Belek Soho Beach Club - All Inclusive

The hotel looks better in the photos than it is in reality. It positions itself as all inclusive but doesn’t have the usual amenities of a 5 star all inclusive Turkish hotel. Our room was big but the toilet smelled and the shower leaked. WiFi was free only in the lobby, no free WiFi in the rooms. The bed sheets weren’t good quality. The food was ok but you could tell there is a lot of cost cutting. Coffee was from a machine and tasted like instant coffee, fresh juices were at extra charge. The only good thing about the hotel was the gozleme which was yummy. Staff were nice though. The beach was clean and the pool was nice.

The place has some potential, but they need to have better customer service, better cleaning and update their rooms.

We booked for 3 days there, the first day we came we were given a room that needed lots of work; the room wasn’t cleaned, the ac wasn’t working, water faucet in the bathroom was broken and the balcony door didn’t close thus insects were all around the rooms. After complaining they managed to fix almost everything. The facilities are good, but the pool is small and always crowded, but the sandy beach is very nice. The sunset view was amazing ! They have a very wide variety of food and it tasted well, different cuisines were present; Italian, Mediterranean, Russian... It was very difficult to communicate with the staff since they only speak Turkish and Russian. Overall I think the value for money is too much for the services we got.

Otele girişte resepsiyon personeli nazik ve ilgili idi keza odayı gezdiren arkadaş da.Lakin fotolardaki oda ile içine girdiğim oda baya farklıydı. Konakladığım oda 2 yıldız otel konforundaydı. Fitnes merkezi kapalıydı(bar ve discolar zaten genelgeyle kapalı ona lafımız yok). Animasyon zaten kötü. Aperatif kısımlarında menü çok dar. Gözlemeci abla sağolsun o biraz kurtardı. Gayet de lezizdi gözlemesi. Konumu güzel, denize sıfır.

I really enjoyed my stay there! Clean hotel, friendly and extremely helpful staff, such a relaxing environment. Foods are alright, there are quite a lot of selection though. I would definitely recommend this place.

Отель понравился. Персонал доброжелательный. Особенная благодарность Ахмету на рецепшене. Единственное, что не очень понравилось - ресторан.

Odalarin konforu ve temizligi iyiydi. Ancak yemekler ve restoranin durumu maalesef iyi degildi. Yemek malzemeleri cok kalitesizdi ve restoranin temizligi iyi durumda degildi. Personel kibardi. Yalniz yemeklerdeki temizlik ve kalite sorunu nedeniyle bir daha konaklamayi dusunmem.

3 gün gibi kısa bir süreliğine olsa bile güzel anılarla ayrıldım otelden. Bütün otel çalışanlarına şükranlarımı sunuyorum.. Tek eksi gördüğüm tarafı oda da ücretli wifi kullanmanız gerekmesi sadece lobide ücretsiz olan wifinin bence bütün odalarda ücretsiz kullanıyor olması daha güzel olurdu.
