Singular Joy Downtown Residences

Great service overall but we couldn’t get an extra blanket for our kiddo in the evening hours because the front desk didn’t have access to it. Thought that was odd. Other than that, it was a great stay with great service.

This is the second time I stay at Singular and I can definitely say it’s my favorite spot in Playa. It’s walking distance from just about anything. The staff is exceptional! Shoutout to Jorge, Cristian, and Julian. They always make our stay comfortable to where it feels like home. I already miss hanging out at the sky bar with Julian! Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

The place was quiet and clean, the other people in the b&b were so nice. We overally had a lovely time. It is located in a wonderful place

Excellent location, walking distance to all the shops, beaches and nightlife. Be aware it’s a bit close to the clubs to where you will hear and feel the base till late hours. Amazing rooftop pool bar that has a great view of the Caribbean Sea.

Everything was great, the only thing that made me little upset was that breakfast was included in the deal. To begin with, this place does not have restaurant and I had to go one block away (which is not a problem) but the issues was the when I give the coupon to the server he said the the only thing I can get with it is coffe and a piece of bread. Breakfast has to be paid. This hotel or residences building is lying, this is so bad for business. Also, the restaurant providing breakfast has a terrible service. I went with friends for breakfast and it took almost two hours total time for breakfast? Never again at that restaurant. We complained at the hotel and Angel (the person in charge said that he will let the owners know a bout the inconvenient.

Positives: Good location Newer property Great pool deck Good refrigerators Need improvements: Cable tv(but who cares really, outside most of time) No parking Breakfast is at neighboring restaurant. Restaurant tends to run out of juice, so ur breakfast tends to b bread and coffeee. Cute spot tho. Could b better run.

Very nice hotel, worth it!

the place is quite new, a bunch of privately owned condos. terrible noise from a nearby club until 4 am...the ac is central to the flat and also very noisy

Place is ok, elevator wasn't working. No parking for guests, and the rooftop was ok but there was no service at all there, no bar or anything to get drinks or food. Location is great tho.
