when we got to.our room.it.smelled of cigarette smoke. They took.care.of.the issue right away and have us a better room that actually accommodated us.better. Pool and spa were clean heated and maintained well. We enjoyed our stay. we also had shopping and restaurant right next door!

The receptionist was wonderful, pleasant and very helpful. The down fall if the hotel was the moldy smell in the hallways and the hottub and pool did not look real clean. I did not even go in the hottub because of the scum floating around in the water.

Our room was very clean. The sheets smelled so fresh! Just like my launrdy at home! Staff at the front desk were very friendly and recommended great plas to eat close by. We will be stunning here again!

I was not expecting much, the place is old and everyone smokes out side the entrance however the room was clean, sheets where freshly changed and supprisingly it was very quite. I was expecting some noise but it was a nice stay and of course the people at the front desk are supper friendly and will chat on if you let them. I would stay again.

didn't expect anything amazing for this really low price but i was very impressed. I often hotel on a budget and this is one of the best hotels I've gotten for the this price range. pool room was clean and nice to be around in, rooms were very comfortable with perfect air conditioning. plenty of space in each room, and the carpeting in the room is fantastic! […] i plan on visiting this area again soon and i will be booking this hotel everytime. service was the only issue, the night time worker was rude, but it hardly affected my feeling about the rest of the stay. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming person. The room is clean and the price is superb, exceeding my expectation.

The room had an odor. They sink area when you come in was chipped up. The hot tub jets worked some times. You had to get the front desk to turn them on. The pool floor felt chunked up, not smooth. Dark in pool area.

The hotel was older and a little out of date and needed a little cosmetic attention, but was perfect for what we needed. It actually had more extra features and space than the hotel I had just stayed at in Chicago for the same price. We were attending an event in Wisconsin Dells and needed a place to stay fairly close by with a reasonable price and […] this was it. It is a really nice area and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you're not looking for anything fancy and just need a place to sleep, I would certainly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 1 night, and it was the best stay i had for the price I paid... It has a bar and restaurant in it. you have ATM, Walmart, Mc Donald's...everything near by... It's a good place to stay. Girl at reception - Amber had a very nice behavior...

Upon entering, the room smelled rather funky. The walls were banged up. When I went to my car to carry things in, a man was arrested in the parking lot. I will not stay here again.

From the moment we pulled up until the moment we left we were nothing but disturbed by this motel! The toilet in our room was plugged up when we arrived, scaring our small daughter! After calling the front desk, we waited about half an hour before some one came to our room to help with the problem. They gave us the stuff to clean up from the toilet […] (instead of doing it for us!!!). Then when we were concerned about whether or not we would be able to use the toilet, we were told "sorry that's all we can do"! They didn't do anything!!!!! They didn't even offer us a discount! I stayed here with my daughter and friend on a trip to the Dells. It was a last minute booking during the middle of summer, and it worked out well overall. It was a few miles away from the Dells, which I didn't find to be a big deal. Overall, a clean hotel, although a little outdated. No continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Service was great! Price was fine. But the wallpaper was rolling off of the wall. The Pillows are very old and worn. Blanket on the sheet had a burn mark on it and the second blanket I requested was old and scratchy. Probably was not dirty but seemed like it could have been ( I didn't use it afterall).

We had a great time. The resturant food was excellent and the people we met at the bar, including the bartendress Theresa, were fabulous. We will definitly be back!

Nobody at reception after midnight. U canot lock ur room from outside, so checkin at night. Sleep. Then checkout in morning. Dont leave ur room in betwween, since u can lock it only from inside. :(

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. ONLY ONE NIGHT AND DIDN'T USE OTHER FACILITES LIKE EXERCISE ROOM OR POOL, BUT ATTACHED RESTUARANT WAS DELICIOUS FOR BREAKFAST. I WISH I KNEW HOW THEY GET THEIR OMLETES SO FLUFFY.

The hotel was very nice with a pool, hot tub, and restaurant on site. The room was very large with a queen-size bed and a couch and desk. Everything was very good.

Carpet was pulled away from the tile at bathroom entrance. I stepped out of the shower and poked a hole in the bottom of my foot on the tack strip.

Very dated location, haven't been to a place in years that still uses room keys as opposed to electronic entry. Hotel was circa 1975 and was not lighted all that well. Room doors were not extremely secure as well. A few "shady" characters were hanging around the front desk and recreation room as well which gave the place a negative feel to it. This hotel was clean, quiet, but you get what you pay for. Decor in hotel was old, but clean. Clean shower, clean bed. Nice pool area, but trashy clients.

Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, this hotel needs some improvements. The hallway carpet is dingy and smells of stale smoke. Wallpaper is starting to peel in the rooms. A/C worked well. Bathroom and linens were clean. When we booked the room, we requested 2 queens (for 1 adult and 2 kids (ages 11 and 15)). Upon arrival, we learned we […] had been 'upgraded' to a single King - not adequate space for 3 near adult-sized people! They provided us with a roll-away, but it lacked support, so we didn't use it. The room smelled TERRIBLE!!! It was obviously a smoking room for years. They could not move us because they were booked. Also, the hot tub did not work and I specifically called to be sure it was in working order before we came. The front desk did not offer a discount or anything to try and smooth things out....

It was out of the way from where we were spending our weekend but that was my choice. The girl at the front desk was so helpful. I got there early so my room wasnt ready but she suggested things in the area for me to do so I didnt have to drive to my destination and back again.
