Comfort Inn

We needed to change rooms so we would have adjoining rooms and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was brown bag due to Covid regulations which was okay, but we all wished we had a little more choice about what was in it. All but one of us got banana muffins, which definitely is not a favorite with us.

This is by the freeway and I thought it might be noisy. Actually, it was noisy, but it was the people above, not the highway. Ask for a second floor room on the back side. It's dated and needs remodel, but was clean.

the room had a moldy smell. when desk notified, someone sprayed the outside of the air conditioner. this worked for about 15 minutes. the carpet was old and dirty. Several stains. My brand new socks used only in the room became black on the bottom. the bed was supersoft. our heads sank near the headboard making it harder to see tv I thought about rotating the mattress. it's time to replace the carpet, change the filter for air conditioning unit, update bed, and let some fresh air in the room

First we got connecting rooms. We had to move stuff from in front of the doors. Second when we went to lay down there was curly hair all over the sheets. Third the beds were terrible. Only 1 person could sleep in the bed cause you jad to sleep in the middle or risk falling off. The beds were that old. And 4 we left a bag in the room. As soon as i realized i called them. They said they would checkand then said there was nothing in the room but no body has been in there since we left cause they have to wait 24 hours to clean the rooms. I asked well then where did it go? They said they would ask housekeeping and get back to me. We are still waiting. Normally i would say well we should have looked again but this was my sons brand new battery and charger for hos rc that he got the day before for his birthday.

Well not so good, bathroom wasn't overly clean- kind of ewww. It was a room next to manager office and front desk and feel like it was being used randomly by staff. House cleaning walked into my room at 9:30 in the morning like the room was hers, no know or anything, thus my suspicion. Fire alarms went off twice at night and no real mention or apology until they asked how the stay was. Not likely to stay there again, pretty dated rooms as well.

Very clean, VERY friendly staff! Definitely will be back!

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. However when it came to housekeeping, it was well below average. Beds were not made, and garbage was not taken out. The only thing they did was give us clean towels. Breakfast had good variety of food.

Super friendly staff. Ange was great. Comfy bed. Spacious room.

Close to restaurants and shopping malls. Easy exits off and on the interstate.

Our stay over all was very nice. Super convenient location, warm greeting, good size room, nice breakfast area and options. Cleanliness was a little off, I even found a spork on the floor in our room from a previous guest. I get it accidents happen. On the plus side, excellent pool area! The pool was so warm, it was one of my best pool experiences ever!
