Surpassed our expectations. Hotel looks brand new. Staff was professional. Neighborhood made nighttime walks to find food uncomfortable. within easy walking distance to train station and Gray Line Tour pick-up point.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The single beds are not extremely large but the mattress were good quality.Hotel is well located. There are indeed a few Strip bars in the street but you feel safe walking.

The hotel really has an excellent location in terms of being near downtown, and being near Oktoberfest activities (for that time of the year). It's clean, the rooms are average size (for Europe) and the hotel waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable. Granted for most people that won't be an issue but if you came with children or significant others just note the area to the left of the entrance is a bit 'red light district'. I came too early with the night train from Italy and was received very friendly and they looked for options to give me and my daughter our room right away, very nice. Frankly, just not the best budget hotel I've ever stayed at, or come across. The photos of the property are misleading. The rooms aren't dirty, but hair on newly cleaned bedsheets, hair shampoo instead of body wash / handwash...I arrived very early the morning I was supposed to check in and the gentlemen on duty wasn't happy to see me arrive so early. I'm stunned that no one mentioned the fact that this hotel is next to multiple adult bars/stores and that there's a hookah store every few blocks and that I didn't feel comfortable out on the street at night. Yes, the hotel had a great rate, yes the hotel was very clean and modern, yes there was free wifi, but I was glad I arrived with my luggage in […] the afternoon and left in the morning, so that I didn't have to bring down my luggage in the dark. The breakfast was 15 Euros so we passed on it. There's a great college cafe on the corner. It was very close to the train station and a 10-minute walk into old town, so that was nice. This hotel is great if your a single male looking for 10 strip clubs in the area. If that's not you, don't bother going here! The service was disappointing from the start. In particular, Sebastian was on the phone for 5 minutes before even acknowledging me. Overall, this experience taught me to never stay at this hotel or in this area.

The hotel is a 5 to 7 minute brisk walk from the Munich's main train station, and the closest U Bahn stop. The street is extremely busy filled with people, similar looking hotels, kebab shops, strip clubs, phone stores,etc. Don't expect to feel like you are in the heart of Bavaria. Rather like pulling your suitcase through Times Square on a Friday afternoon. […] The hotel is a cool, clean relief from the street. The staff was courteous. The rooms are very small as is common in European cities. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was cold and the free Internet worked well. Chose this hotel due to the strong ratings on Hotels.com. The hotel lived up to its great locale and excellent/clean rooms. That being said though, its service could use some improvement. One specific hotel clerk was terrific - always helpful and courteous. Sort of a Times Square-like neighborhood, but a good price for Munich, comfy, clean room, nice staff, location very convenient to train station (which we used to get to Rome after Munich). 女2人で利用しました。自分たちの部屋でWi-Fiが使えたことが凄くよかったです！フロントのお兄さんもチェックインの前に荷物を預けに行ったとき、親切に引き受けてくれました＼(^o^)／ 外の音が少ししたのと、シャワーが狭かったぐらいが気になったところでしたが、ぶっちゃけ全然気にしてません！（笑） とにかく、また訪れることがあったら、もう一度泊まりたいです！

Zum Hauptbahnhof ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. In der Strasse gibt es viele andere Hotels, ausserdem Strip-Lokale, Kebap-Schuppen und direkt gegenüber ein Shisha-Café (falls man denn auf etwas davon Wert legt). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So war z.B. bei unserem Safe die Batterie des Eingabegeräts leer, und der Safe konnte nicht mehr […] geöffnet werden. Auf unseren Hinweis hin kam sofort jemand vorbei, um die Batterie auszutauschen. Das Zimmer war trotz der Bezeichnung "Superior" sehr klein. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Garderobe mit 5-6 Bügeln. Ansonsten war es aber sehr schön und sauber und hatte einen kleinen Balkon (nur im obersten Stock!). Im Herbst ideal zum Getränke kühlen. Das Frühstück war die 15 Euro nicht wert. Da würde sich bestimmt auswärts etwas besseres finden lassen... Uzziniet vairāk

La posizione rispetto al centro città ed alla stazione è ottima. Meno piacevole è l'ambiente attorno all'albergo, tipico di una strada vicina alla stazione di grossa città europea...Lap dance, acquisto oro, prestiti e relativi personaggi provenienti da ogni nazione. L'albergo è comunque piacevole, slenzioso e pulito (a prescindere dal fatto che domenica […] non è stata rifatta la camera), il personale disponibile. La nostra stanza era molto piccola e così pure il bagno, anche se moderno e pulito. L'affaccio inesistente: pianterreno con vista su muro di cinta e successivo condominio. L'arredo, pulito e moderno, è adatto ad un soggiorno brevissimo: non esistono cassetti, solo un contenitore aperto con appendiabiti. Oltre al sapone ed allo shampoo in dispenser non era fornito altro materiale di conforto. No frigo, sì TV. Nonostante ciò, per un fine settimana l'hotel va bene. Uzziniet vairāk

A localizacao é boa, porem a rua que esta localizado tem muita casa de prostituicao, cassinos, etc... O hotel é bom, novo, confortavel, porem o ar condicionado nao funciona, a area de tomar banho é muito pequena, a janela so abre um pouco, porem no calor fica bem quente o quarto e a rua faz muito barulho a noite... e a internet é free porem tem que […] fazer um cadastro para poder usar e nao conseguia finalizar esse cadastro pelo iphone pois a pagina atualizava, nao dando tempo de terminar esse cadastro...
