"A deal for what you pay."
Its not a 5 star accomedation. But I wasn't looking or paying for one. The personnel from the front and support staff make this place cool.

OMG! (Oh My God) I don't know where to begin. As that saying goes you get what you pay for, well in this case you get much-much less than what you pay for. 1-Human hair on blanket on bed. 2-Spots on chair cushion. 3-Thick nasty,dirty ice formed 1"thick in freezer of refrigerator. 4-Only enough towels for one person, when we got up the next morning to […] request towels the office was closed til 8am. The front desk did not arrive util 8:15am and then had the freakin nerve to say they don't have any towels in office and that we had to wait until 10:00am for housekeeping to arrive. 5-Did not have mattress cover that fit, it appeared it had a double size for a queen bed. ------------------------------------------------------------------- I WOULD NOT LET MY DOG STAY HERE, LET ALONG A HUMAN. savannah hotel did not give customer servise, also dirty bed sheet and they didnot provide soap and shampoo or towel not good customer service all the time front desk closed. i west money this hotel if u can give me credit back i apperciate.

The description and pictures are VERY misleading! This place is horrible, people live here so there are a lot of shifty looking individuals. The cleaning staff doesn't speak english too well and was very rude. The office staff seemed very displeased with their job and it showed by the lack of hospitality. Since your stay we have reviewed our procedures, and made adjustments accordingly with our housekeeping staff, security, and desk staff to help provide better service & security to all guests. Our Extended Stay location now has video surveillance surrounding the premises, and we have implemented more strict security protocols with a new contracted company here seven days a week after hours. We hope that in the future, you may give us a try again, to exceed your expectations from the changes we have made.

"Nice for what it is"
They do not supply pots and pans as advertised but the other amenities are there. Plates,glasses, cups, flatware, etc. Had to change rooms because the AC didn't work but they were nice about it with no hassles. The front desk staff were all overly accomodating and knowledgeable. Overall, a good value.
