Hotel staff were friendly, spoke excellent english, had great local tips for transit and things to do. They clearly care about guest satisfaction and it shows. They found us some clean beach towells for a day trip to Positano. they had some odd rules about bringing food in from outside; not a rule we had seen anywhere else in italy or the naples region. […] as owner operators it would seem they solve past problems with rules, but they generally make sense to a normal person anyway. location was a bit of a walk from the train station, but nice and close to many restaurants and the water front!! breakfast wasn't bad compared to what we had seen. hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, pastry, ceral, yogurt coffee juice etc Uzziniet vairāk

I loved it. The family there, Margherita and Maria are sisters there running it for 35 years with their mother, Stella. Rooms were clean no bother getting in late, breakfast was good. Only negative is that the mother smokes in the lobby so it smells smokey a lot.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We found the location good for what we wanted to do. Breakfast is basic, but sufficient. The only downside was the size of the shower, but it was sufficient.

We were easily able to walk into Sorrento from this hotel. A great view of the ocean is just down the road less than 5 minutes away. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast was ample and good. We enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely beautiful room. Quite a hike to town, but we did it. Worked off all the wonderful food we ate. Bar/restaurant left something to be desired, but friendly knowledgeable staff. We had a quick trip to Pompeii from here. Easy to get anywhere on the coast. FOR SURE would stay here again.

We went there in March - very quiet - staff were extremely friendly. about 20mn walk from Sorrento Room may need redecorating but comfortable - we had a balcony which gave us a lovely view on the sea (to the right of our room)/ Only a few yards from the sea.

Staff terrific, family run hotel with the welcoming feel. Only 1km to Salerno, peaceful area with all you need. Few minutes walk from Sant Agnello station, quick bus ride to Sorrento, only 1Euro each way on efficient and regular service. O banheiro era muito apertado. Difícil de se sentar no vaso, porquê fica muito perto do box. Não gostei também da persiana do quarto, deixava passar muita luz e meu quarto ficava de frente pra uma curva, o tempo todo passando carros. O pessoal do hotel, porém, era extremamente atencioso e solícito. A cama era confortável e o quarto bem limpo.

駅から徒歩20分、港から徒歩30分とかなり立地が悪い。田舎は駅から地下鉄とかもないので主要の駅からとにかく近いホテルが便利だなと思った。シャワーの部屋が狭く水も漏れる。部屋自体もオススメしない。

Trevligt hotell som ligger nära havet med gångavstånd till Sorrento. Strand fanns ett stenkast från hotellet. Bra och hjälpsam personal. Dock var utbudet på frukostbuffén begränsad men fullt tillräcklig.

Bijzonder aardige en heel hulpvaardige mensen. Uitstekend hotel. Het sanitair is wat verouderd maar absoluut schoon. Buitengewoon mooie omgeving. Wel aangewezen op ligstoelen als je van zonnen houdt, oewel het hotel zelf ook zonnemogelijkheden heeft. Het is geen strandvakantie maar de schitterende kust is heel bijzonder en zeer de moeite waard. Centrum […] Sorrento ligt op een 15 tot twintig minuten mooi wandelen. De trein ligt op loopafstand en met een rechtstreekse busdienst ben je voor 10 euro binnen een uur op de luchthaven van Napels. Al met al, voor ons was het geweldig!!! Uzziniet vairāk

Hotellet var fint och trevligt med trevlig personal, inget alls att klaga på. Restaurangen var stängd i slutet av oktober men det fanns andra i närheten. Sant'Agnello som stad var vacker men lite tråkig. Det gick fint att promenera ca 3 km till Sorrento (ca 20 min) där det var mer liv och shopping.

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel familial de bon niveau. Idéalement placé pour visiter Sorrento et la cote Amalfitaine. Les chambres sont petites, peintes en blanc meublées avec goût. Il faut préférer celles du 3ième étage car elles ont un balcon qui donne sur la baie de Naples et le Vésuve. Quartier très animé et bruyant on ne peut pas dormir avec […] les fenêtres ouvertes heureusement il y a la climatisation. Accès à la plage de la Marinella à 1mn à pied avec tarif spécial pour les résidents. Attention : pas de garage pour la voiture, on se gare dans la rue en payant une carte pour le temps du séjour 18€ pour 10 jours. de toutes façons la circulation est quasi impossible dans cette zone très touristique.
