Copal Tulum Hotel

Copal Tulum is very beautiful ! The entire staff services were impeccable!! Ivan was very professional and exceptional at the front desk !! Laly and all the beautiful ladies at the front desk were very professional and exceptional . The restaurants at the were very beautiful ! The staff was amazing ! Copal is very clean !! The housekeeping staff was amazing ! Moses gives the BEST massages ever !! What a wonderful beautiful soul! The owner should be VERY proud of his staff ! I loved staying here ! I will be back !! It’s very tranquil . I love Copal Tulum !! ♥️♥️

Loved this tucked away Gem!!! The staff was amazing and communication was great. If you have any concerns they respond quickly. I highly recommend this place .. I stayed in the 3 bedroom and loved the pool which is more like a jacuzzi! But it was perfect. Would stay again.

My stay at Copal was absolutely amazing, with this being my first time in Tulum, the staff was so friendly and willing to help me find activities and places to eat even covid testing so I can get back in the states. I can’t wait to go back !

We found this place by accident - we had to move from our house rental at 1am on a Wednesday night (we found several scorpions in the bed!) and I went online and Copal looked good and had a room so we took it. We were not expecting anything amazing just clean and safe. I can't say enough good things about this place. We arrived at 1am a little bedraggled in our night clothes. They were helpful, considerate, and happy to make our stay amazing even though we only planned to stay just 1 night. As it turns out we stayed 4 and had not one complaint. Copal Tulum was beautiful, clean, comfortable and all of the staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We will certainly be back!

Room was not to size and it smelled of humidity. We had to move 3 times but same problem.

I’ve worked in luxury hospitality for many years, and the staff of this hotel truly understand hospitality and service. The property is beautiful, the energy of the front desk and concierge is great, and the decor is sexy. It is advertised as a quiet, non-party hotel and the staff has a hard time getting some guests to respect the quiet hours during peak party season in Tulum. That being said, they even gave me a second room away from the noise one night when I couldn’t sleep. They truly go above and beyond, made me feel really loved and welcomed while I was traveling alone. I stayed here for 6 nights and I felt like a priority the entire time. Everyone from housekeeping, every concierge, security, front desk and my massage therapist were absolutely wonderful. When you’re in a hotel, service is everything and they definitely understand this at Copal. I stayed in a top floor King pool balcony room, it had plenty outdoor space and a private pool, epic views and lots of sun when I wanted it. Stay here for a sexy lounge vibe away from the madness of the hotel zone but close enough to bike or scooter to the beach quickly, and close to the great restaurants and yoga spots in town.

The front desk told me to relax by the pool and they would come grab me. After 2 hours j went to the front desk they had forgot my damn name.

This hotel is gorgeous and so peaceful. We had such a great time and the staff is amazing. I recommend bringing your own water bottles or getting water from a store though because I spent about $250 on water throughout our stay. There are two restaurants inside the hotel so you don’t even have to leave, but It’s not walking distance from the main strip if you choose to leave. you can definitely rent a bike or the front desk will help you get a taxi. They are very accommodating.

Very basic hotel. The room didn’t have a phone so you always had to walk to the lobby for everything. The room also didn’t have a microwave. The rooms don’t have any full length mirrors. My friend paid extra for a rooftop suite with her own private hot tub. The water was cold and they said it doesn’t get hot. Every night we would hang out on the rooftop and play music and drink and the workers would come and tell us to turn down the music. What is the point of paying extra for a rooftop suite if we can’t hang out there at night while we’re on vacation. This hotel is good for people who don’t plan on being at the hotel for long and just need somewhere to sleep. Very basic amenities.
