Rude Receptionist, Old Hotel
When I arrived at the front desk to check-in around 1:30 pm, the receptionist was very rude. She seemed aggravated to check me in. When I checked out, the same receptionist again gave me attitude when I asked for a receipt for my stay. The carpet was extremely dirty in the lobby, stairs, walkway. This place is old and in need of a facelift. Don't stay here!! 2 miles away are better hotels.

The young lady at the reception desk really needs to find a personality. No smile, just kind of rude. Who needs to pay for that!

Too small!
This was a one night stay to attend funeral. While Locatiob was convenient, price good, the room was very small and bathroom extremely small. Would not stay again

Perfect for what I needed
I needed a last minute hotel reservation for just one night - this hotel was INCREDIBLY convenient as it is located right next to Rt. 50 & just a hop from the Bay Bridge. I needed a place to spend the night that would allow me to commute to work across the bridge easily the next morning, and this place was just the ticket. Clean lobby, excellent efficient check-in with friendly front desk staff, and (though other reviewers disagree) a quiet night's sleep despite the close proximity to rt. 50. Room left a bit to be desired, it was dated, small & a bit run-down, but for what I needed the Sleep Inn was perfection - not to mention an excellent price for such a last-minute reservation.
