I had booked another hotel closer to Disneyland, but ended up switching the night before after reading horrible reviews about dirty sheets, mold, rusty nails in rooms, etc. This hotel, while a little farther from Disneyland, was VERY clean and well maintained. My experience with this hotel was just ok. Upon arrival and check in the front desk clerk advised me that there was an issue between Expedia and the hotel with the transaction with my credit card on file, after 20 minutes of making phone calls to Expedia and a irritated front desk clerk I finally got checked In. The room was very clean and roomy for […] the price you are paying for, the only issue with the whole room was the air conditioning system. The heater on the system worked well but the cold air did not work AT ALL. I could not cool off my room so I ended up sleeping with my window open the whole night just to get air inside my room.Overall it's a ok hotel to stay at for the night in a good location but management needs to maintenance the rooms. 1st I have to say is hotel is 3-4 miles from Fullerton. The hotel seems to be in a nice area , I arrived in late evening and the area was quiet. Room was reasonably clean however there where used shampoo bottles in the bathroom. "Minor surgery stay near doctor."
The lobby was very inviting and clean. The breakfast room was like a quaint little coffee shop with a very nice selection of fruits, cereals, waffles, danishes, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, and juices. "No WI-FI at this place"
Had to move rooms because the toilet backed up even though I hadn't used it. The Wi-Fi is a joke at this place so if you need online forget this place. The staff is extreamly friendly and helpful.Patiesa Hotels.com viesa atsauksme

"close to family we visited"
Overall very enjoyable. Found that the floor lamp of room was very wobbly, and did not work. We enjoyed having a view from room that was over the pool. The breakfast items provided were wonderful!
