Naples Grande Beach Resort

Naples Grande Beach Resort was ok, but not great. It was packed, minimal mask-Covid enforcement (Florida is very lax even though its a state and federal rule to use mask indoors). Pool was packed elbow to elbow (which is good if you are looking for a crowded party - I was hoping for more upscale resort experience). It wasnt horrible but was not great for sure - on part with a Courtyard Marriott, but close to the beach (beach is an enjoyable 20 min walk on a board walk - and while croweded, you can walk father towards Ritz Carlton area for a less packed experience.

Wonderful hotel and very attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel and location.

Great hotel . Very friendly staff. Wish they had some room service, but with covid it was not available. Could have had some contactless encounter with leaving food at the door without contact.

They were fully booked and not staffed well. So no available chairs at the pool or beach, lines at all food stands and long waits for meals. Bikes and paddle boards never available. Long waits for tram to the beach. Food was mediocre. Definitely didn’t feel four star but not sure if that was due to Covid rules, unexpected sold out, short staffed etc.

Not so good. Booked last minute for a quick family get away before school starts back. Check in wasn’t the best, the lady helping us was great (I think her name was Rebecca) but another lady working next to her was very rude. I ask for some change for tips and she said no I can give you that many ones the banks are closed. :( I understand if you do not have the change but the presentation was not great. My eight year old son even whispered that the lady seemed to be in a bad mood. We did check in early and our room was ready and it was a great size and a good view. I but dated but no big deal. After we got ready to head down to the pool our toilet started run and give us problems so we gave the front desk a call and they said they would send someone up so we left. When we returned in the early evening and were getting ready to go to dinner the toilet completely backed up and started over following in the bathroom. They do not have any room cleaning due to COVID and we only had 4 towels. We quickly called the front desk and they said they would send someone up ASAP! An hour later still no one!! We called back 3 times. Overall the location is nice and the walk to the beach is great! Service at pool and beach was nonexistent, you had to walk up and order everything yourself. Wont be back to this one when there are other hotels near by with great customer service!!

Booked this hotel for a last minute trip over New Years. The hotel lobby, pool, and beach were always crowded. Included in the resort fee were two beach chairs, but you had to pay extra for an umbrella. You also had to walk ~10-15 minutes to reach the beach or wait in a long line for the tram to take you. The walk was long, but enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel! Two pools and ambiance is wonderful!

We had a great experience. Beautiful resort. Very responsive staff. Resort fee plus a parking fee pushed the price up $55/day.
