nice new hotel, perfect large room with excellent beds and bathroom; reception service very good and eficient; breakfast was also perfect; nothing really to fault except perhaps too far to walk to the old centre of Bratislava, but a taxi was about 7 Euro so no problem

Fantastic room. Lovely service. Late checkout no problem. Very quiet time. The steam room, sauna and pool were great. Little bit far from Old Town but close to shopping centre.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Location not ideal to town centre however it is only 6-7 minute taxi ride away which costs no more than 8 euros. Very nice bar. would reccomend to any one. Prices where fantastic from hotels.com

Lovely hotel. Really pleasant stay. You can get the bus from right outside to the airport or town centre and it's really quick. Staff very friendly and breakfast was great.

Excellent hotel as expected (2 small issues) 1. Needed cable for internet 2. Room was a little cold Meal at Toscana restuarant was Excellent and breakfast also good. Staff very friendly (bar, restaurant, breakfast and reception).

Excellent hotel and even better staff. Only problem is location, not anywhere near where you want to be. Ideal if a short trek to the airport is required.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights after our long flight from the US to Vienna International Airport , VIA is located only 30+ miles away and it is connected to Bratislava by a pretty decent highway, you will need a "toll pass" for Austria and Slovakia. This Hilton family facility is brand new, it was constructed for May 2011 Ice Hockey Championship […] in Slovakia. The stuff was fluent in English and extremely giving, our front desk employee, (a guy from Zvolen, Slovakia), went extra mile to take care of us, thank you! The city is not as pretty as rest of Europe's capitals, however, I would recommend it for a day tour, regardless of all the architectural damage done by decades of communist regime. The view from the castle was quite depressing to us, the food and the cost on the other hand were beautiful. Parking of our rental car was allowed at front of the front desk at no cost, pretty rare for Europe, we paid on average 20 Euros for overnight parking facilities throughout Europe. I strongly recommend this facility, I stay 100 night a year in hotels worldwide, this one was superb in regards to price/quality ratio! Uzziniet vairāk

The hotel itself is very nice and clean as it is very new. The location for me was good because I was there to see a tennis tournament and it is right next to the tennis centre. The staff weren't that great, some were quite rude. When I came to checkout they tried telling me I had eaten a 23 euro meal and I had 25 euros worth of drinks from the mini […] bar. I had been at the tennis tournament all day everyday I was there and had to argue for about 10 minutes that I didn't have anything in the hotel as I had thought I had already paid for my stay there thru hotels.com. Even though I had an email saying "your booking is confirmed and paid in full" they still said I need to pay for my stay there on my credit card. I even showed them on my phone that the money had come out of my bank already but they still weren't happy. This is an issue I will be taking up with hotels.com if I get charged again for the same booking. Not happy about it at all, really ruined my holiday to leave on a note like that. Uzziniet vairāk

Good value hotel between airport and centre city. Seems like it was built recently as outside, lobby and rooms all seemed fresh and new. We also used the pool which was clean and heated. Bratislava can be a bit rundown so we were happily surprised to pull up to a new looking hotel. Services was friendly and staff spoke English well. There doesn't seem […] to be much to do tourist wise in the immediate area but it is close to airport. We had a rental car so we drove to airport and city area - did not use public tranportation so I can't comment on that for convenience of use. We also stayed at the Crown Plaza near centre city - but that hotel seemed old and rooms were not up to the declared 4 star standard. This hotel is clearly nicer - but away from centre city. So much for pre-paid 100 %. Surprise at checkout...City Tax and huge other surprise : Used a toll free number and calling card to call back to USA. Hotel "forgot" to block toll free numbers so they charged me hotel rates to USA and my calling card was billed. Management would not discuss mistake by staff. Visa will sort it out for me. Při příjezdu byl v našem hotelovém pokoji cizí člověk (údržbář), nevíme, co tam dělat (žádné nářadí neměl, nedokázal nám to vysvětlit). Hotelová služba přinesla na pokoj úplně studenou večeři:( Špatně vyluxovaný pokoj. Celkově byl hotel hezký, bohaté snídaně, dobrý wellness, úžasná postel. De kamer was heel netjes en goed onderhouden. Bedden lagen prima. Het ontbijt 's ochtend erg goed geregeld. We kwamen ruim eerder aan dan 15.00u. Een kamer was direct beschikbaar om in te checken en de andere kort erop. Goede service. Zo konden we direct op tijd de stad in. Al met al een aanrader!

The hotel is brand new and is well-maintained. For the price, we had a lovely room. The only downside is that the hotel is a long walk to the center. But parking is easily found in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. Breakfast was tasty. For an overnight stay, we were very happy.

Neu eröffnetes, comfortables Hotel mit allem was dazu gehört, bin insgesamt zufrieden, ich werde nur wenige Bemerkungen erwehnen und zwar: Die Rezeption wusste nicht ob ich mit Frühstück oder ohne gebucht habe, ich musste deswegen die Bestätigung von Hotels.com extra ausdrucken und vorweisen, weiter niemand konnte mir sagen ob das Parken gebührenpflichtig […] ist. Az elutazáskor a kijelentkezés 1,5 óra veszekedéssel telt el, így a betervezett vár látogatás és az új híd megtekintése nem sikerült. Nagyon el voltunk keseredve. Nagyon rossz tapasztalatokkal távoztunk. Nem kívánjuk senkinek sem. A recepciós hölgy (Martina vagy valami hasonló) kritikán alul viselkedett és 1,5 óra után csak azért adta vissza a kauciónkat […] (250 EUR), mert a hotel igazgatójával akartunk beszélni. Ekkor megvilágosodott és úgy döntött, hogy visszaadja a pénzünket. Soha többet nem akarunk ide visszamenni. 2 napos kirándulást terveztünk: BP-POZSONY-BÉCS. Nagymamám 80. születésnapi ajándéka volt az út. 7 felnőtt, egy szellemi fogyatékos felnőtt és egy 1,5 hónapos kisbaba. A távozás alkalmával jelezte a recepció vezetője, hogy a hotels.com által részükre megküldött összeg kevesebb mint az ő rendszerükben szereplő összeg és azt fizessük ki nekik. Jeleztük, hogy van banki bizonylatunk, visszaigazolásunk a hotels.com-tól, hogy a teljes igényelt összeget megfizettük, és az, hogy a hotels.com kevesebbet fizetett nekik, nem a mi problémánk. Ennek ellenére ő nem volt hajlandó felhívni a hotels.com ügyfélszolgálatát, se a saját DoubleTree számlázási osztályát. Az egész családnak javasoltam, hogy menjünk a DoubleTree by Hilton-ba, bár egy kicsit messzebb van a történelmi belvárostól. A kijelentkezés pedig magyarázkodnom kellett. Nagyon rossz volt. Sok Hiltonban voltunk már: Madrid, Varsó, London..., de ilyen rossz élményünk még nem volt. Uzziniet vairāk
