Hampton Inn and Suites Detroit/Airport — Romulus

Room was not as large as pictured and looked out on a parking lot but bed and bedding were great and everything else as expected from a Hampton. For some reason the breakfast during the week was much more elaborate than that offered on Sat and Sun mornings but still plenty of choices. The front desk staff was very pleasant. We used the business center […] free of charge which was nice. Very near the DTW airport which was convenient for us but some people might not appreciate the jet noise, although it should be expected. I had a spectacular stay here. They put me in what I believe to be a suite for a very low price. The room was huge. The staff was friendly the room was great. I can't think of anything that would have made my stay better.

My stay @ the Hampton Inn was great! I recommend this hotel to anyone that is in this area visiting. I do think that the breakfast could have been better. (GRITS)

Have stayed at a number of airport hotels for DTW. By far the best - food, service, room, and a nice pool. And, combining with Qwik Park made it easy upon my return. With 2 QP shuttles waiting curbside when I got my luggage, there was no need to call the hotel and no wait. [Plus it was my bonus room from Hotels.com.]

Awesome place to stay near airport. Very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Nice pool and hot tub. Great breakfast.

Quick to airport, not too noisy. New hotel and great rooms. Closely located to diners and good food.

We were very satisfied with the condition of the property. Our room was clean and very comfortable and their employees appeared concerned and pleasant. We will stay there again when flying out of Detroit and would recommend this hotel without reservations.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel decor was very pleasant. My bed was very comfortable. The ammenities were great. Greater than the average continental breakfast at most hotels. I will be back.

We recently stayed overnight for an early morning flight out of Detroit Metro and couldn't have been more pleased. Travelling with 3 small children, we were very pleased with the service and condition of the room. Having a small fridge and a microwave is a huge plus with 3 kids under 4! Convenience! Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. Trans provided to/from airport. Full breakfast and good coffee. Enjoy your stay! (expect plenty of U turns to get there if you are driving)

The room where I stayed was quite spacious and newly renovated and It had middle sized LCD TV. I had pleasant stay with this hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous! Very modern, clean, appealing and super comfortable. The bedding is a dream. The a/c works wonderfully. I absolutely LOVED the walk in shower. You did not have to step in/out of a tub and it had very pretty shower doors. The room decor is perfect! This has become our new "hotel of choice" in Detroit!!

Good, clean hotel room. Perfect for travel away from home, coffee and tea is a bonus

We booked our room just minutes after our arrival at the DTW airport (our plane was late some 20 hours). We got very good room for ver reasonable price. The best of the hotel is friendly desk staff -- they helped us a lot with our lost baggage.

Was pleasantly surprised to find an up to date facility. We were greeted with fresh coffee, tea and fresh baked cookies. Check in was fast. Room was very nice. Very new and exceptionally clean. This is a definite bargain. Will definitely book again when we are staying in Detroit/Romulus area.

new hotel about 6 months old. Great rooms and breakfast! Good buy for the money!

This was a lovely hotel, we were delighted to find our room spacious and luxurious. We were so happy to have a great room, hardly any noise from the airport overhead. Too bad housekeeping decided to pound on our door at 8:30 AM to wake us. I called the desk to ask if there was a problem, and he said no, apologized for the interruption and assured me […] housekeeping didn't come in until 9:30. I opened the door and a young man from housekeeping was in the room across the hall - imagine that. I talked to the man at the desk, and he just said " I'm sorry. Is there anything I can do? wonderful experience

bc plus haut de gamme que normale. Restaurant à Hilton Garden Inn qui est de coté. Nous avons pris une voiture de location à l'aeroport : il fallait 5 minutes pour arriver à l'hôtel. Le prix obtenu de hotels.com était intéressant.

El hotel esta sólo a cinco minutos del aeropuerto y cuenta con servicio de transporte hacia el hotel y veceversa. Las habitaciones son de tamaño mediana y cuantan con lo necesario para una buena estadía. El servicio del personal siempre fue muy cortés y de gran ayuda. El único incoveniente que le vi al hotel es que esta lejísimos del centro, el taxi […] te cobra 50 dólares más propina por trayecto.
