Great service. I flew to Hamburg early morning - arrived at the hotel at just gone 11am but they found me a room and I caught up on some sleep!

Ok, close to city, various tourist attractions, however it is in a funny neighbourhood, a car has its windows smashed on the night we stayed, so just be cautious.

Good clean modern hotel in good location close to City Centre. Two U-bahn stations nearby and a supermarket directly behind hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of variety to please most people (ham, fruit, cheese, eggs, croissants) Friendly staff who speak excellent English.

Very clean hotel with excellent sound proofing. English spoken by most staff. The breakfast area can be very busy at certain times. Conveniently situated about 200 metres from Wartenau U-bahn station on line U1 - 3 stops from Hamburg Hbf.

Just back from a trip to hamburg, Holiday Inn express was very clean and tidy. Good location too just a two minute walk to the U2 and U1. The room was small but functional. Bathroom was good and a nice big shower. There was a noise from the carpark to the rear which has a loading bay for the supermarket. Woke us at 6 am two of the mornings of our stay. […] I would go for a high floor if possible (we were on the ground) Overall I would recommend the Hotel. The staff were friendly and polite and even supplied us with a phone charger as I had forgotten to pack my one. Breakfast was ample but busy at 10 am , not so busy we couldn't get food quickly enough though. (there is signs in the hotel to let you know this so no big surprise) Uzziniet vairāk

We enjoyed our 4 night stay . The hotel is very clean and the service (besides breakfast) is very good. It is located between two underground stations and trains from there take you all over Hamburg and surroundings. The breakfast, however, is chaotic. Not enough tables and chairs and by far not enough personnel to clean tables and to 'refill' the buffet. […] Our chamber maid did not speak a word of German or English. I never expected the hotel like holiday inn be like that.every morning in this 9 days when we went for breakfast we ask for clean cup for tea or coffe it was horrible . If it is happened for one or 2 dayes I never complain but honestly every single day we couldn't find clean cup .unfurtuntly the technical support was very poor when we contact to reception […] and ask for something they easily ignor us . For example one day our tv isn't working when I contact them and ask send out somebody to fix it after 5 hrs their respond .anyway I let you know because I know how much the costomer services is important. The WiFi is NOT free and frequently went off at 12.30am which was very inconvenient .

Not directly in the City Centre but within a few minutes walk of 2 U Bahn stations giving a choice of routes to various parts of centre, plus a fast bus route stopping close to hotel also going to the centre (and beyond) .

good hotel, perfect location, nice infra sctructure, 5stars breakfast and really recommend. points to improve: air condition not working and in the afternoon the room gets really hot, car park was a bit far and full in ghe first day. no fridge in the room.

A very good, clean, comfortable hotel in a fairly good location if you use the underground system (the u-bahn). Everything seemed brand new, and immaculately clean. The bathrooms in particular are excellent (ours only had a large shower ... but that's the way we like them#. Breakfast was a very good buffet type, with plenty of choice, and the prices […] in the bar seem fair. The area was OK with some passable places to eat etc., and the u-bahn is only about 200 metres away. An all day group ticket for 5 adults on the underground system only cost about 10 euros. There were 5 middle aged English couples in our group, and the staff on reception could not have been more helpful ... booking taxi to airport etc. A taxi for 8 cost the same as a taxi for 2, #at just over 23 euros each). Lovely room, comfy bed, big shower room with free shower wash and hand wash.Friendly staff who all spoke brilliant English. Nice plentiful breakfast selection. A five minute stroll from the subway.

The breakfast was very tiny. The breakfast area was too small and noisy, hard to find a table. The WiFi was not free of charge; this is not acceptable because it was not stated in the information at web side.

Exactly what you want in a hotel, v.clean, comfy, friendly staff who speak perfect english and have a fantastic knowledge of the city and transport. Breakfast was v.good considering it was free, the bar was reasonably priced aswell. only down side was the nearest s bahn (lubecker straBe U1) was about 7mins walk not ideal with a suitcase but I survived. We had a very nice 5-day-stay at this hotel! Our first visit to Hamburg :-) The hotel is close to the subway system (that works like clookwork) and is just 2 stops away from city center. We bought at Hamburg Card, that was valid on both subway and busses. Very nice staff, very helpful and professionel! Very good standard of the hotel. Modern, new hotel located a bit away from the heart of the tourist area of Hamburg, but not far from the subway. We were on the third floor, hall doors lock for security. The bedroom was small but well proportioned. We found the beds uncomfortable, what we would call "cheap" . No drawers but a few open shelves. There was a hanging coat closet, TV and […] coffee maker. Bathroom was tiny but nicely designed & clean, with rainwater shower head. . Public areas were pleasant-- plenty of open seating in front of a large TV, a lobby bar open in the evening for drinks, and spacious breakfast area. The breakfast buffet was European style buffet with breads, cold cuts, yogurts, muesli, hard boiled egss, tea & coffee, which we enjoyed. Excellent hotel all round, 15 minutes walk to centre, helpfull, efficient, smiley staff. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Well done to all the management and staff for a fabulous stay.

The actual hotel is nice enough, but don't be confused by the name. If you're wanting the expected basic quality/ value of Holiday Inn Express, St Pauli Messe is MUCH closer to the center and looks a bit nicer (for not much more $). This is a decent hotel, but it's a couple miles (and not so beautiful) walk from the center. We passed by the HIE St Pauli […] Messe that I though I booked...and wish I had. A/C worked and the rooms were clean and quiet. But with limited time in the city and a walker's mentality, I wish we'd paid just a little more for proximity and neighborhood ambiance. The hotel is located conveniently close to the city center with a subway station right out of the door. The room and the bed were rather small. Breakfast was included but it's a relatively simple breakfast and at certain hours the breakfast area can get crowded.

A good modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. This was valued when my purse was stolen in the Christmas market with the room card in...they promptly changed the room code. Then when our flight was cancelled they were able to offer us a room without chrging a premium for short notice. . Es gibt für uns nichts auszusetzen. Z.B. wurde unsere Bitte nach einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke freundlich und sofort erfüllt. Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und buchen wieder gerne dort.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut. Nur durch die aufgeklappte Schlafcouch ein wenig eng. Matratzen der Betten sehr weich und nicht sonderlich bequem. Frühstück war ok. Dadurch das das Hotel an den Parkplatz eines Rewemarktes angrenzt, ist es durch die Kunden und Zulieferer unter der Woche relativ laut. Man hört schon am Morgen die Zulieferer mit ihren […] LKWs. 호텔이 생긴지 얼마 안된건지 시설이 아주 깨끗하고. 객실및 욕실도 아주 깨끗해서 가격대비 만족한다. 더블침대+쇼파베드가 있어서 아이를 동반한 가족이 머물기에도 적합함. 조식은 아주 간단하지만 먹을만함.
