Very nice hotel, very spacious, comfortable. Location is a good 30 min walk from downtown, bus downtown is frequent. Addition of kitchen in rooms is excellent as grocery store downstairs.

Enjoyed our time here. We had a Copenhagen loft apartment. This was about 100m2, double bed at one end and a TV seating area at the other with the kitchen and dining area located in between. Views out over the canal to the city and at the bed end into the court yard and view of Bella Centre. Easy to reach hotel. From the main station take a 250S bus […] leaving to the right (Bella Centre). From hotel 250S will take you back to central station or to Bella Centre where the Metro will take you to Kongens Nytorv. Recommend the cOPENhagen card, really easy to get about, just get on any bus, train or metro within greater Copenhagen area, no looking for change and allows free access to museums and attraction, discount to other sites. Depending on your neighbours there can be some noise, not excessive but some. Had to do a bit maintenance on our showerhead, build up of limescale, easily removed with back of knife. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable breakfast / seating area. Gym onsite, no changing or shower facilities, but you have these in your room. Hotel laid out like apartment blocks, with main doors to each block. Your door keys allows access to all blocks, helpful so you can cut through other blocks to get to bus stops. Restaurants within complex along with a convenience store. Netto is located about 300m away and is considerably cheaper than local shop. Cinema and shopping centre across foot bridge. I can't comment highly enough about STAY. I stayed in a loft suite with 1 double bed, I was in Copenhagen for 3 days and wanted the home comfots available to STAY rather than a hotel. The room was vast, shower was perfect, full kitchen and cooking facilities, flat screen TV etc. Also, the inhouse gym is well equiped and having a grocery store and […] coffee shop in the same building is perfect. Location wise it is also well suited, close to the airport, it is actually only a 5min taxi (100DK) from Tivolli and walking distance to 'the meat packing district' etc. Finally I must mention the staff, who were on point, there when required but very genuine. Nice, modern hotel in a retrofit warehouse type building. Faces a waterway. Short and frequent bus trip to center of town (10 minutes). Rooms are very large and have full kitchen. Washer and dryer in the room. Good location for an extended stay. Very reasonable pricing.

Fantastic experience of staying in a beautiful, enormous apartment in Copenhagen, for the price of a normal hotel. Room was stylishly furnished in true Danish fashion and had gorgeous views over the river. Room was exactly as in the photos on the website. I loved my stay at STAY. The people there are young and really helpful in every way. The breakfast was delicious and really pleasant. I had a beautiful view from my room through about 20 ft of floor to ceiling windows that opened to a small balcony. This hotel was seriously amazing. We got a Loft Apartment on Expedia, but were upgraded to an XL Loft Apartment upon arrival (we didn't ask, they just gave us an upgrade!). The room was HUGE, flawless, modern and so comfortable. It had two couches, a full kitchen including dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, oven, etc... as well as an incredibly comfortable […] double bed and immaculate bathroom. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating; we needed to check in early, and they were very helpful. The hotel is in a good area, on Islands Brygge - it's definitely not convenient to walk into city center, but you can walk to the Metro (15 min. walk) and take it right in, or catch a bus right out front - or take a cab. There's an Irma grocery store right downstairs, which (in my opinion) is the nicer of small grocery stores in Copenhagen (vs. Aldi and Netto). We were able to get things for dinner, as well as some good local beers, and cook inside for the evening. We were in the Ascot Apartments off of city hall square for the prior 6 nights, and spent our last night here since it was removed a bit from the city and an easy taxi ride to the airport. Great place to stay - apartment works well in Copenhagen, where eating out is very expensive. We choose a loft as there was only two of use - high up view and you could open the floor to ceiling windows at each end - great as it was really hot when we were there. Loft had all you need to make your own meals - good quality oven and microwave plus dishwasher. […] Local supermarkets and bakery nearby. Location is a little bit out of the centre but with the boat ferry and new bridge across the river it was easy to get to the centre, especially if you factor in that the bus stops right outside the hotel. We walked in every day - as the weather was great and the walk was fine. Don't forget to check out the roof which runs the whole of the complex - decking and chairs, great place to have a drink and good views of the river... you can reach it by the top of each block or through reception. We received a warm welcome on arrival. Our appartment was splendid, very spacious, light and airy with contemporary minimalistic decor. Very pleasing to the eye. The local organic shop within the complex sold a variety of delicious produce and we were delighted with the range of items available. During our visit, the complex was fairly quiet therefore, […] it was excellent to enjoy very restful evenings in the appartment, after a long day sight seeing around the city. The only disappointing aspect to mention was that on my last day whilst emerging from the shower I discovered I'd been left a dirty towel. With no time to report this, because we had a train to catch, I put it down to a simple human error anyone could make. I would definately recommend this hotel and I hope you enjoy your stay. The hotel was very very nice, but i noticed a couple of things which really surprised: - several times cleaning lady left me without the toilet paper - not all the costemtics parts were added, i was always without the cream - the shower was done int way that everybody from the street could see inside...this was very strange. no curtain, anything helped. […] just switch on the light and here i am in the shower :) but otherwise i really liked the design, service, breakfasts! One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, grocery store in the building, view of the water, and a pretty trendy place. The only issue people might have is the distance from the city as it is in a mostly residential area, but transportation is close. Would definitely recommend.

But the reception is very new age-y, couple of people with mobile macs check you in, small but tasteful cafe behind reception and exceptional gym just behind that.The feeling of well being increases as you go past a slate wall on which guests have scribbled, painted or otherwise decorated […] with chalk. Waterleak in the evning, a guy in civilian clothes unlocked the door without kbnocking!! at 22:30!!! The water ran down in some electrical outlets! They turn of the heat in the room (this cause the water leak appently) and it very cold in the morning. No cleaning between the 2 days we spend there. No bathtowels at arrival.. Clean, bright and roomy studio apartment located a bit further out from the city centre than some people would prefer. It is an approximately 25-30 minute walk. A single bus service conveniently stops just outside the hotel, but takes a slightly circuitous route to terminate at Central station (10-15 minute journey). The reception is open till 11pm […] and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in isn't available until 3pm, but we were able to leave our luggage there. There is a pleasant lobby area with seating. We didn't really make use of the other facilities. The apartment itself was fine with good kitchen facilities. There were a few niggles which seemed disproportionately annoying. The light switches were a bit confusing, one was wonky and one light didn't switch off (had to be dimmed to lowest setting). The little metal ring that lines the dip in bathroom door (to allow 'grip') had come off and the lever that switches between the overhead shower and the railing mounted shower was broken. There is an essentially open shower cubicle, so lots of water in the bathroom post-showering. Complimentary tea/coffee was present, but there was only one tea bag and one hot chocolate, which wasn't replenished. Minor things, I know, but takes the shine off an otherwise good hotel. We were supposed to stay with friends but ended up deciding on a night in hotel instead. As Justin Bieber was in town all hotels were pretty much full but we were definitely the winners. I think that being an apartment hotel this could scare some guests off, thinking it’s a small, crowded apartment with a poor view. But it was the total opposite. We […] were asked if we wanted the penthouse apartment and it was the same price as the other apartments so clearly we decided on that. We were promised our room at 15.00 and we got it by 16.15 if I have any complaint that is it. The apartment was absolutely stunning, rough concrete floor and wooden beams, a vast space, probably around 150 square meters, open plan, with a glass door separating the lounge area from the shower. Perfect for romance and/or chilling out. The view over the canal is perfect. As we only stayed one night we did not use any of the appliances as, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and ironing board, but perfect if your stay is longer. Breakfast not included but only DKK 95/person and perfect. All that you needed and none of the warm, grubby buffets you find in other hotels. Fresh yoghurt, fruit, tasty cheese and ham and some freshly baked bread, with juice and tea or coffee. Everything in this hotel feels very conceptual and thought out. Da es sonst ziemlich teuer wird, da schon so die Lebensmittelpreise doppelt […] so teuer sind als wie in Deutschland ist das Appartmenthotel eine sehr gute Variante, wer mit Auto kommt sollte sich Lebensmittel mitbringen. Wohnstübe sehr modern mit Küche und Balkon, Bad ist ausreichend und in nebenan eine Waschmachine mit Trockner und Bügeleisen. Betten sehr bequem, dies haben alle 4 Personen bestädigt. Kleine Abzüge, Dusche ohne Vorhang (Bad schwimmt nach dem duschen) und Dachterasse, die zu Silvester einen wunderbaren Blick über Kopenhagen hatte, war nicht komplett fertig gestellt!!!
