North Conway Grand Hotel

It’s our third time to this hotel. Overall it’s a very nice hotel in a good location with plenty of parking. The one issue we had this time was with the pull out sofa bed. We were actually suppose to get a two queen room but they upgraded us to a king room with sofa bed and hot tub. I believe this was on my because they didn’t have any two queen rooms ready. Luckily we really didn’t need the two queens as our son slept in the bed with us. But I did pull the sofa bed out and it was flithy! There were pieces of long hair and other debris on top of the sheets. I’m pretty sure it was used and put back together by the person staying there or simply by house keeping. Either way it should be changed every time a guest checks out even if it doesn’t looked used, people may use it and put it back fairly neatly.

Excellent all around. Lovely hotel.

We go there twice a year and it’s always a great get away. Great restaurants around the area. Great for shopping at the outlets. There is an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi for after skiing the day.

Loved the outside heated pool in the 20 degree weather!

Wonderful stay! The hotel and grounds were festively decorated for the season and made our stay even more enjoyable!
