Evergreen Lodge at Vail

The place is good. The bed is pretty comfortable. There are two restaurants inside the hotel which is very convenient for guests who do not like to drive around the city to find food.

Upon checkin the clerk was very helpful and informative about the area and things to do. Hotel restaurants both awesome. Best truffle fries ever. A 4/20 issue came up and management took care of it immediately. Wonderful.

Very easy to walk around everywhere in Vail. Also located just off the free bus if you prefer to ride. Heated pool, onsite restaurant with great food, and could open windows to enjoy the fall leaves and weather.

Room and location was great Front desk was fair No regular coffee for room coffee pot Only decafe

The front desk clerk was rude, the lobby and stair Wells smelled of natural gas, the bed was broken and sunk in the middle, the walls were thin and we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms including the one above, the staff at both the pub and the front desk were not knowledgeable about the food they sold or the surrounding area which made eating there difficult on a vegan diet.

Close to everything. Bar, Indian Restaurant, Elevators. Haven't tried the pool. Good view of the hospital.

Vail is ajways amazing. Evergreen is a bit threadbare. Could use updating. Dogs r welcome and seem to b everywhere which is nice 😊

The hotel is an easy eight minute walk to the gondolas There is a sense of seclusion due to the foliage, making the pool and patios very enjoyable.

Gracious and helpful young man at reception upon arrival. Good location. We'll return!

The pictures online of the newly remodeled rooms are not actually what the rooms look like. There is new carpet, but these rooms are very old. For the misrepresentation of pictures, I would not recommend this hotel.
