Disgusting food

Amazing hotel! Recommend even to people without kids

The hotel is not the best if you’re traveling with kids under 4 years old.

We came for an overdue trip, 5 nights from 11/29/20. The resort was very nice, clean, and our welcome was the best. The check in was easy and greeted with welcome drinks, stayed in a swim up suite. On the rooms, upon second day in i did notice some small damage from water on the ceiling and light fixtures, but nothing to complain about. One thing though that caused frustration, the phone was too complicated lol! We did take two days for excursions (xcaret, xplor) which helped fill our time. If we had not done that we would have gotten bored staying just on property. I wish that the weather would have been nicer as i wondered if it is always so windy or if it was just the time of the year. THE FOOD IS AMAZING! the staff were so friendly, but we did get invited for a tour for the atelier side to only discover it was for promoting a membership (2 hours of the day). Just throwing out little things that were negative but we would overall return again. Again, the food was so good, its worth the money just for that!

Roger from the bar in the lobby and Luis from the snack bar were really nice! The resort is beautiful, food was great! Wish I would’ve stayed on the adult side but now i know for next time. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

The overall experience was great, great food, great treatment from all staff, we enjoyed everything. The seaweed was a downer but we lived through it. We would come back, not a second thought.

We didn’t come due to corona virus. Our cancellation policy was a fee for 2 nights however the resort refused to refund for the rest of nights. Never will we book this hotel and sure enough will spread the word. Obviously will sue.

Resort is very clean, beautiful and staff is very friendly, service is excellent. Wherever we are, staff will approach and ask for food and drinks and assist beyond expectations. Overall food is very tasty in all restaurants. Even if you don't know the names of the drinks staff will help and give the best ones that everyone likes it. Beach was one of the best we have ever visited. The room key wristband was really nice, was a fun "gadget" and was very convenient. If there was a jacuzzi on the family estudio side it would have been nice. Overall our stay at Estudio was a once in a life time experience.
