Nice hotel, but firm bed = limited sleep
Check-in was pleasant, but the FD area was very claustrophobic; no lounge area, just tables and chairs for breakfast. Bed was quite firm which resulted in severe back pain for my husband and I. The chair in the guest room was not one could lounge in when the bed became too painful to sleep in. With no area to just sit in the lobby either, we took turns sitting in the office chair at the desk in our room. Breakfast Sunday morning was crazy and breakfast attendant didn’t have waffle irons preheated resulting in guests waiting in line for them to heat before they could be used (7:15am). Monday morning breakfast attendant was more concerned about listening to the news on tv over the guests needs. Bathroom sink clogged; maintenance responded promptly. Checkout was unremarkable.

Its hard to sleep next door to loud noise
We just had a horrible night because of guests in the room next to us. They arrived at 8:30 and were incredibly loud, we mistakenly assumed it was a family with kids excited to go to the pool. I plugged my ears and went to sleep, only to be awakened at 3:00 and the noise had been constant, according to my husband who didn't sleep at all. We called the front desk, but the noise continued until dawn, when they finally quieted down. They said they would check, and if they did, I'm not sure there is much to be done. But we suffered because of stupid and rude people. If that hadn't happened, it would have been very good.

Fair for the price.
The overall experience was fair. Cons: The room was extremely hot and when I turned on the cold air it didn't seem to make much difference. I also couldn't open the window. The light over the sink went out and it made it very difficult for me to get ready the next day. Finally, I was up there for a family member at Utah Valley Hospital and this hotel didn't offer a medical discount where as others in the area did. Pros: the bedding was very comfortable and the pillows were nice. Wide variety of channels and Netflix capabilities.

A little older hotel it seems, but still pretty nice. Easy access to city and highway. Great staff.
