Peruzzi Urban Residences

A beautiful hotel situated perfectly in the middle of Florence. The staff was incredibly helpful and attended to everything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Florence

5-star stay! From the moment we booked the host stayed in touch via Whatsapp to help us out. Once we arrived, although the building is old and creepy, as soon as you get to the floor, your greeted with a charming suite that includes a nice reception desk, huge dining room and kitchen, and 6-individual guest suites. Although reception is only there from 8-12pm , they were always available on WhatsApp and on call. Of all our rooms in our Italy trip, this was the best! Exactly what you see in photos, plus its huge!! The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is setup in the best way possible. We really loved the bathroom ammenities too! Each morning, there was chef on the kitchen who makes amazing Omelettes or eggs and helps serve coffee and tea. There is also an awesome spread of cereals, juices, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries...etc. For the says that is rained, they had these high quality big umbrellas you can borrow. This place was also convenient walking distance to the Duomo, Santa Croce for taxi’s, and pretty much anywhere you wanted to be. Only issues where getting luggage up and down to the suites because the elevator is slow and only accomodates one person/bag at a time.

Beautiful room in a lovely historic building. The inside is very spacious and decorated well. They made provisions for breakfast - Provided GF snacks and soya milk which was nice of them. Self-check In was easy. Caroline and the staff were very welcoming.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Wer königlich residieren möchte sollte unbedingt diese Unterkunft auswählen! Es war ein Traum und perfekt passend zum romantische und kunstvollen Florenze... Wundervoll! Riesige Räume, perfekte Lage, sehr freundlich... Wegen Corona viele Änderungen zwecks Frühstück und unbesetzter Rezeption! Frühstückslösung war leider sehr schlecht und wurde von dem Frühstücksdienstleister sehr ausgenutzt. Lieber eine andere Lösung finden... Daran ist jedoch die Unterkunft nicht direkt schuld! Sonst sehr sauber, sehr schönes Bad und top Ausstattung:-)!!!
