First impression to this hotel, it's awesome and great! The only not satisfy is the lighting of the room. It's not bright and the lighting switch was not easy to control. The room is spacious and hotel staff was nice and friendly. The WIFI problem was initially bring us problem and finally settle smoothly...Will come back again to this hotel!

Very comfortable, class and friendly staff.

centrally located next to Taipei Main Station; classy and beautiful hotel with excellent service; dim lighting and recreations of classic art throughout created pleasant ambiance

This hotel is located 10 mins from metro, very convenient. New, nice room and service. Will come back.

Stayed in deluxe twin rm at 8th floor, great window overlooking the city below... there's 7-11, kfc and mcDonalds nearby. the hotel is attached to Q-suare shopping mall. train is just a few minutes walk undergrd the mall, it's also near to railway train... high-speed train.... bus interchange.... there's even a shopping undergrd link.... really very […] convenient... the only think i hav to say is the internet... Highly recommended, especially those who are on free n easy. The hotel is located beside the Taipei Main station. It is the last stop for the Guo Guang airport express from Tao yuan airport. Hotel staff speaks good English.

The hotel, on the top floors of a building, is very nice. Our room was well-appointed, nicely kept as was the hotel. The adjacent "mall" had lots of restaurants, eateries including a very nice supermarket. It's also adjacent to the subway...very convenient for getting around. The drawbacks...charging outrageously for Internet usage (why do these more […] expensive hotels nickel-and-dime this way whereas ordinary chains do not?). the main reason we chose the hotel was because of the location. q square mall is just beside the hotel and there is an underground pass to go to taipei main station. in that respect, i would definitely recommend this hotel. service though, while okay, was not great. check-in time was 3 pm but our rooms were not yet ready by then even though we checked […] in at 11 am! the staff were generally helpful but not warm. if service is important to you, i would suggest a different hotel. Whether it its to one's taste or not, much had been put into the design of the hotel. The service team is good and it is a very nice boutique hotel, with proximity to transportation. The only problem I have is with the "group " tours. The dinning rooms had become a buffet hub, not very personal. The "loud" guests whilst I was there, does not quite fit […] the extravagant decor. NEVER Never stay in this hotel. The hotel service is the worst hotel I ever had. My experience was that I stayed this hotel for 2 nights and then I was headed to I Lan for another night. Originally, I would like to leave my luggages in the hotel for one night. When I checked out and raised this request to the reception, they REJECTED. Their manager […] came out and explained. Their reason was, 'Today you are our customers, but tomorrow, you're not. So, we can't keep your luggage overnight'. It made my friend and I very angry. The hotel is located beside the tai pei main railway station therefore it is very accessible. Time taken to travel to different places is reduced. The hotel staffs were very polite and helpful during my stay. The hotel has its own unique style that give people a feeling of being in the late centuries.

The hotel is very accessible & conviniece to all the public transport,(mtr,high speed & local train,bus both urban & rural)as well as shopping & dinning place, just a step away. I was pleasantly surprise with the lavish decor theme of the hotel, which continues into the room. Spent 2 nights at the hotel, and would love to have stayed longer had I not made a prior reservation at another boutique hotel. The breakfast spread was good with western and eastern fare to choose from. Service from the concierge team was friendly and […] efficient - they even walk you to the taxi while holding an umbrella over you in the rain. Perhaps it would be good to have a link into the mall from the hotel directly. As it is, I have to walk out of the hotel, and enter via the shopping mall from the outside. 地下服務櫃台員工及大門接待員態度友善，留意客人需要，主動提出協助，讚! 6樓接待處小姐比較冷莫，欠缺笑容，要求中文報，結果來了英文報! 房間最低温度固定於攝氏23度，令怕熱的我晚間不能熟睡! 還有浴缸太高需要抬腿大步跨出跨入浴缸又沒有扶手，尤其是沐浴後浴缸濕滑，容易造成意外，必須改善!

台北駅に隣接し、隣も新しいショッピングモールが併設されとても便利なホテルでした。台北駅までの地下街が広くて複雑で少し迷ってしまいましたが、お土産や食事、ショッピングにとても便利な立地です。部屋は口コミ通りデザインチックでユニークなつくりでしたが、夫婦では楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。値段の割には日本のホテルに比べ、非日常的な環境で思い出になるホテルだと思います。次回も泊ってみたいホテルです。

場所は台北駅裏のショッピングセンターの上層部。施設からいったん外に出てからアクセスなので最初はわかりにくいですが、慣れればＯＫ。 部屋は十分な広さ。暗いとの指摘もありましたが、ビジネスでもないかぎり問題ないかなと思いました。 バスタブが扉の横とはなんともシュール。嫌な人もいるかもしれませんが、短い旅の面白い思い出。 ただ、トイレと部屋の間に扉があって、ガラリと開くのはちょっと悪ふざけ？かもしれませんが。 サービスは十分に高品質。朝食もおいしい。 立地もふくめてお勧めのホテルです。

今次與家人及朋友到台北入住這間酒店，位置超方便，價錢又合理。一定會再住！ ^o^

一番安価な部屋に一人で二泊しました いつもは麗晶酒店を利用しますが今回は試しに新しいホテルにトライしました まずレセプションの方に前もってレストランを予約してもらったり車の手配など基本的なリクエストにはとても親切な対応でした 朝食は品数はたくさんあり充実してるようで820台湾ドルと高額のわりには味は普通　 部屋は新しく機能的でしたがライトが暗いのとフレンチゴシックを意識し過ぎた大きな不気味な絵が怖かったのだけがマイナスイメージですが　地下鉄駅ににも近く立地もよくまた利用したいホテルです

喜歡這間酒店位置方便,附近有薇風美食廣場,旁邊又有電影院,很方便,而且,服務員態度很nice,介紹我們加入其酒店成為會員,便可在入住期間使用免費wifi,在我們入住的第二天,酒店還送上免費水果及罐裝茶葉,很貼心,唯一不足是,酒店旁邊雖是台北車站捷運站,但捷運站內部實在太大,入閘後都要走5 mins以上才可乘搭列車.

家族の旅行で利用しました。 台北駅のMRTやバスのターミナルから地下道で隣のデパートまでつながっているので、雨が降っても傘をささずに帰って来れます。 中山駅までも地下道ぶらぶらしながら歩いていけるので、レストランやカフェなどの利用も便利でした。 何よりスタッフの皆様がとても親切です。 日本語を話せる方もいっぱいいるので、初めて台湾行く方でも安心して泊まれるホテルです。 一番上の１７階のレストランのお食事もおいしかったです。

ラテン好みのクロスカルチャースタイリッシュな空間。 今回は出張で2回目の利用でしたが、ちょっとセクシーな雰囲気はカップル旅行にもおすすめです。 TVリモコンで音楽も照明もコントロールできて快適です。 大きなバスタブは日本人には嬉しい限りです。 日本語OKなスタッフも増えたし、朝のビュッフェはディスプレイも素敵で品数も多くワクワクします。 バーはオープンスペースで開放的ですが、冬場は防寒対策が今一つ。 上階のレストランはヨーロピアンクラシックベースで落ち着いた雰囲気。ビジネスランチメニューのお味ももちろんとっても美味しかったです。 ショッピングモールが隣接しているので便利ですよ！

シングルのお部屋に3泊しました。 部屋はとても綺麗で、ホテルの方々の対応も非常によかったです。 だだ、部屋の照明が暗いのでスーツケースの中が見にくかったので、明るい間接照明が一つあると便利だと思いました。 それ以外はとてもいいホテルでした。

ツインの部屋でした。 ホテルのスタッフは、100点満点！とはいかないけどフレンドリーで親切。 扉を開けるといきなり大きな円形のバスタブがあって面食らいました。トイレも完璧な密室でなく、なぜか居室との間に窓？があってビックリ。宿泊者の「組み合わせ」を選ぶと思います。逆に親しい間柄なら、気にすることでもないのかも。私の場合はそうでしたので、気になりませんでした。 壁が少ない分、部屋は広く見えます（実際、広さは十分だった）。冷蔵庫、ミニバー、セイフティボックス、ネット接続など必要なものはちゃんと揃ってるし、街中にありながらすごく静か。希望通り温水洗浄トイレだったし、インテリアも落ち着いてて、何より交通の便がいいのでお勧めできます。 大きな商業ビル隣接。ＭＲＴの駅からホテルまでの間に地下なら […] 地下街、地上なら駅のコンビニが２軒。広い道路の向かいにもコンビニがありました（いずれもセブンイレブン）。 強いて言えば洗面台の水・お湯の勢いが弱いのが気になりました。デザイン優先の浅い洗面台だったので、確かに水圧が強すぎると周りが水浸しになってしまうかもしれませんが…。シャワーももう少し水圧高めがいいかもしれません。 また泊まりたいと思ったホテルでした。 Uzziniet vairāk

台北に遅い到着で一泊しました。 空港からタクシーでホテル名を告げると運転手さんは含み笑いを浮かべられました。何の意味だったかはわからない？？？ ホテルには30分程で到着。赤のイメージのエントランスを入ると、等身大の馬がお出迎え。コンセルジュ？が、「フロントはエレベーターでどうぞ」と英語で案内してくれました。間接照明のみで暗いイメージ。 部屋は広くありませんが、所々に鏡があり、シャワーブースとトイレはガラス張りで（トイレの小窓を開くとベッドです）丸いバスタブはカーテンのみ、親密な二人なら楽しめます。 フルーツ盛り合わせのアップルマンゴーは感激するほど美味でした。 朝のビュッフェは品数豊富です。まあまあのお味。 私は利用しませんでしたが、最上階フロアでのドリンクやスポーツジム、アイロンがけやクリ […] ーニングなどの無料サービスが色々ありました。日本語の案内を渡してくれます。 レトロな瓶に入ったアメニティーが可愛いかったです。 Uzziniet vairāk

생각보다 호텔시설이 좋았습니다. 공항에서 타이베이역까지만 가면 지하로 연결된 통로로 움직일수 있어서 더 좋았네요. 위치가 타이베이역 바로 옆이라서 이동성도 좋구요... 같은건물의 q-square 쇼핑몰도 괜찬고... 아쉬운 점은 짐이 많으면 버스정류장으로 이동하기 힘들겠네요

Excellent location and service. Will definitely return. Suggestions for improvement - lighting in guest room is dim and there's no free wifi the hotel.

Each room has an entertainment/ movie system on their TV set, it is so high - tech that we have had to ask house-keeping to reboot every night !! otherwise , hotel is all good.

二泊しました。とてもお洒落な雰囲気でした。部屋はこじんまりしていましたが、清潔感がありました。たまたま宿泊した日の夜中から朝方まで近隣で工事があったようで、まるで上の階でドリルを使用しているようにうるさく寝れませんでした。ホテルの方もどうにも出来ないからとひたすら謝られました。日本では考えられない事ですが、運が悪かったかな。それがなければ満足です。

호텔의 정확한 위치와 호텔의 정확한 상태의 정보가 없이 hotel's.com의 사진만보고 예약을하였고.. 큰 기대없이 taipei에 도착을해서.. 대충의 정보만을 가지고 공항버스를 타고 호텔로 출발을 하였다.. 타이페이중앙역에 내려 어리둥절.. 어디로 가야할지 모르다가.. 역사내의 안내실에 물어보니 바로 앞에 있다고 친절하게 알려주셔서 가벼운 발걸음으로 호텔로 향하였고.. 호텔입구로 들어서는 순간.. 프랑스의 호텔에 와있는 느낌이었다.. 고전적인 분위기와 친절한 직원분들.. 1층은 안내실이고 6층에 로비가 있다고하여..6층으로 고고씽.. 역시 이국적인 분위기와 친절한 직원분들.. 체크인을 하고.. 방으로 고고씽.. 와우~방이 […] 정말 깔끔하다.. 웬만한 부띡호텔과 비교해도 손색이 없을정도의 깔끔한 호텔이었고.. 또한 호텔이 버스터미널을 끼고있어서 전철.. 기차.. 버스.. 모두 불편함없이 대중교통을 이용할수 있는곳이다.. 완전좋았고.. 또가고싶다.. 강추~~!! まず、新しいホテルなのでとても清潔できれいでした。 場所も地下鉄の駅まで隣のショッピングセンターを 通って雨にぬれずに行けます。そのショッピングセンターは地下3階にフードコートやスーパーもあり、とても便利です。 ただ、そんなに豪華な感じではありません。部屋の調度品も超一流のそれではありませんが、ロビーも綺麗だし豪華な雰囲気づくりはしてありました。 コストパフォーマンスから言えば最高でした。 又お世話になりたいです。
