They young lady at the desk was exceptionally nice & helpful! We loved that it was right in town and easy to just walk around and find a place to eat. Wish they had a refrigerator.

Went down for Kool Deadwood Nites. Hotel location is very close to the action. Staff is wonderful, Hotel is clean. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was with all the action going outside. It is pricey during this time but that is expected. No parking in general vicinity have to use the parking garage about two blocks away, you can drive up unload and park or have valet park. We parked on Thursday and didn't get it until Sunday because with this location you do not have to drive anywhere. Parking will add approx. $7 per day to your stay.

Wonderful front desk staff and a great location.

Room ok, but very small for the price. Understandable because the hotel itself is very old. Location great, right in the heart of town.

Room was good. When we showed up (admittedly late, about 11pm local time) there was no one at the desk for several mins. Had to go to the casino next door to find someone to help us. Then we find out the next day upon check out, we were marked as a no show. which, for whatever reason made check out take longer and confused the lady at the front desk. When checking in our room keys, we also gave our parking pass to the desk lady, only to find out when we got the garage a block away, we'd need it to get out of the garage. So we walked a block back to the hotel, got a parking key (again a hassle for an already busy desk lady) walked back to the garage, got the car, drove back the hotel and found a place to park on the street to get the parking pass back. And if you're reading this still and are annoyed, imagine how annoyed I was trying to leave on a Sunday morning.
