ausgetauscht werden. Aber alles im allen ist das Hotel ca. 5min von der Karlsbrücke entfernt und wirklich Zentral. Ideal für die Erkundung Prags. Frühstücksbuffet war ok, sehr viel Kuchen. Uzziniet vairāk

Nice hotel, but at first when we arrived the receptionist didnt seem to find our reservation at all. But he solved the problem quickly enough and we got a very good room for four person. Absolut zentral, fairer Preis, nettes Ambiente, sauber, Preis-Leistung= super, unbedingt empfehlenswert, Frühstücksbufett reichlich

Vi er veldig godt fornøyd med hotellet, bra beliggenhet og bra rom. Absolutt et hotell å anbefale hvor du får mye ut fra hvor mye du må betale.

Fin belligenhed ifht. centrum. Fine værelser. Service kunne være bedre - mødte kun en smilende og hjælpsom receptionist. Og ved morgenbordet handlede det kun for personalet om at få os bespist og så væk.

Hôtel tres bien situé , mieux vaut parler italien espagnol

Hotellet ligger fint til i gangavstend til alt. Dro 3 stk og vi fikk 2 soverom med kjøleskap, bra rengjøring men måtte klage på håndklær da vi ikke fikk rene etter 2 dager . ( var der ifra ons_lør) bra service i resepsjonen. Dårlig frokost ,kun Ost, spekepølse, skinke og masse søte kaker.

Vi hade förväntat oss internet på rummet samt en värdeförvaringsbox, vilket inte fanns där utan endast i receptionen och lobb. Normalstandard, väldigt varmt o skönt med tanke på årstiden.

Mycket bra läge med gångavstånd till allt. Helt OK frukost, även om det inte var en överdådig buffé. Rummet var tyvärr svinkallt, men det var ovanligt kallt i Prag när vi var där ( -15).
