Boulevard Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

Very bad front desk staff when check in, she was not helpful and rude, she claim that she dont know anything about the booking even though we should her our confirmation number and screen shots of hotel.com email

Reception was not friendly. I booked it thinking it was Amari boulevard whichever I have stayed many times before. They gave me a room and it smelled with cigarette smoke. When I complain the guy with the suite in the reception who was very unfriendly told me that they will spray something and did not want to believe me. the. I saw cigarette buds all over the balcony. So I was right. I took a picture and showed it them. Overall just beware of this hotel if you are looking for previous amari standards. It’s more like a motel with cheap customer service. Very unfriendly staff too. I have been there many times before on the slope tower and I requested a room there and the guy said he cannot do that and I have to stay where I was put. He said that in a very rude way. Well I will never go back to this place again.
