Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport

The staff was excellent and courteous. I only had a couple of issues, that were unfortunately blamed due to COVID restrictions which I was a bit confused. We needed an extra blanket at night, and our room did not have an extra blanket. As we checked out in the morning, the staff indicated that we should've asked upon check-in… Who knew? Additionally, when I woke up I assume there was a coffee maker and was looking for a fresh cup of coffee… Much to my surprise, there was no coffee maker in the room; of course this was also blamed on COVID. I totally understand the precautions taken during this pandemic we are going through, however, other hotels have provided blankets and coffee.

Very friendly and helpful desk staff. Spacious and clean room, lovely comfortable beds.

I stayed at this hotel because of the rates boy were they wrong. It started at check in. It was 3:30 and room was still pending when check in is at 3:00pm. Ok so they gave us another room. We asked for a double room we get to the room and its a king. Back to the desk. They were very confused and said oh we thought you wanted a king!!! So ok we got another room. Now because of Covid only one elevator in the whole building. Our room was very far. The hotel was very dirty carpets in the hallway Disgusting!!!!! Room carpets same walls dirt. Only good thing bed very clean and bathroom was clean. Will not go back

There was a straw under the mattress, an apple and a bottle of water at the bottom of the carton, and something spilled all over the inside of the bathroom door plus enough dust on the inside of the bathroom door that would gross anyone out! During these times when we’re all trying to be safe I am seriously disappointed that this room was in this condition!

walkable to the airport. Complimentary breakfast was a brown bag with a gross apple and orange juice - my room smelled of smoke and it had used wash cloths in the bathroom upon entry. Not ideal in these times

Self contained AC unit. No coffee Maker- no breakfast

Good stay no issues. Staff was friendly. Watch booking with Expedia or other 3 rd party you may not get the room you requested

Loved the closeness to the airport. Really quite and quaint. The room was clean and the front desk employee was very professional and welcoming. 10/10!
