Travelodge by Wyndham Memphis Airport/Graceland

We didn’t even stay here. We paid online but refused to stay because the conditions were so bad. Smelled, dirty, poor service....terrible

We had a decent experience as we were only looking for a place to sleep until flights departed. Needed a place nearby airport. Location had a lot of rules & signs stating they had random bag checks, if you smelt like smoke you could be asked to leave your hotel & of all my stays this was the first location with an actual security officer. All of that is fine I suppose because you want to sleep in comfort until you go into the room & sleeps smell bad walls have holes in them. Showers aren’t clean at all.

Don’t be fooled by the lobby. COVID-19? What’s that? Nothing was clean and sanitized as they state. The rooms were disgusting. No blankets, towels about as thin as tissue paper, holes in walls, years of piled up dust, especially the bathroom fan, shower curtain falling off the wall making it impossible to close. ONE working dim lamp. Department of health should shut them down. DON’T STAY HERE.

This was the worst flea bag, filthy hotel I have ever stayed in. No waste can, cigarette buts clogging the bathroom sink. Visible Dirt on the floor and just gross

The staff is amazing, but the room was very dirty. Not the greatest area in Memphis, but they do have a security guard at night protecting parking lot. Felt very safe there. Just wish the rooms were cleaner.

This place might have been decent decent 3 or 4 decades ago, but it needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Peeling paint, dirty carpet, broken furniture, nasty bathroom, plus the hall was filled with lots of noisy people all night long. I called the front desk twice, but I don't think anything was ever done about it. Avoid this place!!!

This was a run-down roach motel in a questionable part of town with no nearby dining options. The staff was indifferent, the room was disgusting, there were no blankets or towels in the room, and we only stayed because everything around the airport had been booked solid. Next time we will sleep on an airport bench.

Phone in room didnt work at all. Place is sketchy and wouldn't stay here unless you had no ither option. Convenient lication which is the onlyvreason we booked. Won't make that mistake again. No breakfast available contrary to their info.

Travelodge should make their establishment for the homeless and less fortunate..Horrible place

bed uncomfortable, room was dirty, maids didn't clean the rooms, When they did clean the room I was handed the clean sheets and vacuum cleaner so I had to clean my own room.
