Hyatt Place Mt Laurel

Friendly front desk. Arrived late at night but still arranged food even though it was after hours.

Room next door was extremely loud till 12:10am. We called the front desk several times and no one answered. We finally knocked on the door ourselves since both of my daughters had a soccer tournament/two games the next day and needed to rest. We then woke up extremely early to the same EXTREME noise disturbance. I tried to get the employee cleaning rooms to help, but she told me she doesn’t speak English. I walked down to front desk and they were going to send an “engineer” to address the issue. We are extremely tired and frustrated and it should not be this way.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Very safe and friendly environment. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and ready for pickup according to order.

My tv in my room was not working, and the floor I stayed on was noisy and ppl in and out of rooms all night.

Excellent customer service. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. She informed me of breakfast & other things.

Overall good stay. Price a little high.

It really was an incredible stay from beginning to end very courteous staff clean room and everything that you needed was available.

Me and my family stayed from friday to sunday for my daughters birthday to be close to sahara sams oasis indoor waterpark .the staff was very nice i called before arriving to let them know my husband and childten would be arriving before me and can they give them a key to tbe room so they could get settled in and they said they could make the exception being that i would be coming 2hrs later i just needed to check in when i arrived since the reservation under my name which worked out great.the room was very clean and spacious to accomidate all 6 of us the price was great only thing i wish the room had a microwave in the room then i would of special requested one be in the room prior.the staff always gave us all extra linens needed and always made sure we were comfortable.one of the front desk at heard that friday was my daughters birthday and gave her 2 huge chocolate chunk cookies from the snack bar which was so nice of her .i would definately stay again when i and my family come back in the area during the summer.

The front desk staff is amazing. They are super accommodating. The hotel 1st floor had a weird odor at all times. Once in the room when we pulled out the bedding one bed comforter had dried blood all over the bottom part that they tuck under the bed. Just figured since we are still dealing with Covid the cleanliness would of been at like 120% the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and all fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. Convenient location to all major stores and philly.
