Ca' Pisani Hotel

We loved the location and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful!

Location was nice - away from big crowds. Quiet area. Room was large. Bed was very comfy. Room was also very dimly lit. And unfortunately it housed mosquitoes (not fault of hotel). My husband and I were covered by bites after our long weekend stay... Breakfast had large selection.

Fantastic location in the quieter area of Venice with easy access to the main tourists area (15 minute walk) surrounded by excellent restaurants.

Two important issues. I booked ahead of a conference because of the soaking tub advertised. Venice is often humid. My bathtub did not function. The water would not run. The attendant refused a room switch and told me management was aware of the water pressure issue throughout the hotel and would not do anything to fix the issue. Secondly, the place is not secure. I can't tell you how alarmed I was when two people charged into my room early in the morning. They had a key so I realize they were guests, but their key unlocked my door. I can imagine their management will add a friendly spin to this, but this was unacceptable. I travel a quarter of the year on business and both of these were firsts for me. In spite of the nice fittings, it is not secure and they are not empowered to ensure your comfort should things go wrong.

Loved it. Beautiful hotel with a great location and a great staff.
