I was really excited about my stay at this hotel. We had Deluxe room with king size bed with no view. Room size was okay not too spacious. the toiletries in the bathroom were good quality and I appreciate the hand sanitizer in our room. The thing I don’t like was that they do not have mini bar or refrigerator in room. Their kitchen is closed and they are not providing any in room service. As there was no refrigerator we had to toss our left overs the first night. After that we just went out for dinner and didn’t bring any perishable food back in our room. I asked the lady at front desk that we do not have a refrigerator/ mini bar in our room. She was like bcz of Covid mini bar is unplugged and refrigerator can be installed on request. I asked her how much time that will take to install and her answer was I don’t know. I will submit the request to engineering department and they will take care of it. It’s weird if you are working at the hotel you should at least know how much time it takes usually to get things done. But giving an answer I don’t know was not much helpful. Don’t know why people work in service industry if they have an attitude problem.

Very clean, fancy and great service. Exactly what I dreamed for. Thank you for making my first visit to NYC amazing.
The hotel looks and feels very luxurious. The rooms are a great size and considerably bigger than other new york hotels. The only let down is the customer service which could of been better, especially for the price you will pay to stay at this accommodation. Overall a great stay and would 100% recommend.
The guy at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and condescending . Great shame as it is a great property and has all the 5 star features but this guy on more than one occasion was obnoxious totally ruined the experience for me.
The hotel is very nice inside but the queen bed looked like a full, our view was blocked by a huge building making it seem like it was 8pm at night when it was 3pm and sunny outside. Room service is over at 12am. There’s a $40 dollar fee and a $30 food/WiFi fee. ($30 goes towards food and beverages from the hotel) The service was nice, valet great, expect the front desk people had no hospitality other than this nice black lady. Would I stay here again, probably not. But overall good stay.

We like the position of the hotel the staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent the only thing I was disappointed in was they asked us to move due to maintenance work to take place on our floor which was floor 8. After a day we went and had a look and there was no work taking place. Would be very annoyed if it was just to put family/friends all on the same floor .
